Air ApplicationLoader failures - Gun now in mouth Edition

Hello !
In Jan I built my .ipa file, zipped it & deployed it to the app store without a hitch. Amazing really.
Now I'm updating it and building it from exactly the same set of resources - just updating the version no. in the xml file accordingly.
and so now of course the fecker doesn't work - I get this double whammy for my troubles.
"application failed codesign verification. The signature was invalid, contains disallowed entitlements, or it was not signed with an Iphone distribution certificate.
Unable to extract codesigning entitlements from your application. Please make sure HE1 is a valid Mach executable that's properly codesigned."
My question really should be - has something has happened to way IOS interprets an Air Built .ipa on uploading side recently ?
This new version was built using air 3.4, but on failing I rolled back & built it with 3.3 which the original was created with - nothing else has changed. Original swf was generated in Flash CS5.5 and then built with a lovely .bat file as seen below..

I'm only using flash IDE to make the swf, the ipa i'm building from a .bat file which uses an Mobile-Dist.xml which I fill in myself.
Have checked this it's my current Distribution.p12 and Distribution provision profile being used too.
It is like a murder mystery - one where I am the one that's going to murder.... MYSELF !

It's a permissions problem. Try this: right click on your iTunes icon and choose "run as administrator" that might fix it.

There are several possible causes for the Black Screen issue
*1. Permissions in the Library* : Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to check and repair permissions.
*2. Minor Database corruption*: Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild.
*3. A Damaged Photo*: Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and right click on it. From the resulting menu select 'Show File (or 'Show Original File' if that's available). Will the file open in Preview? If not then the file is damaged. Time to restore from your back up.
*4. A corrupted iPhoto Cache*: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto folder from HD/Users/Your Name/Library/ Caches...
*5. A corrupted preference file*: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder. (Remember you'll need to reset your User options afterwards. These include minor settings like the window colour and so on. Note: If you've moved your library you'll need to point iPhoto at it again.)
If none of these help:
As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there?

Go back to the editor and close the photo there.

Looks like the Sim card had a catastrophic failure. Burnout, short somethng like that.
You can try to take out the tray and reseat the sim card inside and see if that gets it back.
Also try resetting the phone at least once by holding down the home and power buttons until the Apple Logo shows up.
If none of this works you'll have to contact your cell carrier to get a new sim card, as it probably fried and is no longer functional.

if you try to install an app that depends on adobe air, you should be prompted to download and install adobe air (unless it's already installed).

Well, it's aggravating seeing foolish limitations to the program. Having some experience in education, offering a professional program in a limited version is condescending to the user and has never been proven to help students move forward. Plus, some of the choices made to keep Logic simple are confounding... "removing the edit button on the EXS24"? That's silly!

Had the same problem, finally realized that the FileVault Encryption was struck at 19%. Speed back up to normal after I disabled FileVault using terminal command - sudo fdesetup diable
To check whether the FileVault is the culprit, go to System Preferences --> Security & Privacy --> FileVault to see if encryption is in progress.. For me the blue bar was less than a quarter with status 'estimating time remaining'..
Then open Terminal and type in: sudo fdesetup disable
It will then ask for the admin password (to be it asked twice), then it was disabled... Back to normal life again..
Here is my terminal log for reference:
