Agent inbox not filled with Responsible Agent value

Hi,
We have set up a rule in ERMS to route the email related to a case to the person responsible for the case.
Rule is getting executed sucessfully, however the responsible agent value in not getting filled in the Agent Inbox.
We have created a new service for this.
I saw note# 1143079 for a similar issue but for responsibile group.
Will the same work for responsible agent as well?? Will moving our new service above UT_WORKITEMTEXT do the trick?
Can anyone help me to fix this issue?

  • Authorization variable not filled with authorization values

    Hello All
    I post a similar message earlier this week, I thought that my issue was solved, but it was not.
    I've got a workbook with 4 differents queries.
    There as an authorizations variable in each query. This variable properties is as follows :
    **General tab**
    Type of variable : characteristic value
    Processing type : authorization
    Characteristic : company code
    **Details**
    Variable represents : selection options
    Variable is : optional
    Variable is ready for input : yes
    I've followed recommandations from OSS notes 976680
    My issue is : if I run each query individually, variable is filled with authorized values
    If I run the workbook, variable is not filled with authorized value, so when end user run the workbook, BW consider that end user wants to see all data and get "No authorization".
    I don't understand why variable within the workbook doesn't show the authorized values and why the queries do.
    Any suggestion about this issue ????

    I ran the query with UserID from RSECADMIN and I could open the query. But if I want to select 0profit_ctr I get this error No authorization to characteristic values.
    I  checked the log and this is the message.
    Value Authorization
    InfoProvider FIGL_MP1
    Value Authorization for Characteristic 0PROFIT_CTR
    Building the Buffer...
    Building the Buffer...
    No Authorization for Values

  • Contract Release value is not updated with Limit item value

    We have SRM 4.0 with ECS scenario.
    Contract are created in SRM and replicated to ERP.
    If we create PO with Service line and Limit line using contract in both of these line items, contract Release value is getting updated only with Service line item value.
    But the contract Total value is the addition of Service and Limit value of PO.
    Why Contract Release value is not getting updated with Limit item value. Please help as early as possible.

    Yes. there are various reasons .upon your contract incorrect status and linkage not establised / or more attachment in SRM GOA.
    what type of contract are you using? GOA or CCTR
    If it is GOA - which version of SRM and service pack ?are you in ?
    If it is a GOA , BLAREL idoc might failed to post the release value in the SRM .
    How contracts are created material / mat group ?
    to fix or understand the issue, you need to recreate the issue.
    what is the ERROR in BLAREL in SRM idoc monitoring ?

  • Shapes Will Not Fill With Color

    For some reason, all of a sudden when I go to make a shape and choose a color, it does not fill. I noticed that the Style box to the right of the color box on the top bar had a white box with a red line through it. I then chose Simple Outer from the drop down box and it still will not fill. Please advise! I am using Elements 10. Thank you! Kelly

  • IPhone Mail inbox not syncing with Mac inbox

    Greetings
    Since upgrading my MBP recently, mail in my iPhone Mail inbox/sent items has not been syncing fully with my Mac Mail inbox/sent items.
    Messages which are moved to folders stored On My Mac remain in my iPhone inbox.
    Messages which are moved to folders stored in iCloud are removed from my iPhone in inbox and are visible as they should be in the iCloud folders on my iPhone.
    I use both an iCloud email account as well as an account through my domain host. I do not use Gmail or an Exchange account, and tis problem dud not occur with my old MBP.
    Any advice most gratefully received.

    Hmmm. I've changed my Mac, iPhone and iPad all from POP to IMAP. On my Mac there are only two items in the inbox in question, but on both mobile devices are every bit of mail from that account (not in filed iCloud folders) going back to 17 April. I've restarted both devices but everything is still in the inbox.
    Any further ideas?

  • Table is not filling with the RFC data

    Hi,
       I am new to WDJ. I have a created a wdj application by importing adaptive RFC model. deployment is sucessful but at runtime the table is not getting filled up with the RFC data. RFC is executing find from the backend. JCO is maintained correctly in the webdynpro, mapping and  binding is done.
    Could someone guide where could be the problem?

  • E-Mail is not filled with variables

    Hello,
    I use a task with SOFM-COMPOSE (e-mail step) and fill some fields of the email with binding like:
    Your trip/request is rejected      ->     &DOCUMENTCONTENT&
    Rejection of your request     ->     &DOCUMENTTITLE&
    X     ->     &FIXRECEIVER&
    &EMAIL&     ->     &RECEIVER&
    U     ->     &RECEIVERTYPE&
    all variables are existing and binding is correct, i can also see in the swi1 technical log that all data is filled correctly in the log.
    But when I execute the e-mail is empty, no receiver, no text, no subject.
    I had already worked before but after some adjustments it is not working anymore.
    No exceptions or errors are displayed in the log.
    what can be the reason for that?

    can you explain what you mean by copying documenttitle to documenttitle2? within the task-container? or from WF to task container?
    I checked the tech. log in swi1 and see all variables filled in the TASK container of the email correctly e.g. documentcontent, documenttile, email  and so on, so the binding was successful.
    I do not exactly know which changes were done since it stopped working, it could be that a background task was added, that extracts the email of the receiver.
    Do you mean by refreshing the buffer SWU_OBUF? That was done.
    Generally speaking I see many inconsistencies/problems when performing changes on a workfow, sometimes deleting tasks/forks etc. help before adding new functionality like methods or BADIs, but sometimes the errors remain.

  • CSV export not running with updated item value

    Hi Community!
    One one page I have an interactive report which takes a while to execute. So in order for the user to get to that page immediately with out having to wait, after the click on the navigation-tab, I have build a little mechanism:
    One hidden page item (lets call is :P232_PRE_SHOW) is null, when the page loades. and in the query the where-clause has the condition 1 = :P232_PRE_SHOW. So on initial page load the query is empty - the page is displayed immediately.
    Then in a dynamic action triggered by pageload :P232_PRE_SHOW gets asigned the value 1, and the reportsregion gets refreshed.
    Maybe this method is a bit complicated, but it works fine so far. (Any better suggestions are appreciated.)
    The problem now is thou that when I want to export that report as CSV, nothing is selected, because :P232_PRE_SHOW hast still no value, although I pass that item so the server in "Page Items to Submit".
    Also, two other parameter items for the query are not updated on the server for the CSV.

    thanks for the link. Thats also in interesting issue, however other than Kirsten I dont want to reload the page.
    I found the problem now: I had assinged "0" to that PRE_SHOW item in "Source"->"Always replace any existing value in session state" with the intention, that when the user leaves the page and returns, that item first gets set back to "0" for immediate page reload. But somehow an export must work just like a page relaod in that sense, so after that item gets "1" in the "onload"-DA, on exporting it gets set back to "0" again.
    So now I am using no "Source" at all -- on a new session the item is null, the page gets opened immediately, then with the ajax request the report is shown.

  • Portal inbox not aligned with ECC inbox

    Dear experts,
    we are facing an issue between the portal inbox and ecc inbox.
    We run two processes through the same workflow and each process launchs a notification for the user.
    One of these notifications is shown on the portal inbox but the other one no. If we check the ECC inbox both notifications are displayed.
    Have you got any clue to investigate this strange case?

    we tried to replicate the issue in our development environment and at the end the error with the sync was a authorisation issue. But, right now, we are facing another error (i will try to do the best to explain it)
    We have two users (userA and userB). The userA creates a new disposal list. The userB receives this notificatin on his inbox (in ECC and in Portal). The userB approves this disposal. The userA receive the approval notification and the modifies the equipment status from "Disposed" to another one to cancel the disposal (in my case i have selected "In Use"). In this moment the userB receives the cancelation notification on ECC but not in portal.
    Do you know what can be the problem? Do you have any clue?

  • Modified an EDI 940 process, GS01 does not fill with OW in fact is blank. Causes issues with the partner.

    I consolidated a 940 process that was sendind flat file/edi/xml/sql server to run all from one orchestration and dynamic send ports (some are send to the file system and some to ftp). Before everything was working perfect, with the changes everything also
    appeared   to be perfect and off it went into production. I am know seeing that the SG01 is not being set for EDI messages, I had nothing specific before it looked that everything was being set from the party envelope information. I added the
    OW there just to see if it would show up, but nothing. I added a line in the message construction shape when the transformation takes place msg(EDI.GS01) = "OW"; I have re-started the instance after deploying and nothing.
    Any pointers as to were to look would be very helpful.

  • New bookmark window not filled with website name and location

    I just set up a new computer with firefox and imported my bookmarks. I noticed when I go to make a new bookmark the fields aren't filled in for the name and location fields as they are on my other installations of filrefox. I wondered why,and what I can do to fix it?

    My inbox keeps filling with old emails.
    After I delete them another 50 fill up my inbox again.
    I use pop for email.

    MY question is... Why hasn't Apple responded to this issue?  Two years is  waaaaaay too long. i have this problem as well, and I want access to the music i purchased!!!

  • The Jtree is not refreshing with new values when mouse click on the node

    I am creating a tree from a vector .The values in the vector is coming from the JTable data after satisfing the some condition. But the data in the Jtable is changing time to time so the data in the vector is also changing .
    But the problem is that when first I create a tree with that data the tree is created but for the next time I click on the tree node the tree is not changing i.e. it is not created with the new values that is stored in the vector at that time .what to do .Please help
    I am using DefaultMutableTreeNode for creating the tree .In starting I have created one root and the one it's child .Now the next subtree of the root child have to be created by this vector data. this subtree should be updated according to the values in the vecter.

    Well, you can either use a custom TreeModel that tracks your Vector, or you can use a DefaultTreeModel and call model.reload(node) to refresh the tree below the specified node.

    Balance Sheet Accounts are required to be split in case you have document splitting activated u2026.. and in your case the profit center is made mandatory for the documents to get splitted u2026.. and the profit center would be derived from cost centeru2026u2026u2026. therefore to split the document by using document type u2013 SA through F-02 we need to do further settings, i.e., you need to configure u201CExtended Document Splitting Configurationu201D
    For example: Rent expenditure is been posted which is having more than 2 Debits and consisting of different Cost Centers and posting to Rent Payable A/c which is a Balance sheet A/cu2026u2026.
    Path: Financial Accounting (New) - - General Ledger Accounting (New) - - Business Transactions - - Document Splitting - - Extended Document Splitting -- Define Document Splitting Rule
    Define your Business Transaction variant and for that variant define document splitting rule u2026u2026u2026.. where in you need to activate Automatically split check box for the desired categories.

    I am experiencing the below error while processing FB70 transaction in Foreign currency with Tax codes (earlier this problem was not there, this is happening recently). The error description as given below.

    Message no. GLT2201
    Diagnosis
    The field Segment marked as balancing is not filled with any value in line item 001, even after document splitting.

    I have verified all the relevant settings like Classify G/L accounts for document Splitting and Document types etc and all settings are seems to be ok.
    But in the below two instances, Iu2019m not getting any error:
    If posting is done in company code currency with same tax codes.
    If posting is done in  foreign currency without tax codes

    Have you chosen Segment as Mandatory for the Scenarios during Document splitting. If not then for the G/L account you are facing problems with goto the field status and make segment field optional.
