An album has downloaded several times on ipad and songs not in order. Can anyone advise what I should do?

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. You cannot get it ever.
Your iPads serial number is blocked because you bought it in a country that does not allow FaceTime.
No matter where you go, you can not get it.

When opening iTunes I continue to get the same messages, 'The program can't start because AVFoundationCF.dll is missing' and 'iTunes was not installed correctly. Error 7 (Windows error 126)' I've uninstalled, reinstalled many times - nothing! help please.

I recently installed Panda Internet Security 2012 (about 12 days ago), initially iTunes worked fine as usual but within the last few days I've been unable to open it with the same messages appearing. I've read through some of these pages and tried everything that's been advised, uninstalling and reinstalling while internet and laptop security is swithched off, downloading tools to completely remove anything related to iTunes, tried it in Safe Mode, nothing has worked. I've also noticed that in the start menu when I click on iTunes, it says '(empty)' where it should have the logo and ability to start the program, does this mean it doesn't download + install properly each time I've tried? Any help would be enormously appreciated.

What happens when you try to buy them, does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ... ?

Card details on debit card declined message. Used card many times before please help

I've made many purchases before on this card only all of a sudden istore and the app store are refusing it. Every time I try to download an app it says there is a billing problem with a previous purchase please update your information. Every time I do it says your payment method was declined please enter another payment method. But I've been using this payment method for over a month and half now, so whys it doing this now. Please help, I've tried changing my password, I've tried re entering all the information, but nothing's working. I can't even update my apps because of it.

If your card isn't being accepted, there is a reason it is being declined. Maybe you made a small typo with the address you entered, maybe an abbreviation is off, but something is causing your credit card company to deny the charge. These types of online vendors automatically send the details you entered to your bank's computer system, so even tiny differences like entering "St." instead of "St" are enough to cause problems. If that isn't the problem, you'll need to sort it out with your bank.
The message about your previous purchase means that iTunes was never able to receive payment for an order on your account. If your card keeps gettng declined, you might need to pay for that order with a different credit card or an iTunes gift card before you can buy anything else. You should probably email iTunes Store support to see if they can look over your account and locate the source of the problem is.

Error message whilst trying to download music on new iPad - Help

I have just set up my new ipad and trying tto download my purchased music....
It keeps coing up with an error message sayin "Error dowloading 'songs name' please retry", with the options of DONE and RETRY.
I have been on my itunes on my PC and is downloading the music fine but I want it to download on my ipad

I would start with closing all applications in multitasking and restarting the device. Once this is done test downloading content again.

Bought an album too many times...dont' want to be charged more than once!

Can someone PLEASE help me?? I tried to 'gift an album' yesterday for my friend. For some reason, he couldn't redeem the code iTunes gave him, so I sent it once more...and then another time. Finally, the 3rd time worked, and he now has access to the album I bought for him. But I do not want to pay 3 times!! How do I fix this? The error kept telling him the code had been redeemed already, but actually, it wasn't...he only has the album once! What do I do?? Please help!

Did you actually gift the album multiple times; i.e. you clicked the "gift this album" multiple times? What does your purchase history for your account say? If it shows that you did inadvertently gift the album multiple times and were charged more than once, contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them.

Messages downloaded many times

Mail keeps getting my messages multiple times. I can end up with 20 of the same email marked unread in the Inbox.
I need to leave them on the server so I can also retrieve on my MacBook.
I have 2 accounts - Different servers, same thing happens with both.
I did have this working and don't know what's up. Is it a pref or a server problem?

So what are your Preferences > Accounts > Advanced > Remove copy from server settings? How old are the messages that Mail keeps downloading repeatedly? That you need to leave the messages on the server for some time doesn’t mean you should leave them there indefinitely...
For POP accounts, Mail uses a file within the account folder to keep track of which messages have already been downloaded. That file may have become corrupt or the data stored there may have become invalid for some reason. You may try deleting that file so that Mail creates it anew, but that will also cause Mail to treat everything still on the server as if new and try to download it again:
1. Quit Mail.
2. In the Finder, go to the ~/Library/Mail/POP-username@mailserver/ account folder.
3. Locate one or two files named MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded and move them to the Trash. Mail 1.x used MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded to keep track of which messages had already been downloaded. Mail 2.x uses MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded2 for the same purpose.
Alternatively, after having downloaded all the messages you want to have on both computers, you may try clicking Remove now in Preferences > Accounts > Advanced, which should both remove from the server the messages that Mail thinks have already been downloaded and reset MessageUidsAlreadyDownloaded.
Note: For those not familiarized with the ~/ notation, it refers to the user’s home folder. That is, ~/Library is the Library folder within the user’s home folder, i.e. /Users/username/Library.

Ipod nano 4G same albums duplicated many times in album list

I have a nano 4G 8GB and have loaded up some music on it, about 50 odd albums so far, whenever I scroll through the album list it keeps showing 4 albums in duplicate, it's as if there are about 10 copies of each album.
It scrolls through ok then 2 album covers and details appear over and over, then it goes normally, listing albums as it should, then another 2 albums appear over and over, at the moment it is just 4 albums that is doing it.
It only does this when scrolling through the album list, never does it when in cover flow mode, I have reset the ipod and reinstalled the software on it and it still does it, would removing and installing the affected albums correct this problem ?

Similar problem here. I just imported a cd of 17 songs. I entered the info for each song by typing the album name of all 17 and then typed the song titles. I synced to my old Nano and no problem but on my new Nano 6th generation, it separated each song individualy, soooo, I cannot search that album and play it, only one song at a time. Frustrating.

Yes! I downloaded yesterday my Mountain lion in my iMac, but i wanna download in mi macbook pro, bout don´t have icash... i have to pay again, or loggining me in the macbook pro with my ID i haven´t to pay? Can I download it manytimes whit the same payment?

The https://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/ is not always accurate or reliable (needs to be manually updated) as Adobe has not been keeping the Adobe products versions to check for updated on that page as the recent Flash updates on December 9 has shown.
It is however accurate when it says versions in Plugins panel of Addons Manager is outdated.
There is Adobe Reader 11.0.10 though it seems like Adobe still provides 10.1.4 at http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/ yet newer versions are at http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=10&platform=Windows

James, why does the Firefox addon page link to the 9.5 "blocked for your protection" page instead of the 10.5 blocked page? Is that a mistake/failure to update on Adobe's part? That seems like something that should be controlled on the Mozilla side, since it has the 10.5 blocked page in existence as well. Should someone be notified that it's giving the wrong page to people?
The adobe update you linked to made it stop saying it's out of date, but what about the Java Development Toolkit? (As pictured in attached image #3). How should I go about getting that up to date?
