We are currently considering to add support for AirPrint in our printer-side development.
Does anyone know how can receive official information from Apple regarding
the required procedure/steps to correctly support AirPrint in the printer side?
We are expecting that such steps would also contain details
on how our printers can become listed later on
in the following Apple page containing the official AirPrint printers:

We understand that Apple may need to conduct
some conformance tests in order to consider
that our printer has already officially supported AirPrint,
so we may need to consider such also in our schedule.

The round button at the bottom of the iPad's front is your Home button. The Sleep button is on the top edge near the right corner.
Normally the Sleep button just puts the iPad to sleep but does not acgtually turn it off. If you used the "Slide to power off" arrow and turned it off, you will need to hold the Sleep button for several seconds until the Apple logo appears, in order to turn the iPad back on.
I wonder if you did the reset the right way, but just did not hold both buttons long enough for the Apple logo to appear? I just tried it on my iPad 2, and it took 17 seconds before the Apple logo appeared. It took another couple of minutes for it to restart to the "slide to unlock" screen.

Has anybody successfully logged an online support request for an itunes card that hasn't been activated properly? I tried the camera to read it but still no good. Get the error about it not being activated properly so i tried to log an online support ticket twice on two seperate days but get another error saying sorry we can't process this request now try later. Very frustrated, my son has a $20 voucher from Christmas he can' t use.

Anyone here that would like to see Creative support AC3 for the ZVM, please help out by signing this, please!
The Cowon A2 has the same system-on-a-chip that the ZVM uses and supports downmixing from Dolby AC3 5. to 2 channel AC3 audio.. this should be a fairly simple matter of a firmware upgrade. It would save a lot of us from having to convert movies with AC3 audio to MP3 audio for playback on the Zen Vision:M.
The ZVM is a great player and AC3 support would be a great firmware feature to be added.

Dolby 5. Ch AC3 is great for home surround systems.
As many movies are encoded to AC3 surround, having a way to downmix to 2 channel and playback on the ZVM nati'vely would be a boon to many. Re-encoding to MP3 is just another un-needed step when the hardware support is already there.
I hope Creative sees the advantage in providing this feature for their ZVM customers. -

Request for official ethernet bonding support
Arch already has excellent support for LVM. I run two machines with LVM2. In order to make AL even more server friendly, what about adding bonding support? It shouldn't involve too much work, just an extra if block in etc/rc.d/network, an official ifenslave package, and one or two lines in rc.conf.
There is a user contribution that does it here:

I think this would be a useful addition (especially for people like me, who like Arch for fast servers) that wouldn't take too much time from the devteam.

Could not support request for background processing

We have a .NET 1.x application with CrystalReportViewer control.
The application is running on a windows terminal server with approximatively 5 users using the applications and 10-20 logged on doing other stuff.
When the user tries to preview the report using the CrystalReportViewer object , the following exception is "sometimes" thrown

error in file C:\Users\*username*\AppData\Local\Temp\35\{B8D10435-A104-4422-A220-6DB483DFC285}.rpt:
The request could not be submitted for background processing. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800002AD)
The application then terminates and if the user restarts the application attempts to reload the report, it usually loads with no problem .
It can not be intentionality reproduced but it does happen frequently.
I have been Googling for this problem , but havn't found any solution.

We have a licence for CR 11 and so does our client, what steps would we need to undertake to get professional /payed support from SAP crystal reports for techinal issues like this, is there a way to open a support ticket ?

First I have to apologize for the troubles with CR 11.5 - not sure why that would be, but your frustration is understood. Perhaps sometime in the future we can look at this in another thread (e.g.; it should just work...).
Anyhow, there is really no compeling reason for you to go to CR 11.5 (there are reasons (see below), but 11.0 is fine with framework 1.1).
So to start off. Version 11.0.0.895 will need to be updated to SP4. See this|http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/display/BOBJ/CrystalReports2008%28and9.1%2CXIR1%2CXIR2%29-VersionandDownloadinformationforServicePacks] wiki. As you can see in the wiki, the latest version of CR 11.0 is updated to SP 4 with a version of 11.0.9500.x. Before we even start to look at this, you will have to get to SP4.
Re. preference for CR 11.5. If the issue is not resolved with CR 11 Service Packed to SP 4, all we have left is; going to CR 11.5 - with the latest SP (SP6) as that is the version I would be testing with. Note that CR 11 is completely out of support now, CR 11.5 is out of patch support (e.g.; no fixes) and any support terminates in June of this year.
And we have not even started to work the issue. Re-reading your initial post, I am starting to suspect that loading may be the root of the issue here. I'd recommend having a peek at the following:

Clarification request for CardLayout procedure
If I have a content pane (cards) which
uses the card layout - with 5 following panes,
does my 'initial' view go into

Our company has an Microsoft Action Pack subscription. I have an MSDN Subscription allocated to me. Through the MSDN Subscription, I have a monthly $70 Azure credit. I have been using this Azure credit to test Azure Websites.
I have noticed this month (March 2015) that two of my websites are showing "Suspended" in the portal.
I suspect this probably happened in January 2015 when we had a particularly busy testing month and I used up all my Azure credit for the month, however the current status leaves me puzzled:
1. I can't find a specific record of when, or why, the websites were suspended. Can someone tell me how to discover this?
2. If it was due to exhausting my monthly credit, why did they not become re-enabled the following month when my account went back into credit?
3. How do I raise a tech support ticket against this subscription for this problem, or other problems I may have with Azure during my development and testing?
I have had various fruitless phone and email exchanges with Microsoft representatives, often suggesting I purchase technical support for this subscription in order to submit a ticket. As an MSDN subscriber, I shouldn't need to, according to this blog post

However, the process described is not working for me, when it asks for my Contract ID and Access ID, it ignores it and redirects to the same screen without an error message.

Thank you for re-enabling the websites. So, my immediate issue is resolved in that the websites are running again, but I do have a question about the root cause of this issue.
If I use up my monthly credit before the end of the month and the websites get suspended again, will I need to repeat this process to get them re-enabled, or would you expect them to automatically re-enable when my account is back in credit?
I'm still having trouble lodging a technical support request for Azure under my MSDN subscription, but I will include the detail in a reply email to your colleague Sudha.

How to create a support ticket for FMS?
Good day - how do i create a support request for my new Flash Media Interactive Server? I've tried to contact our Russian Adobe support - but got a reply stating, that FMS is not supported by adobe support.. Btw - how can that be?! But, nevertheless - i do need to open a support ticket, as i have several problems, which interfere with production of FMS..
Based on experience with this matter, I would just like to confirm that what JayCharles says about the support is correct.
You need to purchase support for FMS and other products like Connect etc....
If you have bought FMS through Adobe distributor or partner, they could (and should) help you with this (buying support).
And finally, the good people on this forum can also help as they did help me many times.... -

The error at the DAQmx was a buffer error indicating i needed to set it to 2 instead of the default of 1. Tried using the DAQmx Input and Output Buffer vi to change buffer, with no luck.
