Aironet AIR-AP350 Orange lights

Question

Hi,
After powering up my AIR-AP350, all three lights - Ethernet Activity, Association Status and Radio Activity show solid orange lights. I cannot ping the unit and attempting a serial connection has proved fruitless.
Edit: After leaving the unit overnight, the lights are now (top to bottom) red, green and orange, all solid. I am still unable to establish a serial connection.
I fully expect the unit is ready for the big wireless cloud in the sky. Can anyone advise as to whether this problem truly is terminal or can it be fixed?

Hey Matt,
Hopefully the 350 isn't ready for the "big wireless cloud in the sky" but you never know. What do you get when you power down and then power up while connected (via serial cable) to the AP?
The 3 Orange (Amber) LEDs indicate the following;
Ethernet Status Radio
Amber Amber Amber = Boot failure.

Reloading the Access Point Image
If your access point has a firmware failure, you must reload the complete access point image file using the Web browser interface or the CLI. You can use the browser interface if the access point firmware is still fully operational and you want to upgrade the firmware image. However, you must use the CLI on the serial console port when the access point has a corrupt firmware image.
