AirPort Crashes/Times Out (Screen Shots)

Question

Here are my AirPort Extreme Settings screen shot, i get random stalls and disconnects even though the green light still lights green and the cable modem is receiving data/information from cable internet, just timesout to all Three computers.
First it timed out when my macpro was using azureus, and now the XP PC i believe was using some other p2p program,
(i dont monitor it or have direct access (dorm situation))
but theyre connected via ethernet, same as the macpro and a wireless macbookpro
Summary of set up:
Cable Modem (linksys)>AEBS>1-Ethernet XP PC + 1-Ethernet MacPro + 1-Wireless MacBookPro

id like to know maybe if my settings arent set up properly and what would be the recommended settings to keep it running without interruption

is there a way to set up settings for the xp pc so it doesnt disconnect the router.
i dont have access ot this machine so if theres a setting that i can configure it from stalling the aebs. sinc ethey use some other P2P software im unsure of.
