Agent Upgrade fails by PRECHQ_PREVIOUS_UPDATE_PENDING_REBOOT

Question

On some workstations scheduled to upgrade the agent to ZCM 11.3.1.39328 we have error PRECHQ_PREVIOUS_UPDATE_PENDING_REBOOT but no known reboot operation pending.
In registry of this machines we do not find any reason for this error:
no entries in registry at
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\PendingFileRenameOperations
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run Once
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run OnceEx
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ins taller\InProgress
and
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\Curren tVersion\RunOnce
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\Curren tVersion\RunOnceEx
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\Curren tVersion\Installer\InProgress
Are there more places to search for or what can cause this error?

Hi all, i worked with Werner on this issue
the 11.3.1 update logs says
[A reboot is pending from the update : 5011020102fc50000000002012091215] [] [] [ZENworks]
Looked into %zenworks_home%\logs\system-update\5011020102fc50000000002012091215
we saw there the file "update_needs_reboot" , after this file is removed the 11.3.1 update went though.
Now the weird thing :
The device is on 11.3. Windows 8.1 update
The GUID 5011020102fc50000000002012091215 is 11.2.1 MU2 update.
How could the device be updated to 11.3. Windows8.1 ? I would have expected that the error occurred earlier and Werner would not even be able to update to 11.2.2
In the database 5011020102fc50000000002012091215 is marked as "finished"
Anyway ... it is sorted now :-)
