Air Inspiration Browser

I have a MAC and when I try to install the Air Inspirational Browser it says contact the author, everything is mis-configured.
Seems a lot of people are having this situation. Any reason why Adobe can not quickley fix this!

Download error for Inspiration Browser and AIR- Elements 9

I have had Elements 9 for months but just installed it. I want to the the Inspiration Browser. It is not installed and asks if I want to install. I say yes and am taken to a downoad page saying I also need AIR, would i like to download both. I say yes and the process starts then I get "Download error" but no further explanation.

Photoshop dot com Inspiration Browser wont open. I keep getting the license agreement for Adobe Air

The Adobe Air license agreement keeps coming up. I select "agree" and the license box goes away but Photoshop Inspirational Browser won't ever open up. Please help.

Go to the top menu in Organizer and click:
Help à Elements Inspiration Browser.
If you are not already signed in with your Adobe ID, a dialog box opens up, enabling you to sign in.

Where are links (that work) to download Adobe AIR Photoshop Elements10 Inspiration Browser UPDATES?

In updating Photoshop Elements 10, I was instructed to uninstall both the Photoshop Elements 10 Inspiration Browser and Adobe AIR software. I did. But now I don't have the weblink where I can download the suggested updates. (They were uninstalled along with the software.)
Anyone have the weblinks (that work) for updating both Photoshop Elements 10 Inspiration Brower -AND- Adobe AIR?

You can't get with out AIR. you could uninstall it afterwards.
i believe there is switch you could user when installing it to diable the AIR. I have it disabled at work, but I'm also
packaging it for mass deployment to 7000 machines. Check out appdeploy.com
If you don't want AIR and Acrobat.com you need to get the .msi and download the custom wizard and make an .mst file and run those. Quite fun. Or like I ssaid just run the set up and uninstall those features.

Inspiration Browser & Adobe AIR

In the process of trying to install the suggested Inspiration Browser, I uninstalled Adobe Air. Elements 9 won't install either one--the dreaded error message--I've given up on Inspiration Browser. How do I get Adobe Air back?

Deleted Air, now can't download Inspiration Browser

I deleted AIR and Inspiration Browser to update them now I can not download the browser. I get a message " download error occurred" Now what do I do?

Why an error message when upgrading Inspiration Browser & downloading Adobe Air?

I've mad numerous attempts to download the new Inspiration Browser for Elements 10 and I get a popup dialog box that tells me that Adobe Air has to be downloaded first and when I attempt to do that, I get a download error message.

PROBLEM WITH INSTALLING UPDATED INSPIRATION BROWSER

I have uninstalled Adobe Photoshop.com Inspiration Browser and cannot reinstall. When I install, the Adobe AIR Installer keeps returning "A download error occurred". How can I continue and install the update for Inspiration Browser.\?

Adobe has stopped supporting IB in PSE11 and is moving towards cloud sharing via Adobe Revel. In view of this I wouldn’t worry too much about installing or updating.
All of the tutorials can now be found on Adobe TV.

I'm having a problem installing the inspiration browser

When I run Photoshop Elements 10 the screen shows that inspiration browser needs to be updated. I uninstalled the older veresion, clicked on install. Then I get a screen that says that Adobe Air is required to be installed "press yes to continue". When I press "yes" I get a screen titled Adobe Air Installer that says "A download error occured. Try to download again." I hit retry and get the same result.
I uninstalled Adobe Air. Made sure that inspiration browser was uninstalled also, rebooted and tried it again. Same result. Checked task manager and no Adobe products were running. Anyone have any suggestions?

Instead of getting onto Premier Elements I got into Photoshop elements.
2) clicked on "Help" tab.
3) Clicked on "Elements Inspiration Browser". This brought up a logon screen to Photoshop.com.
4) Entered id and password, clicked on sign in. Failed.
5) Opened a new tab.
6) Went to Photoshop.com and signed in there.
7) Went back to the Photoshop Elements screen.
8) Repeated steps 2 & 3 which brought me to the install screen.
9) Clicked install and everything worked including the install of Adobe Air.
I hope this helps others having a similar problem.

I started Photoshop Elements 10 and followed instructions to update the Inspiration Browser. After clicking download and install nothing happens.

I installed Photoshop Elements today and ran into the same problem following the instructions to update the Inspiration Browser---nothing happened after clicking "Install Now" on the installation link. Updating Adobe Air to the latest version got around the problem for me. I was offered to update after running Adobe Commmunity Help for the first time. The update took my already installed version two to version three, and after that clicking on "Install Now" began an installation process that insalled the Inspiration Browser. Hope this helps.

Element 9 Inspiration Browser

I am using Element 9 and i don't know what happened but when i click on it and the welcome screen pops up, at the bottom of the screen it says "gathering user info..." and it doesn't gather anything. there was some other thing started happening so i uninstalled it and reinstalled and now i can't get the inspiration browser to download the update. it gives me a message that says, "download error has occured, try to download agin." and it still does not download. it also tell me before the download that "installing the application requires adobe air, which also downloads." but it doesn't download. does anyone know how to fix this problem. online chat with adobe they told me to call customer serves for job ticket

Update to inspirations browser fails in trial version of PSE 10

Downloaded trial version of PSE 10. The second time I opened the program the Welcome Screen had instructions on updating the Inspirations Browser, which I had been using to access tutorials. I deleted the browser from my hard drive as instructed then clicked on download. An error was returned "A download error occured. Try to down load again?". Appears to be downloading Adobe Air, but I can't be sure. I tried deleting Air and then tried Inspiration update again with same result.
No help from support, naturally, since it is trial version.
Windows Vista, sp2.

Set IE as your default browser.

1. Un-install Adobe AIR via the control panel.
2. Download and install the latest version of Adobe AIR.
3. Log in-to photoshop.com on the web and then update Inspiration browser in the Organizer.

If you are using the welcome screen try updating directly from the Organizer but first open your web browser and make sure you are logged in to Photoshop.com on-line.
Then launch Photoshop Elements Organizer
On the menu bar click Help >> Elements Inspiration Browser
Enter your ID and password
In the installation dialog click Install

Can't install inspiration browser..

i cannot install the inspiration browser. it constantly saysin a small adobe air generated dialogue box "a download error occurred". i have the latest adobe photoshop elements 10 and adobe air. i am using google chrome browser as well...please help...

I had the same problem: Forst uninstalled the old inspiration brower version from the PC as instructed and then clicks the new browser download, and encountered the error message. It was quite frustrating. It turned out that I was using the FireFox internet browser (causing the erroer message.) When I copied the installation and launched in the IE, it came through. Once down loaded the exe file, it can be installed with no problem.
