  • Aging Report for Multicurrency Customers

    Dear all,
We have some customers whose BP Currency have been set to 'all currency' and they have transactions in both our local and foreign currencies.
The customer aging report displays the balances only recalculated at the aging date's exchange rate. How can we have the customer aging report to display document currency transactions?
    Kind Regards,
    Asif

    Hi Asif,
all transactions for a BP that is defined to use 'Multicurrency' (MC) is held in local currency (LC), the display of the amounts in another currency is simply that, a display according to the exchange rate for that posting date. Therfore, only the LC is relevant for the ageing report. You may, however, choose to display the ageing report in any given currency that you have defined.

  • Vendor Ref. no. not displayed in print preview in vendor aging report

    Dear SAP team,
Vendor reference number is not displayed in print preview/print on vendor liabliteis aging report,

vendor reference entered in NumAtCard in AP invoice get copied to Ref2 in Journal Entry, then
why it is not showing in print preview/print.
Whether this is an application error / missing functionality ?
We are using SAP Business One 2005 B (7.40.252)  SP: 00  PL: 36.
Whether upgrade to latest patch 2005B PL46 will solve this issue ?
    Jeyakanthan

    Hello Jeyakanthan,
I would like to draw your attention to the enhancements we delivered within Aging Report in 2007 version and plan for 8.8 release.
The primary enhancement in 2007 version is reflecting new concept of Internal Reconciliation with more convenient backward reporting.
    Within the 8.8 release ...
    - when you generate the aging report you can group the report by customer or sales employee in the customer receivables aging report, and by vendor or buyer in the vendor liabilities aging report;
    - when the aging report has been generated, you can view multicustomer/multivendor detailed information in the aging report window. There is no need to double-click each customer/vendor row to view the details.
We would strongly to recommend you to upgrade to 2007 version or join the ramp-up of 8.8 release soon.

  • Why invoice aging report only display invoice remaining amount?

    I setup aging period 0~30, 31~60,61~90,90~9999.
When I submit invoice aging report,Only Remaining Amount Display. The period column-label is null and the value is zero.
    Why?

sounds like intented functionality. Are you using the correct version and not an older version of the report?

  • Aging reports that display reconciled transactions

Currently ie 2007a PL 35, when an aging report is run that displays reconciled transactions it is displaying all reconciled transactions including those reconciled before the aging date. My understanding of this feature was that it was intended to allow clients to run past dated aging correctly and for totals it does. However I have a client who works with detailed aging extensively and they would like a feature that would allow an aging report that would only show open balances that had been reconciled after the aging date. would it be possible to implement this into the current aging selection criteria?? It would help clients produce more accurate historical aging reports.

  • Aging Report not displaying all BP's

    Experts,
I have a client who recently upgraded to 8.8 PL 10. They found that when running the Customer Aging report they did not see all the customers in the list. Even customers with a balance.
I have looked into this and found some confusing results... I make sure that there is no selection on the Customer Codes or groups and that there is only one accounts receivable in the Control account selection (They only have one). With this selection I sometimes got all the customers and sometimes not. I could not determine a common factor.
Is this an issue with 8.8 PL 10?
    Any help wold be appreciated.
    Marli

    Gordon,
Yes, I tried with the Display customers with zero balance selected. Then I could see all the customers.
But the specific customer that did not show up when this was not selected have a balance.
    Thanks,
    Marli

  • Display date in Aging report

    Hi,
In 2007B version the detailed aging report PLD doesn't contain any date field
I tried to create a date field and linked with variable but it doesn't show any values
My financial year starts every year with the new numbering series starting with 1.
Is there any method by which i can bring this date field in 'detailed aging report'
    Thanks in advance
    Md.nazeer Shaikh

    Hi Gordon,
    Thanks for the reply.
I understand that we can design the report by using the crystal report
My only concern is sometimes because of only one extra field requirement we need to re-design the whole report eventhough it exists right there in the package

  • Customer aging report - receipts also displayed

    hi all,
Customer aging report is showing all outstandings &
    also receipts from customer,
we want only customer outstanding in intervals of days ?
    Jeyakanthan

    Hi Jeyakanthan,
I take it you are using a version prior to 2007.
When you run your ageing report by journal entries, B1 will show you the full amount as due for all partially paid invoices & also, in another row, the actual partial payment. This is due to the 2 different reconciliation engines. You need to manually reconcile the invoices with the partial payments, then they will no longer appear in the ageing by journal entry.
To determine which payments belong to which invoice, you could run the report by marketing documents. There B1 will show you the remaining outstanding amounts only, from which you can deduct the payment(s) & thence reconcile the correct documents.
As a rule, SAP recommends to only run the ageing reports by journal entry.
If you are looking for more info on reconciliation, please have a look at the IRU landing page:

  • Vendor ageing report(urgent)

in vendor ageing report i am getting the data for the vendors with open item only means those vendors who have to pay depending on the parameter date which we r passing
    in selection screen.
but i  want all those records with cleared item also depending on that date.
means suppose there r 2 vendors
1.sanjeev-he has to pay 1000 but he has paid 500 and left
    with 500 due.
    2. amit -he has to pay 1000 and he had not paid anything till now.
so when i am executing my report it is showing only
    sanjeev 500
    amit 1000
    but i need
    sanjeev 1000
    amit 1000
to be displayed but as sanjeev has already paid 500
so it is not showing the output as above.
so how it could be achieved

    ENDIF.
Now my problem is I need to combine the data I have selected from EKKO with a table which has EBELN, I found BSIK but that doesnt have the EBELN field filled.
Can you tell me some table other than BSEG ( performace issue ) which I can use to select my entries with Inner join... only BSIK has BLART not BSEG..
I will definitely award points for all the helpful answers

  • Vendor Liabilities Aging Report

    Hi Guys,
We are trying to generate a Vendor Liabilities Aging report on one of our companies, but no data is being displayed.  Instead the following error message is being shown "Data is not available; modify the select criteria and re-enter [Message 131-85]".  We also tried various options in the selection criteria but still this did not solve our problem.
We are suspecting that this could be related with data corruption since during this weekend we had power failures on MSSQL and SAP servers.
Any help from you guys will be much appreciated...
    Many Thanks,
    Bernard

    Hi Bernard,
Welcome you post on the forum.
It is more than likely the data consistency issue. You must got certain bad data in your database. Run DBCC first to see if the problem can be fixed. If not, report to SAP support to get help.
    Thanks,
    Gordon

    thanks
    koteshwar

    Hi Koteshwar,
the report will not display aging periods beyond 4 buckets which is the intended functionality as per
    below oracle reference:
System Should Allow More Then Four Bucket in Invoice Aging Report [ID 1298644.1]
However, you are create your own report or make a copy of this report and perform modification. For performing this activity, you need a dedicated report developer .............

  • Aging Report does not match Balance Sheet Receivables/Payables Account

    Hi experts,
I am requesting your help to find out why our customer receivables/vendor payables aging reports total does not match our balance sheet accounts receivable/ accounts payable account for the same period.
    I would expect
Customer Receivables Aging Report Total = Balance Sheet Accounts Receivables Account
Vendor Aging Report Total = Balance Sheet  Accounts Payables Account
    Thank you.
    Jane

When you run the report with an ending/aging date in the past (like the end of last month), if you do not display BP's with zero balances, it will leave out BP's who have a zero balance AT THE TIME YOU RUN THE REPORT.  Some of them may have had a non-zero balance at the end of the month, but they will be left off anyway.  So if a customer owed money on the last day of the month and he paid it on the first of the next month, his balance will not be shown on the report if you run it even one day later.
I feel this is a design defect in the report, but it is the system behavior.

  • Vendor Aging Report to show zero balance does not show all vendors

    Hi all,
I would like to see a list of all my vendors in the Vendor Aging Report. I clicked on show vendors with zero balance, however, I still only get a partial list of the vendors. Is there a setting I need to set to show all the vendors? Any advice would be appreciated.
    Thank you!
    Jane

    Hi,
I think your requirement is you want all vendors displayed irrespective of the transactions entered for that Business Partner.
The Aging Report will display only those BPs which have transactions posted to them.
The function of 'Display Vendors with zero balance' checkbox is that it behaves like a selection creteria and leads to inclusion
of all those Business Partners who do not have a balance as of the current date but had a balance on the selected backdate.
    example :
If a vendor has a balance as on 01.08.08 and is paid on 10.08.08, then the vendor will not be included in aging report (when run on 01.08.08) unless "Include Vendors with zero balance" is checked.
This checkbox does not allow you to display all the vendors created in the database.
