Befor iOS 5 it work correct
Can Anyone help me?

I'm having same problem too.
When I try to connect to apple TV 2G from iPod touch or iTunes on my laptop,
apple TV won't output any music at first attempt.
I have to switch speakers back to iPod touch or laptop speaker and
switch back to apple TV 2G again to make it work.
I phone called apple support about this issue.
They said that they will call me back.
But they never called me back and it was almost 3 months ago.
They are ******* me off.

  • T530 boots only at second attempt

    Hi guys,
I bought used T530 via ebay, but got several unpleasant surprises, when it was delivered.
HDD had reported problems, there was Supervisor Password set, etc. On the other hand - more then 800 days guarantee left.
Decided to keep it, as it was a good deal (not sure anymore), but mainly as I need computer these days and can't afford time to search for a new one.
Anyway, it has more then 800 days rest guarantee, so HDD is already replaced by Lenovo.
Supervisor Password was another challenge, but some guy remove it. He said - without any welding, so guarantee should be still valid.
Still one very annoying problem persists:
My new T530 always fails the first boot after shutdown. Not after reboot, only after shutdown.
When I press the power button, it lights green, disk led blinks, WiFi led blinks, DVD shows some activity and ... nothing, blank screen. No more LEDs are up, only green power button (and slight noise from inside - HDD or more probably - the fan).
Then I have to press and keep for 2-3 seconds power button, it goes off.
Then press power button again and ... bingo. Everything looks perfect - BIOS screen comes, and it boots perfectly fine.
Once booted it works very well. Tested it with Windows 7 and Windows 8.1
Run all Lenovo diagnostics - no any issue.
I did a lot of attempts to bye-pass this: hard reset, with battery, without battery, only AC, only batter, removed any device that can be removed - DVD, HDD - the same story.
Even try to remove the memory, but then I got (expected) beeps 1-3-3-1.
One more observation - I can't reach AMT BIOS - in fact I don't have AMT, even according the FRU number I should have. I see AMT options in main BIOS, but when I press Ctrl+P nothing happen - it just continues with the boot.
Who knows - may be some (smart) previous owner already selected "Permanently Disable" option for AMT.
Can this be the "blocking" issue, that prevents the notebook to continue with the POST? I tried to set AMT to "Disable" only, but this did not help at all.
One last point - except annoying situation, that I have to follow some "ritual" in order to start my notebook, there is one real impact - no way to upgrade the BIOS  firmware. Does not matter is it via Windows 7/8 or boot (DOS) CD - at the end after patching the firmware, it tries to reboot (but not just reboot, it makes real shutdown).
Then, on one hand it "hangs", because of the problem that I still can't identify, on the other hand it "knows" that BIOS upgrade is going on and does not allow me to switch off via power button - (gives strange, undocumented short beeps: 2-3) So, I have to unplug power, remove battery (yes, I know I can "brick" it, but do you see any other option?),   hard resent, prey, switch on again (up to 3-4 times) and finally (so far - always)  I get old BIOS version restored.
OK, sorry for the logs post. I hope you will have string nerves to read it all.
Any help and ideas will be greatly appreciated.
Of course, at the end: "Contact Lenovo support" is the ultimate answer of any problem. But there is a trade off there as well - what is more annoying - current situation or time, waiting till notebook  is serviced.
    Best Regards
    BullDog

  • Mac App Store starts only after hard shutdown

    Hi,
i have the following problem after upgrading to lion (in fact, everything worked fine for a few weeks):
the mac app store freezes around 10 seconds after starting. usually it loads a few descriptions and pictures before freezing.
the strange thing is, the app store works (but slowly) if i reboot after a hard shutdown. i repeated this several times now. it doesn't work after a normal shutdown with reboot.
    i tried many different things:
    - reinstalled lion (using recovery)
    - repaired volume (Macintosh HD)
    - repaired disk permissions
    - removed several third-party applications
    - increased free HD space to > 20% of capacity
    - created new admin account,
    but no change
these problems started around 3 weeks AFTER upgrading to lion
i have a mac book air (end of 2010 version, 4 GB ram, 13")
    many thanks for any suggestions

    Hi,
After looking a long time online for this problem, I found a solution for it.
Go to the app "Keychain Access" (located in /Applications/Utilities), open Preferences (Comman+,), click on Certificates, and change the value of "Certificate Revocation List (CRL)" from 'Best Attempt' to 'Off'. Quit Keychain Access, and log out so that the changes occur. Log back in to your account and the Mac App Store should work without freezing.

  • Blocked After Second Attempt (during same runtime) - CP8

I have a course with 7 sections (with TOC links).  Each section has a Quiz question.  I can go through the entire course with no problems, but if I get to the end of the course and decide to start over by clicking on a TOC link, it will only get me as far as the slide before the Quiz question, I cannot click next any further.  Quiz settings currently set to "optional".  Anyone know why this would be happening?

The problem only seems to occur after I get to the Quiz Results page.  If I only complete 6/7 sections and go back to section 1, I can breeze through the first 6 sections with no problem, including quiz questions.  It's like something locks after it gets to the Quiz Summary page.

  • Expanded node and children are seen only after second expansion

    Hi,
I am using a simple JTree control. I am populating children of nodes dynamically when the node is expanded. For this, I first add a "dummy" item for each node under the root, so that the "+" sign appears next to the node. When a node is expanded, I delete the "dummy" node and add children to it. However, the first time I expand the node, the node actually doesn't expand, though treeExpanded() gets called and all children are added correctly (I verified by debugging). When I expand the tree the second time, I can see the expanded node.
I am using TreeModel's removeNodeFromParent(childNode) and insertNodeInto(childNode, parentNode, childIndex) method to remove and add children respectively.I believe we don't have to explicitly call TreeModel's nodeChanged(), nodesWereInserted() etc?
Could you please let me know if I am missing something fundamental here?
    Thanks in advance,
    Praneeth

    Hi db,
I didn't realize that there was a response to my earlier thread. I added the thread to my watchlist. I was under the impression that I would be notified via email in case of a reply to the thread. However, I didn't receive any. Anyway, I did reply to that response there now.

  • The browser keeps shrinking its window to about 1/3 the size I have open. This happens about every 5 minutes and is very annoying. It started only after the upgrade to version 5.0.1 yesterday (Mac OSX)

How can I prevent/disable/fix this? I am using Firefox on a desktop iMac. Have never encountered this with prior versions.
    It is SOOOOOO annoying!
Please help me find a way to stop this automatic window resizing.

i am also having this problem as of today and it is also happening approximately every five minutes. i don't remember doing a firefox upgrade, though. i just checked "about/firefox" and i am using version 5.0. also, i am working on windows vista.

  • Start systemd service only after br0 receives IP address?

I have a fairly complex setup involving  br0, hostapd service and a VM managing DHCP for br0.
br0 receives IP from a pfSense running in a VM, but it takes some time before VM boots and assigns IP to br0 once the host system has started.
The hostapd service must start only after the IP has been assigned to br0, otherwise it will not work properly. Therefore, I am looking for a way to start it only after that IP has been assigned.
    I cannot use something like
    After=network.target
because it would make it start way to early.
    Any ideas welcome.

tomk wrote:Try 'network-online.target', works here for mounting my NFS shares after the network comes up.
This won't help because AFAIK it will start it as soon as eth0 gets an IP, which is about 1 minute earlier than br0 getting an IP.

it just says start up disk full, its not full however it has at least 10Gb of space left.
Your HD is full!  How large is your HD?  You should never let your hard drive get to where you have only 10-15% of space left.  You need to do some serious housekeeping.  However, you need to get to your desktop to do that.
Can you safe boot?  Read the threads over in the "More Like This" column over here.----------->

When I launch iTunes on the PC, iTunes will not connect to Airplay speakers. Only after a new start of iTunes a connection is established.

Thank you for the suggestion, but the 'clean' install of iTunes (which I did twice) didn't do the trick.
    Anybody else have a clue?
I spoke with Apple Care, who was also stumped. They think it might be a hardware issue (but were probably just giving up on working with me because it was free service/I haven't paid the $50). Still seems awfully coincidental that my Airport (1st Gen - about 4 years old) would stop being able to stream music through iTunes simultaneously with the iTunes update...

I bought a second hand Macbook Pro and colorful stud
Only after a few months I decided to reformat it
Bad movie started here I did not get it with a disc and I come to install the operating system
And he asks the name of Apple's user ID financed had been bought Lion OS Now
And who sold me does not answer then I found the phone number of his mother
She said he lived in USA and paid him more than the lion version of the MacBook and now I can not install Lion
    And I'm not from USA

Unless you go back to the original owner, yes you need to pay for it again.
You're entitled to the OS that shipped with the device from Apple, but if you don't have that media there's nothing you can really do.  If the system originally shipped with 10.7 or 10.8 then when you boot it to Internet Recovery, it will automatically offer you that OS version (as the serial # is registered with Apple).  If it shipped with an older OS, then you need to enter the Apple ID that purchased 10.7 or 10.8.  You didn't purchase it so that's not you.
The options you have are to buy Lion for $29 US (I don't know the price in Palestine), or Mountain Lion for $19 US (don't know the price in Palestine either), and install from scratch.
And it's a good idea to know you have restore media before you reformat your machine.

  • Dear all, Since a week ago I observe that when I press the button for my macbook air to start a nap, first the screen turns to black but I can see the arrow (pointer). And only after few seconds the arrow and the screen really shut down.

Dear all, Since a week ago I observe that when I press the button for my macbook air to start a nap, first the screen turns to black (although I can see it is stil on) and I can see the arrow (pointer). Only after 15 seconds the arrow and the screen really shut down. It did not occur before, as a matter of fact it was instantaneous. What could be the problem?

Note the time in your Mac's menu bar or some other accurate timepiece. Then, press the button to put the MBA to sleep. Wait until the cursor disappears and for all indications that the Mac appears to be asleep.
Then, wake the Mac the way you normally wake it.
Then, find the Console app - it is in your Utilities folder and looks like this
You can find it by selecting Utilities from the Finder's Go menu.
    Open Console.
If the log list column on the left is not already displayed, show the log list by selecting Show Log List from Console's View menu.
Locate system.log in the list and select it. Many date and time-stamped entries will appear, hundreds of them, and you must find the entries relevant to your Mac's sleep problem. To do that type the words sleep cause in the Filter field at the upper left of the Console window:
That will cause all log entries to be hidden, except for the entries containing those words. The last entry in the list will correspond to the last time you woke the Mac. It will have a time stamp in the form hh:mm:ss later than the time you noted in the Mac's menu bar prior to putting it to sleep.
Make note of that exact time in hours, minutes, and seconds.
Next: Clear the filter field by clicking the x in the above screenshot. It should then look like this:
All previously displayed log entries will reappear.
Next: Find the log entry that corresponds exactly to the time you noted in hours, minutes, and seconds containing the words "previous sleep cause". You may have to scroll up or down a considerable distance. When you find that line, select it and drag your cursor up and prior to the entry corresponding to the approximate time you noted before putting the Mac to sleep. This will result in a selection of perhaps 50 to 100 lines or so.
One or more of them, along with their time stamps, may reveal the reason for the fifteen second delay.
Copy and paste those log entries in a reply.
Most of the entries will be cryptic but will contain information you might consider personal such as your Mac's name. If you do not want that information to appear, delete or obscure it when posting your reply. Leave enough information so that the entries can be deciphered.

  • Emac tried to start then stopped, finally after 3 attempts it started

After a hard drive failure i run my emac on an external hard drive through a fire wire.
That worked OK till yesterday when it tried to start but after a few seconds of the normal fan noise and before the screen lit up, it stopped. I hit the switch again and it did the same thing 3 times but on the 4th attempt it started but a white screen came on and told me to type "mac-boot" and hit return.
    It finally started.
The external hard drive was still running OK at the time it had stopped, it was internally that it had stopped.
I took the back off the emac and vacuumed the dust from inside and after that it has since started normally every time though it seems slower to start, but I could be mistaken about that as I can't now remember noticing how long it took to start before.
Someone said the problem could be the power supply failing.
Is there any way for me to diagnose what exactly is wrong, since an emac power supply is not same as a PC power supply?
Could a PC power supply be modified to replace the emac power supply as I have a failed PC with a good power supply I could use if it would work?
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
    Ann

Hello and thanks for your reply.
I neglected to mention that at the time of the hard disk failure I put a new hard disk inside too with the intention of using it as a back up to the External Hard Drive but I found it was easier in the end to get another external hard drive and now I use Time Machine to back up on to that 2nd external hard drive every few days.
I disconnect the 2nd external hard drive when I'm not backing up data on to it.
Most of the time when I boot up the emac it somehow knows to go straight to the 1st External Hard Drive instead of the Internal Hard Drive but occasionally it will go to the Internal Hard Drive and when it does that I have to go to System Preferences and then to Startup Disk and actually select the External Hard Drive icon and that's what I had to do every time when it was having that weird starting then stopping phase, ie, every time during the starting then stopping phase, when it did start it went to the Internal Hard Drive even after I would go into Startup Disk and select External Hard Drive it would start on the Internal Hard Drive, so in the end I didn't bother trying any more and I just connected to the internet through the Internal Hard Drive until I took the back off and vacuumed the dust out and ever since I did that it's been running normally, ie, it's always selecting the External Hard Drive again and running at what seems to be normal speed for everything too.
I just don't know why it went into that starting then stopping phase.
When it was in the starting then stopping phase the internal fan noise would stop but the little white light next to the DVD door would stay lit up so it was definitely getting some power from somewhere but it was failing to go on and boot up because the power to the internal fan had failed ie, I could clearly hear the fan stop only 3 or 4 seconds after hitting the start button.
I've just had a look at the capacitors that you suggested and they look perfect, like new in fact, they have a shiny metallic top with a + indented in the top and they are flat and they show no sign of a dried up liquid or any bubbling up anywhere.
Anyway, your reply was helpful since you ruled out the Power Supply and the capacitors, so thank you for those.
The friend who advised me how to get going again after the initial hard disk failure, ie, via the External Hard Drive connected by fire wire, did warn me not to touch anything in the back that wasn't directly related to changing the hard drive but thanks for the heads up anyway.

  • Webpage opens only on the second attempt

    Hello,
I am on MacBook Air OS X 10.9.3. There is a strange and annyoing behaviour with Safari opening www.spiegel.de - a popular german news site - and only this site. It always needs a second attempt to open this address in Safari Browser.
On my MacBook Air it is reproducable:
    1.) Starting Safari (Version 7.0.3)
2.) Opening a new window with "Command-N" and enter www.spiegel.de:
3.) After pressing return key - nothing happens - site will not load and window looks like has been re-opened freshly:
4.) Entering www.spiegel.de a second time and pressing return key, now the page will be loaded:
There are no extensions activated in Safari and Ggogle is set as search engine in the address line.
Can someone help to solve this problem?
    Thanks,
    Markus

Hello, I don't understand why the steps in the following make the problem disappear but finally it worked:
In Safari: Switching “Do not preload Top Hit in the background” on. (in Safari: "Safari->Preferences .../Smart Search Field/:")
In Safari: Exporting all bookmarks (in Safari: "File->Export Bookmarks …”)
In Safari: Deleting all bookmarks, Top Sites, Cache and Cookies ("Safari->Reset Safari ...)
    In Terminal:
    cd ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari
    rm Cache.*
    rm fsCachedData/*
    rm ./Webpage\ Previews/*
    rm com.apple.Safari.SafeBrowsing/*
    Quit Safari and starting Safari.
(For testing: entering "www.spiegel.de" in the address line: no "Top Hits" are displayed anymore and the page is loading without second attempt. Success!)
In Safari: Importing the bookmarks again and removing the the particular bookmark that was displayed formerly in "Top Hits". -> Test 6. is still successful.
Would be interesting to know more about the Safari "Top Hits" feature. Yes, i know it helps preloading pages - but what sense does this make to preload pages (cookies and data) whenver i enter a simple prefix "w" "ww" "www" ... in the address line ?!?
Especially like in my case "Top Hits" feature and the algorithm in the background does the job so bad that it determines allways pages as proposals for "Top Hits" that i did not use for a long long time and there were much better matches in my bookmarks with prefix "www".
Maybe someone knows more about the obscure "Top Hits" feature?
