Album bought on iTunes store and the store asks me to buy again

Hi all,
I bought the album "Queen Forever Deluxe version" with my Mac. All went fine and the Mac downloaded all the tracks, but something went wrong... the Album is still in "BUY THIS ALBUM" state (or something like that, I have iTunes in italian).
Now, if I go back to iTunes Store with my Mac and I go to that Album, I see that the songs have the "Play" button on the right, but the Album has the "BUY IT" button underneath.
For this reason (I think) if I go on the Store with all of my devices (iPod, iPad, iPhone) I can't download the songs and the complete album by I should buy it again.
I got the invoice for this album and it's in my "purchased" list int my iTunes account.
What can I do? I wrote to the support but I still didn't get an answer.

Whether you can redownload music depends upon what country that you are in (and if you've changed countries since buying it ; it also depends upon the rights-holder not removing it from the store - you shouldn't rely on being able to redownload any item) - if you can redownload music then it should show in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage.
If music shows there but not that album, then check to see if you've hidden it : iTunes Store: Hiding and unhiding purchases . If the tracks have 'play' against them in the store that means that you have them in the Music section of that computer's library - they therefore won't show for redownloading on that computer.
If you are in a country where music can be redownloaded (and you haven't hidden the album) then it should also show in the Purchased tabs in the iTunes Store apps on your iPad, iPod (if it's an iPod Touch) and iPhone for downloading on them.
