Agent State Display - Can you highlight when an agent is Not Ready
Hello...
My customer is looking for a way to highlight when an agent has gone in to the "Not Ready" state... their preference would be to change the font color to red in the supervisor desktop display in the Agents - Team State section, but they are open to ther ideas as well. We are currently running UCCx 7.0(1) with CAD/CSD 6.6(1)

I am not sure if highlighting the agents when the state is changed is possible in CSD.
However I am curious to know why is there a specific need to highlight the agent when you already see the status going to RED from GREEN during not ready state ?

Can you explain when using keywords and addding them to various clips pressing ctrl and a number eg. 1 or 2 it simply closes down FCPX. Just to the dock as would the yellow -sign. I am new to this program having only used Final Cut Express 4 previously.

Re: Why don't my arrows on the time line operate and allow me to move to the start and end of the timeline. Iam using the trial versionCheck System Preferences. I think Control-1 is used by something in the OS now. Switch it off. It's a major p[ain the way the OS is taking over more and more of the keyboard, allowing less options for application use.

If you have ever used TinyUmbrella your HOSTS file could be redirecting the request to a local server or Cydia.
Look for any entries which redirect gs.apple.com and comment out or remove. -

Imac [plus 2nd display - can you work with one display rotated 90 degrees?
I'm thinking of getting a Dell Ultrasharp 24" monitor to use as a 2nd screen from my iMac 20". The Dell screen seems to rotate 90 degrees so you can view it landscape or portrait. If you're working with 2 displays functioning as one giant desktop, can you rotate the 2nd display 90 degrees, and still use the 2 monitors as a giant desktop?
Any advice much appreciated - thank you!Leopard has a built-in feature for rotating the display. It's in System Preferences Displays pane. You can select to rotate the image 90, 180, or 270 degrees. It even works for my massive 21-inch CRT that I use with my iMac as the extended desktop, although it would be very difficult to physically use that monitor in portrait orientation.
