Aging balance and G/L Balance

The Creditors aging report = $103,200 the creditors g/l account = $100,000.
The trial balance report for all months balances.
Any ideas as to the cause of this discrepancy?

Hi Lisa,
You can check a couple of things,
1) If you are running the backdated aging report, the same is run as per settings mentioned in Note No. 800294.
PS : for 2007A version please run the report by checking both the tickboxes.
2) Please check that the control accounts are selected. There is a Control Account [ ... ] on the Aging Report. See what Control Accounts are included and what is the G/L Balance for those accounts.
3) if still difference, then please try to locate from the List of BP Code , the BP which has the balance of 3200. Probably you find the discrepency.

How to tally Aging balance

Hi,
I am running aging T-code S_ALR_87012178 as on 10/31/2007 for a Recon Account and getting balance of 100000.
Now how should I tally that this balance is correct. If I run FBL3N and FS10N I get balance of 125000. So I cannot tally because the aging balance has only open items whereelse other two has open and cleared items
Is there any way to tally aging report with FBL3N or FS10N. I am running recon account as on 10/31/2007.

Hi JR,
Both the report and the FBL3N can be run as at a particular date. If you are executing S_ALR_87012178 with "Open items at key date" as 31.10.07, execute FBL3n also with "Open item" date as 31.10.07.

I have a iPhone 4 s I did the software update ages ago and lost my camera roll then did the update and they all came back then on Christmas eve they have all gone !!

Why should we care how many times you've written this? Are you making multiple threads? Are they being deleted by the Hosts?
Did you make a backup of your iPhone before you updated the iOS?
Did you import the photos to your computer?
Were the photos in the Camera Roll, Photo Stream or synced iTunes albums?

Customer/Supplier Ageing Screens and Reports

Hi
We have a request for change in the Customers/Suppliers Ageing screens and reports.
Our clients require the appropriate transaction date field to be available on the detailed screen and the detailed report and statement.
eg. If they are ageing by document date - they need to see the document date against each transaction and it is very important that the reports have it.
We have more than one case where this has been requested. It is quite usual and an expected piece of information for credit control operators.

Would the XLR you have produced solve the following problem I have.
When producing an ageing report the value date used is not the due date of the document but the due date using the BP's terms.
I've tried to create an XLR but cannot resolve the fact that items reconciled after my ageing date are excluded.
Any help would be appreciated.

When you "rename" a photo in iPhoto you're adding a Title to the shot, not renaming the file. This si quite standard metadata in photography, but it appars that it's getting lost in the upload/at Snapfish process.
You can use the Titles as filenames if you export using the File -> Export command. It's one of the options in the export dialogue. You can upload the exported items.

You can neither merge or delete them. Pick one and stop using the other. If they both have purchases associated with them you will have to keep using both.

I group apps on my iphone 4s. I sometimes invoke age restrictions and I've noticed that when I remove the age restriction the apps that were hidden do not reappear back in their groups,they end up on the main screens. Can this behavior be prevented?

I don't think so. Once an app is removed and then restored it usually isn't restored to the same position/folder it was originally.

Profit Center wise & customer and vendor ageing balance

HI,
If anyone has developed the profit center ageing report for customer & vendor open items, then plz provide me the logic used. I need the same to implement for my customer.
Standard reports ( FBL1N/FBL5N or new GL reports) are not solving my purpose

PCA wise Customer Aging: - Development
I also developed the same report with following logic and It is working till now.
1. Copy the Standard customer aging report S_ALR_87012176 and pass the same documents into FAGLFLEXTA and get the Profit Center.
PCA wise Open Items: - Standard
1. GO to FAGLL03 Report
2. Give all customer reconciliation accounts in GL Account Field in selection (including Spl GL Recon Accounts)
3. and Execute report, call Customer Code, and Profit Center Field in Layout (in standard layout, Customer Code available, name is not viable).
4. Short PCA and Customer wise, we will get PCA wise Open Items.
use the same logic for Vendor also.
Please check and revert if you need more clarity.
