AIR-CT5508-K9 License gone after upgrading to 7.4.100.0

Question

We have a wierd issue with our 5508 WLC which has a AP base count of 250.
right now we're running code version 7.4.100.0 with 75 active AP's connected
The license details:
I tried twice to upgrade to code version 7.5.102.0 but in both cases the base license disappeared after the upgrade as you can see:

did not find any bug related to that issue or any information in the releasenote which could explain that behaviour.

Thanks that helped me out. I contacted cisco license team and they sent me a custom license file.
