Album Gone, CAN NOT re-Download

When is itunes going to become anywhere near user friendly for christ sake?
I bought an album on my phone. All fine or so I thought...Some of the songs were greyed out on my phone. Connected to PC, The album was split into two.
I'm trying to re-download the album after having got sick of trying to stitch the two parts of the album together and deleting them both.
I have tried all the usual on my PC, clicking purchased (Where it doesn't show) I'm just going around in bloody circles. Viewing the album in the store, it says 'Purchased'

Is the album still in your country's store, and are you in a country where music can be redownloaded ? What you can redownload will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the store homepage, unless you've hidden it : hiding and unhiding.

    im trying to downlaod itunes to my computer i have windows 7 home preimum 32bit so i meet what u need to downlaod it but i will hit run or save either or it will start downloading then it will run the security check and then say that the program can not be downloaded i have norton virus as my protection on my computer i turned it off and trieed again and it still is doing the same thing it will not allow me to download itunes

  • Component can not be downloaded

    Every 15 minutes I get a pop-up 'component can not be downloaded'. There's no information about the component or app. I installed ios8 on my ipad2. Install ios8.0.2 has no solution. Even a complete restore to factory settings as a new iPad, gives no solution.

    1.  What am I deleting specifically when this message appears "Are you sure you want to turn off CNN backups and delete the backup data from the cloud?

    Every app that you buy or get for free in appstore/itunes belongs to you and can be downloaded on up to 10 devices or saved on up to 5 computers. Instructions to download apps to new devices here

    Here comes a "BUT" - imagine your kid playing game and getting to level 51 and have to start over from level one. Or imagine that history that you have in your CNN app. That is what icloud backup contains. My 500 scifi books are in one of the app backups and I REALLY do not want to lose it. That is what you would turn off.

    I would be concerned too if I was not able to gain access to my iPad.  If you are unsure what your Apple ID is, you can find the steps in this article:

    You can reset a forgotten Apple ID password by going to the following link:

    Order a 10.6 disc from Apple online. They do not sell it in their retail stores.

    Back up your computer first.  After installing, run Software Update to update everything to the newest versions available.
    Check your computer's system specifications but you may have the option for a free upgrade/update to OSX 10.9 Mavericks, though you may want to stick with 10.6 for a while.  Higher systems usually run slower on older machines and I personally would stay with Snow Leopard until I was forced to change again.

    hello, there's a general regression in firefox 27 that won't allow files to download directly into a root drive. please try to create a subfolder (like ''D:\Downloads'') and set this as default location for downloads...

    I just bought a music album downloaded into my i phone.  Then that iphone crashed so got another one the same day.  I can not get up the album that I paid for on my music site?  What must I do to get it back.  I have i Cloud and got most of my pictures uploaded but not my one album ( I only had one).

    Go to iTunes on your iPhone, and click "Purchased" on the bottom toward the right.  You should find the album in both "All" and "Not on This iPhone".  You should be able to re-download it.  If it's in iCloud, you will see the cloud from which to download; otherwise, you should see a download button.
    If you do not see it, then inspect your account on iTunes on your computer.  Go to your account there, and there is a place that lists your purchases.

  • I get "an error has occured" when trying to download from the AppStore.  I can not re-download as the button is not active.

    I encountered the response "an error has occured" when I downloaded Maverick X from the App Store.  I can not try to re-download as the download button is not active.  I have tried rebooting and to get the download from apple.com but it keeps redirecting to the App Store.

    when I download a file that is not a pdf file and try to open it firefox states that the file is not pdf file and tells me that it can not process it. you treat every downloaded file as if it were a pdf file regardless of what type it is.
