Agents state getting changed automatically from NotReady to Ready on random position during break time. Can some help me out?

This occurs when, while on a call on the personal line, the agent receives a consult transfer from another agent on the ICD line, does not answer this call and the call is disconnected by the calling agent. PO unit price getting changed automatically

Hi Team,
In my case, the PO unit Price is getting changed automatically when pushed from a different system via Interface.
In PO of the 3rd party system, Order unit price & Order Unit are the same, but when pushed from the 3rd party system to SAP only Order Unit price is getting chaged.
When i tried creating a PO via FM in SAP, it gave the right one i.e. both Order Unit & Order Unit price are the same.
PIR looks good with teh required Unit price.
Please give me some tip to find the exact reason for change...

Hi,
If you are able to create the correct PO by executing the BAPI in SE37 and you are not able to do the same from external system, then the issue is the with the parameters only. Can you send the parameters that are being passed to the BAPI?
Just to make sure, send the parameters by using external debugging, not from the source system.

Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. Feel free to post additional information, faulty information, or other related topics below as this is simply a collection of data and it would be practically impossible to test all of them. I have a Nokia 5800 with v51.0.006 firmware. My problem is that randomly when i receive text messages the memory change automatically from memory card to phone memory.
Any ideea why?

this is the function which I miss on the N8 :-)
Once you connect your phone to your computer, the card will no longer be available for your phone .(your computer has access on the card)
In this case your phone uses the internal memory.
You've to change it manually, if you want to use the SD card again

Agent state after change

I've got a custom-written wallboard to monitor agents and traffic real-time. When I change a competance level or remove a skill, the agent's records are no longer available in the AgentStateDetail table. Because of this, the agent's status is unknown until there is a change (a new entry in AgentStateDetail is created). Is there a way around this?

I can't speak about the database, but if you're using a http trigger with a script behind to get agent states, you should always get the appropriate information. Our own agent state display uses that approach and it works quite well (we coupled it with a jtapi based app that monitors phone states and requests the agent state when the phone state changes)

All agents were logged of automatically from agent dekstop

We had an issue last week where all agents where logged of automatically. By the way we have UCCE version 8, CTIOS agent desktop 8, Call manager 8, and 7961 Cisco phones. Agents were able to log back in and everything seems to be working fine. We are running duplex mode in call center. on the CTIOS server it show in call manger the agent destkop unregister, however the call manager and switch logs doesnt show unregister. It is really weird and on the switch there isnt any errors that indicate that packets were loss, does any UCCE expert out there know what could of been the root cause. The error on the CTIOS server says cucm faulire for all those phones but phones werent unregistered.
Any Suggestion please help.

All agents logged off, not just half? Typically when you run in duplex, half of those CTI OS Agent Desktops should connect to your secondary CTIOS server (50% chance at login). Are the effected agents all in the same location? To me this points to perhaps being a network issue if everyone was effected.
Can you run a report on the Logout codes for the effected agents? What logout codes were recorded for this event?

Emails getting deleted automatically from inbox?

Been noticing lately that emails that I've looked at are disappearing from my inbox. The most recent example being I received an email last Friday and read it. I went in today to respond to it and its gone. It doesn't show up under deleted items in either my Verizon account or my Iphone. Checked my storage limit on the account and it shows that I'm only using 9%. I've noticed this has been happening for the past month, but just though that I deleted them by mistake. Anyone else have a similar problem?

If this not only happens to the messages that you read:
Any time mail disappears from the server, there's a pretty good chance there's some device pulling it off. This can happen even without you intending it to. For example, the default Verizon setup for a long time (and possibly still) configured Outlook automatically unless you were paying attention and unchecked the box during the install.
The easiest way to fix it is to change your password. Once the device(s) can no longer authenticate, the disappearances should stop.

Getting change values from a collection

Title says it all. I have a collection connected to a
datagrid and have a simple form that allows me to add/modify/delete
entries from the collection. Now I want to send the changes to the
collection back to the server. How do I read/parse the collection
for these changes? Examples would be helpful. Below is what I have
so far to examine the collection (found elsewhere) how do I extract
the name/value pairs that have changed?

ArrayCollection supports the length property, so you can
simply iterate over it with a for loop and use the bracket notation

Material Description is getting changed automatically in Sales Order

I am presenly facing the issue on Description change in sales order
When I create the order with Material Mat1234 having description "XYZXYZ" as in the order material number remains same but description is changed to say "ABCABC"
we have not maintained CMIR for the same
also the Material master description is proper.( maintained as XYZXYZ).
Pls help me in resolving the issue.

As per standard SAP the description is copied from the material master but the same can be edited while creating the sales order. Take the help of ABPER to debug it find out the error.

Purchase Order Cost Getting Changes Automatically

We have developed an application which works as a bridge between two applications and we are taking data from other application and transferring the same to SAP B 1 using DI API provided by SAP we are having 2007 PL10 and we are facing the problem in some purchase orders as while transferring the date we have provided one rate say 24 to DI API and it gets saved in SAP as 30 (In Item master we have provided some price lists as Rs. 30) and 20% in discount column, final amount comes 24 but while making GRN's we are providing base entry no only and we are not providing any rate or discount at that and GRN get's punched with Rate as 30 and it is creating mess with data, and strange thing is this is happening rarely i.e. once in 1000 transactions or so. Can someone help me in this.

What could cause the font size to go from normal to huge?

Thanks for the note. I gave up on the Verizon site (there was no place to go to get one of those FAQ answered) and went to Bing and asked the question, hit the return key and found the answer in the first search topic that came up. It did give me the answer of increase or decrease font size using the volume keys on the side of the phone. Now you can disable that particular function so you don't accidentally increase the font size. Thanks again.

Why the default writing direction doesn't get changed automatically ?

When I write an Arabic letter, it doesn't change the paragraph writing direction automatically to right to left as it say in the following link !

View State question - changing states and custom states

Hi all,
I'm working on an application that lets a user register for an event. Each event has associated child information: conferences, tickets, etc. associated with it. What I'm trying to do is create some sort of checkbox list so that, when a user clicks on an event to add it to his registration, the associated child information appears in the display so he can choose all this information at once. I have the list working and I've been trying to use a custom ItemRenderer to pop in the extra info for the user to select when he clicks on an event. The problem I'm having is that, when the user goes to click on a child to add it to his registration, my state is changing back from "selected" to "normal" and the child information disappears. So I guess I have two questions. One, am I even remotely on the right track here? If not, can someone suggest a better approach? Two, if this is the right approach, how do I solve the "disappearing child" problem? I tried creating a custom state that would set everything to visible, but I can't seem to figure out how to get into it...I tried just putting a click event on it and just doing an Alert.show(currentState) to see if I was even getting into my custom state, but I just kept switching between "normal" and "selected."

Reading Panes views on Shared Mailbox changes automatically issue

Can someone please advise if this is a known bug or if it's just because it is the way the software is configured?
Our email account are hosted by Microsoft on Office365.
Email accounts are added as an account on Outlook2010.
When accessing shared mailboxes, the reading pane view settings changes automatically from time to time from "Date to Category".
I noticed that others have raised a query on this previously but never got a properly answer.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT SUGGEST TURNING OFF READING PANE AS THAT IS A STUPID IDEA FOR THOSE WHO SUGGESTS IT. We all know you can turn it off as an option but if people wants to use it, you don't just tell them not to use it as a workaround.
You wouldn't tell someone to go catch a bus if their car is broken temporary. You fix the car so that you can use it later.
