Agent Inbox - Workitem cannot be executed

Hi Experts,
We're using IC WinClient CRM 5.0. When I click in the workitem of the interaction center to open it occurs a message:
"The workitem you selected cannot be executed.
Please use CIC standard functionality"
Can anyone help me?

Hi Experts,
I see that the problem only happens in the workspace WF_INBOX. When I use the workspace INBOX the problem does not happen!
But i need to use WF_INBOX.

Hi,
I have a scenario in which i am creating a workitem through program. This is creating a workitem and sending a mail to the user through ERMS. Now, this workitem is present both in the agent inbox (i.e ERMS) and also in SBWP.
Once the ERMS rule is executed a mail is sent to the user. But this mail is present at both agents inbox and in SBWP. If the user clicks it in sbwp , the workitem refreshs and disappear in SBWP and it is setting the status completed in the ERMS. I need this to be seen only in agents inbox.

What workflow you are using.
I think the the workitem status completed in ERMS because of some terminating event trigger after you click on SBWP.

Launch workitems from Agent inbox with Webflow customizing

Hi all,
I am looking for a definite answer to the following:
Is it possible (in CRM 4.0) to process Workflow workitems that have a webflow linked from the Agent Inbox in the Webclient.
I have set up the customizing in the inbox and the workitems appear, but the system doesn't take the fact that there is a webservice id (linked to the webflow) linked to the workitem. The webclient tries to navigate to the Email view.
Can anyone confirm me that indeed the webflow workitems cannot be triggered from within the Agent Inbox?

Leave Request Workitem error Work item cannot be executed in status COMPLET

Hi All,
In case of leave request application when one particular manager is trying to approve the leqave request he is getting the error message
Work item 000000003046 cannot be executed in status COMPLETED
when i check in workflow log i am getting the workitem id for the dialog task it is 0000000002111
work item id 000000003046 mentioned in the workflows is for my background task which is already completed.
This is happening on production server. Other managers are able approve and reject the leave.
Please suggest.

Work item cannot be processed from IC WebClient agent inbox

Hi forum,
When I select a work item (service ticket) and click on the
"Interact" or "Edit" button to process the ticket the info
message is displayed as "Unable to process selected inbox item".
If I selct e-mail work item and click on "Interact" its
navigating to the account identification screen, which seems to
be correct. What might be the problem with work item for service
ticket processing from the agent inbox by clicking interact or
edit push button.

1. Is service ticket link available in your webclient.If not add the service ticket link in the navigation bar profile.
2. Also make sure that the transcation type(with which the search of service ticket happens) is assigned to the business transcation profile.

Reset Reservation on email in Agent Inbox

Hi Gurus,
Hopefully this is an easy one for you, the question sounds simple enough to me anyway!
A user is able to reserve and reset reservation on emails in the Agent Inbox so that the email can be locked for processing by that user.
If a user reserves an email and never returns to it, it cannot be processed by another agent - is there some way of resetting reservations on emails that can be done by a functional analyst in the back end, or perhaps can be given in the Web UI to the line manager of the team handling the emails?

In CRM5.0, We implemented BADI CRM_IC_INBOX_BADI, method XABLE_BUTTONS_FOR_SELECTION. This method control's the buttons in agent inbox and we developed an algorithm that allow superusers to manipulate the activity of those buttons.
But, at backend, you can also use SWIA t-code. An email is related to an workitem, so you'll have to search the corresponding workitem (we use filters like TS00207914 task, date and time) , select it and hit the 'Replace manually' button.
Don't know if there is a better solution, but hope that helps!

Try find these files which package provides!
Edit: maybe package 'wine' provides this but as I see these libs are in /usr/lib/wine.

CRM 5.0 - IC WebClient - Agent Inbox - Forward to Function

Hi Gurus
In the Agent Inbox I can view Emails, Service Tickets & Follow-up Transactions.
Currently I can forward Emails to other employees, but I cannot forward Service Tickets or Follow-ups.
Is this purely config, if so where must I look?

Responsible group is a (SAP standard) partner function. Just add that partner function in the partner determination procedure of that transaction type(s).
Responsible groups will only work when you have maintained your organisational structure.
When you assign a responsible group to a transaction everyone in that responsible group (in the organisational mgmt) can see the transaction in it's inbox.
A responsible group will be an organisational unit of the organisational structure. Everyone assigned to that organisational unit will be able to see the transaction in it's inbox.
Maintain org. structure
Transaction PPOMA_CRM
Maintain partner determination procedure
SPRO->CRM->Basic settings->Partner processing->Define partner determination procedure.

Nope I didn't enable [testing]; I've discovered some packages in [multilib], namely gcc-multilib or something similar(with the -multilib subfix) and some of these packages belong to the group "multilib-devel". Is installing these packages a must for compiling 32-bit packages?

CRM IC Webclient - Massive Performance Problems Searching in Agent Inbox

Hi Forum,
can somebody help me. We have massive Search Performance problems in Interaction Center Webclient in Agent Inbox. When agents searching, for example for open emails, the time to get a result takes approx. 2-3 minutes.
Thats absolute inadmissible and endangered the running business.
The queury reading the eMails from the workitem tables is very very slow.
Could somebody help me with ideas to solve this big performance problem. Have somebody the same problems?

Another aspect you could check is the following:
Analysis performed didn't show anything strange nor any high consumers
of the response time. The processing time occurs, since IC-Web on CRM 5
is a bit demanding for CPU power.
The only thing that could improve the performance a bit is the
<b>buffering of org structure</b>, which is currently switched off for
SALES and SERVICE scenarios as per table T77OMATTSC.
The report <b>HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE</b> is running regulary
however no scenario is being placed in the buffer to speed up
org structure read. Please check this and provide feedback.

Agente Inbox

Hi Experts,
We are customizing IC WinClient for CRM 5.0 and would like to know the difference between the subfolders Planned Bus. Transactions and Planned Activities that are shown in the workspace IC_WORKLIST (Agent Inbox).
Are the Business Activities considered as a part of the Business Transactions?
Please advise.

Hi,
What’s your account type using in Outlook? IMAP account or Exchange account?
Please make sure your Outlook 2013 is updated to the latest version. Then click Send/Receive > Send/Receive All Folders to manually download mailbox data files from mail server to Outlook data file. If it fails, please recreate the IMAP account in Outlook

Agent Inbox Refresh

Hello experts,
I have a requeriment for an agent inbox in CRM 7.0, i need to refresh automatically the inbox.
I reviewed the BAdI: Agent Inbox, but i don´t find a method to do this.
How i can do this?
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Miguel,
I think you cannot achieve this with server programming (BAdI, etc...). To force regular inbox refresh you need to program it on the client:
You will have to add some javascript code (function setTimeout, invoking the inbox search button automatically at regular time intervals) in the view that handles inbox search.

Incomplete Approval Work Item Removed from Agent Inbox

Dear All WF Experts,
I noticed this strange scenario:
Let say Agent A and Agent B are sent a work item.
If Agent A has executed the work item in SBWP previously, the work item is removed from Agent B's inbox (And the status is changed to 'STARTED'). However, the work item is not processed yet.
Is there anyway to make the work item stays in the inbox until either agent approved the work item?

Thanks Arghadip for your response. Sorry for my blunt question.
Actually, the Agent A and Agent B are the approvers for PR approval by position (Agent A and Agent B are the users in the mentioned position).
Thus, when a PR is raised, both Agent A and Agent B received the same PR work item.
If Agent A execute the work item but does not release the PR, the work item still remains in Agent A's inbox as there is no terminating event. So, based on the logic, in Agent B's inbox, the work item should still be there because the work item is not fully processed yet (no terminating event takes place).
But, now, from what I saw, as long as any of the responsible agents executed (started) the work item, even if they do not release it, the work item is removed from all other agents' inbox and only remain in the inbox of the agent who first executed the work item.
I interpreted this as there is at least one agent already view the work item and know the existence of the PR to be approved, thus the other agents do not need to bother about the PR anymore. But, is my interpretation correct? And is there anyway to make the work item stay in the inbox of all approvers until there is one terminating event?

"Forward To" option in Agent Inbox

Hi,
We are facing issue in "Forward To" functionality in Agent Inbox.
We have done below configuration steps to execute "Forward To".
- Define Reciepient profile:
Here define responsible groups (which are already maintained in Org model as a Org. unit).
- Assign Reciepeint profile to agent inbox profile:
We forward inbox item to particular group. Now forwared item should be visible in that particular group.
The issue is "Forwarded item is not reflecting in that group.
Please let us know if we missing any steps.

Yes we are using IC_Agent role and inbox profile is assigned this role.
I am trying to forward inbox item (service order , interaction record etc.) to different groups and these groups are maintained as Org. unit in org. model.

IC Agent Inbox Search Issue : -

Hi All,
I have some clarification regarding the IC Agent Inbox search.
We have a situation were mails have been assigned under particular agents name.
When he/she tries to search for the mails in "inbox search" by applying criteria like Transaction type , Categorization schema,assigned to - "my group"
and enter search it is not pulling all the records what is expected.
Can you guys please tell me what might be the problem here any code change or customizing changes required to set this right ?
Please give a suggestion ASAP possible as it very urgent issue needs to resolved.

Hello,
If I were you, I would debug the query involved in work item search, and see the conditions used to retrieve the work items, and see why some are note retrieved.
In the past, we also had some strange behaviour regarding agent inbox, so I would also check OSS notes, under application area CRM-IC-UNI.
The DB tables involved are, if I am not mistaken, SWWWIHEAD (header info) and SWWUSERWI (assignement of workitem to users).
By checking those 2 aspects, you might find out what is the issue in your system.
