Airplay don't work with new iTunes 12.1.0.71 !

Hello,
I just install the update 12.1.0.71 for my iTunes on Win 7 x64 and now i can't listen music with Airplay !!!!
I have not pb to listen in Airplay with my iPhone, just with Windows and the new iTunes.
Who have an idea to solve my problem ?

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If you are running 64-bit Windows and the above steps haven't helped try installing the version of iTunes that can be downloaded from this support document: iTunes 12.1 for Windows (64-bit — for older video cards). This is a 64-bit installer for the 32-bit core application, the same as all previous 64-bit releases of iTunes, which may well work better with third party tools expecting to see the 32-bit iTunes executable.

Will 1st gen ipod touch still work with new itunes library on new computer (transfer didn't work from old computer)

Ok, so I have a new computer and wanted to transfer my itunes library from my old computer. I could not get the files to transfer. I downloaded the newest version of itunes and see that I can download my previously purchased music to the new computer. I have mp3's that I can add in on my own so I don't have a problem starting over in itunes.
My question is what happens when I plug in my 1st gen ipod touch and try to sync??? Will it erase what is on my ipod or will I be able to move the stuff from my ipod into my new itunes library?? Any info would be great...I'm happy with how my ipod is set up so I really don't want to mess with a good thing. Also, will I need to update and of my software on my ipod since it's 1st generation??

You can only sync to one iTunes library/computer. If you do sync the iPod is erases and its contents replaced with what is in the iTunes library of the second computer.

Yes, the 1G works with the latest iTunes.
To transfer iTunes purchases:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
In iTunes 11 use Control+B to show the Menu bar then go to iTunes>File>Devices>Transfer Purchases

1st gen ipod touch will not work with new iTunes 11.help!

1st generation Ipod Touch. I ran an update on my ITunes on my PC, and my IPOD will no longer connect to my itunes. Please help. If at all possible.

iTunes 11 works with all model iPods.
If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar

List of routers/access points that work/don't work with new airport extreme

Lets try to put together a list of routers/access points that work with the integrated airport extreme in the new intel macs and 10.4.5 (or 10.4.4) The purpose is to determine what is needed to make this work.
1) only wireless g, 802.11b does not seem to have this problem, psp probably is not supported by most 802.11b cards so its probably disabled in that mode.
I'll start off.
imac dou core. ( 1 week old)
dlink 2100ap , wireless g , does not work, slow not paifully slow internet access, very degraded video/audio streaming over local network.

I'm afraid 11b is affected.
I have a D-Link DSL 604+ router, which is 11b only.
Wireless is very slow, I noticed it right away. I get the sawtooth readout in activity monitor's network section.
Also, after putting the iMac to sleep it cannot find my wifi network upon waking. I have to restart the system before it'll connect to my wifi network again.

AirPlay not working with new iTunes version

After downloading the latest version of iTunes, I got this error message: "The AirPlay device 'Joe Smith's AirPort Express' cannot be found on your network. Please verify your network settings and AirPlay configuration or select another device from the menu at the bottom of the iTunes window." It was working just fine until I downloaded the latest version of iTunes. What do I need to get music back up and running?

M3u's no longer work with new itunes

So I built a new rig with windows 7, I previously had xp. And what I had always done for YEARS was to create my playlists in winamp and save them as m3u's. Then all I had to do was open up itunes, go to import playlist and select it and boom all my songs would pop right up and I could add and sync the playlists on my ipod.
However that does not work anymore for me. I create the playlist the same way as always, and then open up itunes and go to add it and the playlists add to the column on the left, but they are completely blank, no songs come up on the main right side to listen to or play and you can't add them to any ipods. These same playlists all work fine in winamp. So what's the deal here?

• 5th gen. video
• 2nd gen. nano
Both nanos used to work on my macbook, I could add/delete music, sync.. every thing worked perfectly! Also, I just barely bought the classic from someone and it worked as well.
-- TWO DAYS AGO... I updated to the 8.2.1 version of iTunes and since then, none of my iPods, or my boyfriend's brand-new touch work on iTunes. I've finally uninstalled, installed, reset enough things that when I plug in these iPods, they at least show up on my desk top, but all iTunes does is open.
It used to open and give me a warning: "an ipod has been detected but it could not be identified properly...please disconnect & reconnect" which did nothing.
My 3G nano works perfectly on my boyfriend's brand-new MacBook, but still nothing on mine.
I've thought and thought and figured that iTunes was the culprit and not my USB ports or cables since I tried other things in the ports and 6 other cables that work fine on other computers.

The same thing happened to me. When I first connected my iPod to my PowerBookG4 after the latest update, it told me to restore my iPod, so I did. Now it tells me there is not enough room to put my music or podcasts onto the iPod, because it is full. However, there is nothing on it since when I restored it took everything off. When I go to the iPod summery page, it says the iPod if full with "other", but I can't figure out what that is, or how to erase it, so I can install my music and podcasts. I run every day and desperately need my iPod, and every place I could otherwise call is closed until Monday. Can anyone help?!!!!!!!!!

Phone sounds don't work with new iOS7

Since installing iOS7 on iPhone 5, sounds stopped working. All settings are on. The only way I have found to make work is turning off phone and turning back on. Works for a bit, and then they all stop, again, including ring tones. What suggestions are out there?

Thanks for the question, and great troubleshooting so far. Because the issue is intermittent, and can temporarily be fixed with a later reoccurrence, it sounds like a restore of software may be necessary.
You may want to back up your iPhone and restore as new. Once you have setup the iPhone as a new phone, test to see if the issue persists. If it does not, then proceed to restore your backup:

Airplay don´t work with modem Tpd-W8961ND

Friends, has anyone had problems with this router? I disabled firewall, configured for static IP devices, nothing makes Itunes stream via airplay to aplleTV.
Any tips?

Your ATV and iOS devices need to be on the same network wifi/hardwired combination from the same modem/wifi router.
If you have a modem and you have an AirPort Extreme combination for your network and the ATV is plugged in to the modem while your devices are accessing through the AirPort Extreme it will not work because the AirPort Extreme is creating its own network addresses while the modem has its own set. iOS devices and ATV need to access through the same point.
Example:
Modem hardwired to AirPort Extreme and iOS as well as ATV access through the AirPort Extreme's network address system.
Note: The ATV can be hard wired to the AirPort Extreme and the iOS devices will still have access to AirPlay because they will be on the same network address system.
Note 2: The modem is hardwired to the ATV and the iOS devices access through the modems wifi.

IPod not working with new iTunes

As soon as I downloaded the newest version of iTunes, it stopped recognizing my iPod. iTunes says the iPod is synced with another library and it's not. I even erased everything off the iPod and synced it up again just to be sure, and when I plugged it in a second time, it gave me the same error message -- iPod is synced with another library. Please help!

Menu templates don't work with new OS

I upgraded my OS X (Panther) on my G5 lately from Panther to Tiger and have some problems with DVD Studio Pro; it does not work correctly. None of the templates that I apply to DVD menu displays pictures that are dragged to it. Has anyone come across that problem and know how to fix it?

are you looking at the motion preview of the menu? many templates have motion that reveals the drop zones, so you would not see them on the first frame of the menu in still preview.

Airplay with airport express don't work with iphone

airplay don't work with my iphon4S. But with my Ipad3 it works fine. Also AppleTV works with iphone and ipad....

Is your wireless set to "On" on the iphone? If so, try cutting the phone off and then back on.

Talk to NOVA Development providing your license no. They will respond. If this would have happened to me I'd check permission errors. If none, I would use the DMG file for paralllels, uninstall and reinstall from scratch.
