Airport problems! can someone please help?
i've had an ibook G4 for several months now. it has been working perfectly with my belkin router up until the last month. it seems like i can rarely ever connect to the internet at home with airport like i normally would. and when i do mange to connect, it seems to go away after i open it from sleep. i've been using it at school more recently and i'm wondering if this has anything to do with it. i've tried messing around with the network settings but nothing seems to work. i have it set to connect automatically right now. i also installed adobe cs2 recently, but i can't imagine this would affect how airport works. i'm going crazy because i hate not being able to use it to get on the internet when i'm at home. can someone please help me?! thanks!

Unexpected problem Can someone please HELP!
My main system in my sig. is the one i'm having a problem with. I decided to OC this system again since when I first got it I OCed it then. I went into the BIOS set the Spread spectrum to disabled, set AGP frequency to 66, set the HT to 800 and set Dram to manual and set ramclock to 166. Then I hit F10 to exit and save settings but it didn't even reboot to BIOS I had to use to jumper to reset the BIOS back to normal then it booted. Why is it that I can't even set the BIOS so that I can start to OC this sytem? Any ideas? Could it be because I have a Raid0 array installed? Would having 3x1024 be doing it? The #1 slot closest to the edge of the board doesn't work for some reason so I have the other slots filled with the same memory.
I am desperate now because I have OCed this system before with no problems. I just don't know what I am doing wrong because I didn't even start to OC the system all I did was setup the BIOS so that I could start the OCing process.I'll have to try it and find out. I will post back later and let you know.
Something is wrong somewhere here and I'm not sure where it is. First of all when I try and run memtest with the memory in #1 slot with the corsair memory it doesn't run it just boots into my OS. But I have G.Skill DDR500 here that I am going to use for my new build so I just figured I would try it and I put 1 stick in the #1 slot and memtest ran. BUT it doesn't run with the Corsair in slot #1. I tested the corsair in #2 slot. PLUS I put all 4x1024 corsair memory in and checked in the BIOS and it only reads as 34?? as amount or memory.(Not sure of exact amount but it ws 34??.) Another thing I don't understand is that I have had the BIOS set up for Quick boot=enabled and Full Screen Logo=Enabled so that when the system boots all I had was the LOGO then it showed the raid arrays and booted into windows. NOW with the same settings it doesn't have the LOGO and it goes through a page of everything in the system then it boots to OS. Could the BIOS have gone bad some how? This is really starting to annoy me since it is all messed up for no reason. Can anyone give me some answers here since I really need some help about this MB? -
Major installation problem: can someone please help?
I bought a hp officejet 4215 all-in-one. I had isues from day one. In the end, the paper would never feed through properly, I always had to feed it manually. So finally they send me a replacement printer and I can't install it. Well actaully it doesn't install the main component. I get the following error message: The hard disk became full while installing the file "hp aio print"
1008:23,-34 The disk is full. However, I've got 21 gigs of free space.
I've spent over an hour on the phone with support. We've uninstalled and reinstalled, we've trashed all kinds of files and folders from the library directory and it just will not install this file, without which, the scan and copy features will not work. They tell me it's an issue with my hard drive but if so, why did it work okay with the original printer? The problem with the original printer was that it wouldn't feed paper properly. The fax, scan and copy features worked just fine. They say I need to contact Apple and have something done with the Twain data source manager, whatever that is. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
iMac G3 Mac OS X (10.3.9)Okay guys, I figured it out myself. The installer was trying to install some components on my OS 9 partition when I got the disk full message. I freed up some HD space on the OS 9 partition and it installed just fine. Now why couldn't hp figure that out?

I've done several of the special reset techniques for air port as suggested in the airport discussiions and now am asking for somebody who has had experience with restoring OS X to its original state and what, if anything am I missing. Thank you in advance, lee242.

Display problem - can someone please help?
When I turn on my iPod, I'm greeted by a blank white screen (backlight on) or a white screen+zillions of blue lines. No proper display is seen. Repeatedly switching on/off and restoring haven't worked. I desperately need help!

I updated my iPad mini to ios 7.0.2 couple days ago. Everything was fine until yesterday. I noticed that it seemed to have a mind of its own. It kept opening and closing app. I'm not sure what to don to fix this problem. I've tried restoring my iPad mini but that didn't help. Can someone please help me?

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
If no joy...
Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.
If the issue persists...
Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore

I have just started using WD external hard drives, I use it to save my movies and music on. On more than one occasion, when I connect it to my MacBook it erases everything I had save on the hard drive. Can someone please help me with this problem? I am super tired of having to put all of my movies and music on the hard drive just to have it erased again. The products I am using are WD 4TB My Book and 2 TB My Passport external hard drives. When it happens, there is always an icon that reads, EFI, along with the My Book icon. Thank you for your assisstance.

Yes, you have WD software installed REMOVE IT !!
WD has warned its customers about their huge mistake that their software doesnt work on Mavericks and causes data loss.
(also dont use WD drives anymore)

I was using it normally as I have been doing for 1 year and suddenly this message came up:
"Because your USB device is drawing too much power it has been disabled." Then my USB crashed...
I have tried plugging it back in, and it didn't work, I have tried Safe Boot-ing my computer, but still no result, nothing works.
When I plug my mouse into the same slot, but that does work. So do my USB headphones.
Can someone please help me, and don't suggest buying a new USB stick.
P.S. I need help A.S.A.P because I need to have a school project done and my work is on my SanDisk Cruzer 4GB.
LucasIt sounds like it is hosed. I hope you have a backup. The only thing I can suggest is to test it in a different computer.

I'm getting the run-around. Can someone please help me with a rebate problem?
I purchased a Samsung W/D from Best Buy with the free vacuum offer. It was delivered and I submitted my rebate request. The submission page said to wait 6 to 8 weeks for processing. I waited 8 weeks and then became concerned. When I called the rebate center they said they had no record of my submission. Obviously, the online process failed. I understand technology doesn't always work, but the operator and manager told me I would now not be able to get my rebate and only offered a mailing address to complain. I am EXTREMELY frustrated. First, because the only reason I purchased these units was for the rebate and now I cannot return them to Best Buy because of the time elapsed. Second, if I was aware that there was a problem with the submission I would have been able to fix the situation. The website said all was OK, and all the information said to wait 6-8 weeks. Why would I have checked in before that time? Now I'm told I'm too late to fix it??? All I want is the vacuum cleaner I was promised when I purchased the W/D. Can someone please help me?

My "fn" button is stuck on only revealing mission control in Lion. With this problem none of my "f" keys will work nor can I hold "fn" and delete to delete text in opposite direction. Can someone please help with this?

Also before installing Please go to Applications-->Utilities--> Adobe installers and if there is any uninstaller for CS5.5 , you can remove it and do a fresh install.
