Agent Login Logout Activity report extensions are all blank

Hi there,
We are running UCCX ver 8.5.1.11003-32. When we run the Agent Login Logout Activity report the extensions are all blank as seen below.
Anyone know why this would be?

Has anyone run in a a runtime error when running agent login/logout reports? I am unable to run this report.
a runtime error occurred while executing the inquiry. i know there used to be bugs on this but.

I removed my deployments from the remote OC4J server and removed deployment entries from http-web-site.xml and server.xml. I redeployed my simpleJSP bibean application to my local and remote OC4J server. It works locally but fails now with this new error:

What you are experiencing is 100% related to Malware.

I CLICKED ON THE IMAGES LINK...BROUGHT UP ANOTHER BOX ABOUT ADOBE RESEARCH PICTURES... THE BOXES ARE ALL BLANK. HOW DO I ACCESS THE PICTURES?

As an Adobe employee, I hate to say "it works for me," but ... it works for me. Maybe it was a random issue with the server.
Can you please try this again? If it doesn't work, let me know and I'll report it to the folks who manage the server.

The pages selected to print are all blank

I don't know what is going on but all of a sudden Illustrator cs6 is giving me a message saying "the pages selected to print are all blank." Nothing in my print dialog has changed. Printing a black and white object. Tiling is not checked. There is nothing wrong with the layers as there is only one. I printed these pages last week from AI. Now it won't. I have no idea what is going on now. Please help.

There is no template, and it does it with any file I open.

OBIEE: logging users Login/logout activity

I need to create a log about the user log-in/log-out activity;
I've tried with usage tracking procedure but now I know it's only about query activity.
the informations I need are:
TIMESTAMP | Source IP address | hostname (where the event took place) | USERNAME | EVENT_TYPE (Login/logout) | RESULT
I think that I can have those information trough weblogic but I can't figure out how!
anyone has got an idea?

Activity Reports: What are anonymous users?

I have created activity reports to monitor the number of hits in portal. It shows up 2 categories of users. One is Authenticated and the other is Anonymous. The number of Anonymous users in the report are too many, can you experts please explain me in detail about the Anonymous users.

Anonymous users are the users who enter in to portal without porper authorization, means un-registered users.

Agent Login Logout timestamps in the database

Dears,
In our UCCE environment we need a detailed report that generates information about the agents login and logout times.
Does anyone have any idea in which table in the database we can view these timestamps?

Dear Lara,
you can get these detaills from Agent_Event_detail table
you will be getting login date and time from Agent_Event_Detail table along with the duration of the event.
also agent log out table will give you the logon duration and log out date and time.
you can refer the ICM DB schema further info.

Extensions are all greyed out

All extensions that I have are all greyed out. I can navigate to them to install, but obviously I can't click on ANY of them. Never had this before.

The posts above actually mentioned two different issues. One is that MXP is not supported in EM CC, so when a user clicks "Install" button in EM and browses to the folder where MXP is located, all MXP files are greyed out in browse file dialog box; another is that "Extensions" menu item is greyed out in products such as PS, DW, etc. Is your issue the latter one? We didn't release update on January 15. Which update have you installed? What is your operating system (Windows or Mac)? It seems that your main issue is CC product update issue. I guess http://forums.adobe.com/community/download_install_setup/creative_cloud_faq or http://forums.adobe.com/community/creative_cloud is better forum for your question.

User login and activity report

We have SAP enterprise portal 7.0 SP9 installed. Now, I want a report which will give data like the users(ids) and thier login time on this portal in a particualar time period. It would be better if i get the activity report of those users as well.

After Saving Workbook Text Elements are All Blank

I created a query, made some adjustments in Analyzer and saved the workbook. Upon going back into my workbook, all my text elements were blank and when I open them, the constants and filter values are all unchecked. What could have caused these to be removed. All the structures are still there.

The problem is strange.
But try executing the workbook again.
Once executed, edit the query and save and execute again.
Again save the workbook.
This is just trying again.

App tabs have not graphic icon, they are all blank white, no gmail, facebook, twitter. They are all exactly the same. Quit FF, refreshed page,... stood on head... nada

'pin as app tab' turns the wide tab to a small tab. But there is no identifying icon - they are all identical. The default 'white page of paper with dogear upper right' is all I see.

Sorry, Mozilla, NVM. Turns out the cause was the addon '''Favicon Picker'''. Disabled it (replaced with ''Bookmark Favicon Changer''), and now all icons show ok (app tabs, normal tabs). Yaay, me=happy!!

Java popup screens are ALL blank

I have a feeling it is being caused by my new graphics card as all my other machines are okay, but it is very annoying and i was wondering if there is a work around.
GFX = Radeon 9800 Pro 256 running Catalyst 3.9's

I seem to have the same problem and incidentally also
radeon gfx-card ... but some how i dont think this
would be hardware related. My OS is Win XP sp2.
I've had jre 1.4.2 --> uninstall --> jdk1.5 -->
uninstall jdk1.4.2. And they've worked as expected
for several years. Even now most java-apps and
applets seem to work fine, but IntelliJ Idea 4.5
installer and the java plugin control panel are
totally blank. The functionality seems to be there,
just not the gfx.

Make sure Directx is updated to the latest version.

If the problem was AA, then and you still want to force all 3d applications to use AA and you don't want to keep changing your graphics card display options, you can disable java's use of the Direct3D by setting an environment variable JAVAOPTIONS to -Dsun.java2d.d3d=false. Activity monitor - what are all these processes and how do i stop them?

i have a laptop that i use completely for live music performance and i want to disable everything on the mac that could be taking up RAM and CPU power.
i firstly notice airport base station agent and spotlight. can i disable these?
i also notice itunes helper... whats that?
i also have lots of others such as - ATSServer, launchd, loginwindow, mdworker, pboard, syncserver, systemUIServer and UserEventAgent... what are these and do i need them running?

in activity monitor i can see spotlight is taking up about 25mb.
i have a 6GB music session to run with a huge CPU load so every bit of my 4GB RAM is taken up.
i do use spotlight a lot but could do without if it meant freeing up a little bit of space... it all helps!
i can see no page outs and it says 0 bytes but even though im running nothing on my computer i only have 3.3GB of my 4 available. 260MB is active and 420MB is wired.
im sure ableton live (my live music app) would appreciate even a little bit more RAM...
i know the maximum RAM my mac can have is 4GB but i think thats the limit for the application anyway so buying a new mac and more RAM wouldnt help i dont think....
any ideas?

It does not. The only details that OIM collects are example:
How many times you tried pwd wrongly. How many times you tried to reset your pwd. What are the modifications into your user. When you set your challenge questions and etc.
All of these informations are into UPA_XXXX tables. You just need to do some selects there.
Logged in and Logged out you should do this by your self looking into the OIM logs and grep the user in and out.
