Agreement RFQs and Quotations node is missing in IMG

Hi experts,
I am trying to define RFQ types and Optimizer strategy but do not find these in IMG of my TM 9.0 system.
Please help me to know if I missed any necessary settings in TM system. Also refer below IMG screen shot, IMG path I am using.
Define RFQ types
IMG - TM - Masterdata - Agreement RFQs and Quotations - Define Freight agreement RFQ types.
Define Optimizer strategy
IMG -TM- Masterdata - Agreement RFQs and Quotations - Define Target share strategies

Check in trxn EC02, structures> Navigation to locate whether the plant you have created exists or not...
If not..
Possible reasons would be...
1. You haven't saved the transaction while creating the plant
2. You have copied a plant and didnot change the code and tried to save & it didn't save which you forgot to notice
Check also in table T001W if the entry exists and check the Co.Cd-Plant assignment in OX18 and revert

IDOC RFQ and Quotation (MM-PUR-RFQ)

HI,
To send a RFQ to a vendor, I can use the REQUOTE idoc. THis is working perfectly. We send the RFQ from SAP to external vendor portal.
I would like to know which idoc i can use, for the quotation which is send back from the vendor. From the portal to SAP and it updates the RFQ in ME47 with the price.

RFQ and Scheduling agreement

I have set the release strategy for the RFQ .In the characterstics filed i have maintained the filed name as "BSART" and the doc type value as "AN" and for the another filed name "EKORG" with value "PORG Value".
My doubt is i was able to create the RFQ and entered quatation details and able to create PO wrt the RFQ without release RFQ.But in the activity release RFQ this rfq details is getting fetched and subject to release .Where the release strategy will have impact.Can i create a PO wrt the RFQ qithout releasing RFQ.
Same pls help me to understand the release impact in scheduling agreement. Is that release of scheduling agreement is necessary for creating delivery schedules and the GR for the delivery schedules.The impact of release of scheduling agreement?

This is my issue
I have activated the release procedure for RFQ through Char field Name "Bsart" for order type and value maintained is "AN" and order value also given.
Created RFQ ,when i go to me45 (relese RFQ) this rfq is getting dispalyed and release is active.I have not released the RFQ.
Then i maintained quatation details for this RFQ ,and able to create PO wrt the RFQ without releasing RFQ.
My doubt is in sap Help they says that "" An RFQ may be blocked via a release procedure (if its total value exceeds a predefined value - say $10,000 - for instance). Before this RFQ can be outputted (printed out or transmitted directly to the vendor), it must be approved (i.e. released)."
My doubt is if the RFQ is subject to release ,the transmission of RFQ details to vendor for receiving quatations is possible only after release of RFQ or PO can only be raised only after release of RFQ?
Pls help me ,sorry for killing your time.

Header Condtion for RFQ and Conract pricing procedure

Hi All,
we have configured new pricing procedure purchansing documents.
We are able to see in PO, header and Item condtion types but In RFQ and COntract we are able to see only at item level.
Please guide us how to resolve this issue.

Hi,
please check first the document type for the RFQ and the contract you
are using. Was the time-dependent conditions flag set for these document types?
The standard schema for purchasing documents is RM0000. In gross price
condition type PB00, supplementary calculation schema is RM0002.
When updating time-dependent conditions in a purchasing document, the
system will first check the main schema. It will check the first
condition type, which is the gross price condition type PB00 in
standard. It will find the supplementary pricing procedure (RM0002 in
in standard) that is assigned to the gross price condition type. These
are the supplementary conditions that can be included together with
pb00 for the quotation item.
Table A019 is used for header conditions for contracts, scheduling
agreements and quotations using time-dependent conditions. When you
want to maintain header conditions in the quotation, the system will
check all conditions in standard schema RM0000, to see if any contain
an access sequence that includes table A019. In standard, only condition
type RA01 contains an access sequence which includes table A019.
Therefore condition type RA01 will be proposed for updating in standard.
RA01 is defined with it's own supplementary pricing procedure RM0001.
You will only be able to include condition types that are used together
with RA01 as supplementary conditions from RM0001!

URGENT:LWF Node is missing: Function INUCD adition to INN1?

Dear Experts,
We have applied Support packages : BASIS - SAPKB62062 and
SAPKB62063
ABAP - SAPKA62062 and SAPKA62063
HR - SAPKE47045 to SAPKE47074
Now in spro LWF node is missing and system is showing an run time error.
I have gone through the SAP note 973398 and done the initial IMG
changes as per note but i couldn't able to do changes in Schema INN1 .
as per note it says:
"Schema changes:
In the standard payroll schema, the payroll
function INLWF is no longer used at sub schema INN1 to compute the LWF
contribution. Instead now payroll function INUCD is called with
appropriate parameters. The schema in all the clients should be
adjusted accordingly."
I tried to change existing INLWF with INUCD but system is asking for
parameter is required, can any one tell me how i can maintain the
parameter.

Hi,
First find out the relevant Function Module from WE57 tcode.
After getting the FM , u see the sorce code mentionjed in the FM which will fill the relevant Segmnets.
Also check the code whtehr it fill the mandatory segment YMMSMBEW.
Mostly this logic is missing in that FM.
Rvert back if any issues,

Error: Obligatory node 'E1MAKTM' missing in the structure

Hello All
   I extended material master IDOC.
After extending, the segments look like this:
ZMATMAS05
     - E1MARAM
            - ZEXTENDED_SEGMENT
            - E1MARA1
            - E1MAKTM
            - E1MARCM
so on and so forth.
When I create idocs, I get a message saying that the message is successfully sent. When I see in SM58, I see the message "Obligatory node 'E1MAKTM' missing in the structure".
The idoc which is created has E1MAKTM segment, but it is still giving the error.   Am I extending at the wrong position?

makes me just feel that all your segments are at the same level.
but usually the E1MAKTM is a sublevel to E1MARAM
so it should look like this:

- -E1MARA1
- -E1MAKTM
- -E1MARCM
- - -E1MARDM

Obligatory node 'E1KONP' missing in the structure

Hi Experts,
I am extending cond_a04 idoc. am adding the custom segment as the child segment of E1KONH. Am populating the custom fields of this segment in an enhancement in LVKOEF01. This segment is populating and the idoc is successful but its not reaching PI side. In SM58 it shows status text as "Obligatory node 'E1KONP' missing in the structure" and the function module it shows in SM58 is "IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS". Am confused. When sent without this extended segment its reaching PI side. What might be the problem??

Problem solved.
Need to check the structure in IDX. structure in IDX was wrong. when changed this it is reaching PI.Thanks.

Obligatory node 'ZMAT_SPO' missing in the structure IDOC

Hello,
Scenario is : File - IDOC
I am trying to post the contents of the file into Matmas
The file gets picked and shows up a red color flag with the error : :Obligatory node 'ZMAT_SPO' missing in the structure Matmas04 Matmas04 "
I tried by disabling segment ZMAT_SPO, tried mapping to a constant.
nothing worked
When I copy the payload from moni, and do test in MM, its successful
What could be the problem?

BASE WAGE TYPE:Created base wage type by copying /140
SM30:
table V_512W_D maintained the processing class 20 with specification
3 for wage type basis and checked the cumulation class 40.

I have edited the HR form and transferred the wage type
Schema Changes:
I have made changes to Schema IN00> INN1 we have delimited the old
LWF funaction INLWF and incerted new function as per sap note as
INUCD -
here i have maintained the parameter LWF, basis wagetype , -- and
01 (Universal grouping).
PCR Change : Sytem was throughing an error saying that "STOP: No rule
in key INCS******".
I have copied INCS and created ZNCS incerted basis wagetype init.
now while running payroll error is not there,
but wage type is not appearing either in RT table or in payslip,
has any one come across LWF missing , what are the steps you have followed.
I am missing something.
Please guide me.

RFQ and Contract

Hello SRM Folks,
We are on SRM 5.0 and using SRM just for RFQ and Contract (other document like purchase requisition and PO are being created in ECC). So purchase precision will come from ECC to SRM souricng cockpit and from there buyer will create RFQ or contract. I have couple of questions regarding this scenario-
1. I am not sure if I need to replicate material from ECC ?
2. How can I replicate contract to ECC (FYI we do not want to create Global outline agreement)
3. Can somebody let me know which config guide I should follow ?

1) Suggest you to replicate materials. Refer Blog by Marcin /people/marcin.gajewski/blog/2007/02/05/how-to-replicate-material-master-from-r3-to-srm
2) If you want to create contract in ECC from sourcing (or RFx), you need to implement BADI BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS. Check the sample implementation at https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SRM/BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS-CONTRACT_LOGSYS_DETERMINE (if there is any problem with this link, goto SRM Wiki section in SDN)
3) You need to follow 'Contract Management Scenario' and 'Plan Driven Procurement' config, if you have Solution manager.
If you do not have solution manager, use 'Sourcing Config Guide' given in https://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/SRM/Configuration+Guides (or service.sap.com/ibc-srm).

SQL Developer Tables Node is missing from when expand connection

Hi,
I'm getting this issue often when I expand the connection node (Oracle DB connection), the Tables node is missing from the object types tree. Even if i close the SQL developer and come back it would be the same.
Is this a known issue? I've seen this both in 3.0 & 3.1.
please advice.

Just as an update: I did not encounter the issue anymore since my last post (ca 1 week) and I did not do any changes to sqldeveloper any more (never did an export / import of connections, no change in version of JDK any more etc.).
I guessed this here could be my issue: SQL Developer: Not able to view tables
excerpt: "The problem occurs when SQL Developer 3.0.04 connects to a limited privilege schema via a shared server connection. The workaround is to connect using a dedicated server connection."
I use type "Basic" for all my sqldeveloper connections, so no TNSnames.ora entries containing the line "SERVER=DEDICATED" and I did get same issue also when connection using a custom created user having the DBA role.
Therefore I guess this is here is more likely to be my issue: SQL Developer: Not able to view tables

Very often when I did have the issue I closed SQLDeveloper and used Toad for the rest of the day (or a few hours). Next time launching SQLDeveloper the tables node usually was back again. So this could fit into the picture, right?

Obligatory node 'E1OILKV' missing, Not getting'12'Status fromR/3 to XI Port

Hi,
I am sending the Customer Master Data from R/3 to XI. I enhanced the Idoctype OILDEB06 to ZOILDEB06. I am getting the message code status as 03. "Data sent to the Port". But if i execute the the Report RBDMOIND. It is not moving to status 12. "Despatch Ok".
I Got the error message in the tRFC as "Obligatory node 'E1OILKV' missing in the structure".
I am able to see the structure E1OILKV in the IDoc with data. But why this error is coming.
Could any one can help on this Issue.

The Idoc is going to the Recieving End only till the General View and Company Code view. E1OILKV Segment comes under the Sales View. Since Sales view is not changed it is not capturing the Change Pointers. If Sales view is avilable in the Idoc it is not going to the XI Port. tRFC gives the error.
We checked for other Idocs Which were enhanced. Those other IDocs{example Cost center,Vendor Idocs} are going.
I tried to send the Standard Idoc OILDEB without the Enhancements. It is going to the XI Port. Once i Send the OILDEB06 With Enhancements. It gives that error.Obligatory node 'E1OILKV' missing in the structure. As i already said, I am able to see Data in this segment using the Idoc editor. But not fully moved to the Configured XI Port.

HT4623 MY iPad screen is stuck on the "terms and conditions screen. I tap the agree button and the send email button, but nothing happens. Please help.

While trying to update my Ipad to the new operating systemm my screen is stuck on the "Terms and Conditions" screen. I tried touching the "agree" button and the "send my email" button, but nothing happens. I can't get out of the screen without missing my full update. Please help.

completely switch off your ipad with pressing the top power button really long and then swipe the red swiper at the top. Then turn your ipad back on, skip the icloud login screen and you should be good! That's what i did so should work for you too
