Album issue with IPOD Touch upgraded to 3.1

Hi Guys,
Surely you guys will be aware of iPOD Touch 3.1 upgrade.
I just upgrade my iPOD Touch, which i upgraded with 3.1 and it create mess with my ALBUM view. In ALBUM view it shows all songs from same album rather than showing just a name of album.
Also mini remote music player not popping up on double clicking HOME button.
If any body found solution to these, please share it here.

Syncing issues with iPod Touch - missing albums & artwork

What do you do when you have synced your whole library but some albums/songs haven't transferred? Then when you try a second time, ALL artwork disappears from the iPod Touch? I daren't try syncing again as I don't know what's going to disappear next.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Unsync/delete all music and resync

Issues with iPod Touch and latest update (4.3.3)?

I recently updated my iPod Touch 3G to 4.3.3. Before updating, I had absolutely no issues. Since updating, the iPod will shut off at will, sometimes flickering, sometimes going straight to the "slide to shut down" screen. Sometimes it will shut down in the middle of an app, I'll start it back up, and it will shut down again immediately. Occasionally, when I start it up after crashing, it will make the camera shutter sound! And there's no camera on this iPod!
Possible extenuating circumstance: I upgraded from a Power PC iMac to an Intel iMac at the same time I updated the software on the iPod. I have read the suggestions and the troubleshooting guide, and nothing has helped so far. I wiped the iPod clean and reinstalled and all that did was wipe out my settings (of course). Resyncing the iPod worked (apps and music loaded fine), but still it shuts down without warning. I tried installing a new free app, but that didn't work.
Usually I'm pretty good at figuring out these sorts of issues, but I'm at my wits end. Is anyone else having these problems? Am I screwed?

Okay, so now I have read that you have to install a free app through the phone, not through the computer. I've done so and it looks like everything is good for now. Keeping my fingers crossed. My question now, is that if this is a common occurance with the 4.3.3 update, why did Apple imply that I needed to wipe my iPod clean when this was the much easier and less invasive answer?

WRT400N connection issues with iPod Touch and MacBook

I'm a newbie, so please bear with me.
I recently upgraded to the WRT400N from a Linksys BEFW11S4.
Since the change, the connection to iPod Touches and MacBooks at the house have been shaky at best. The connection frequently drops out completely on the iPod Touch even if it's right next to the router.
I've tried resetting the router, changing settings on the iTouch and MacBooks, but the problem persists. I don't want to mess with the router settings as I'm not experienced in that area.
Can anyone please help me?

You can try the below mentioned settings.
Open an Internet Explorer browser page on your wired computer(desktop).In the address bar type - 192.168.1.1 and press Enter...Leave Username blank & in Password use admin in lower case...
On the set-up tab change the MTU Size to 1365 and click Save Settings...
Once you return to the set up page click on the Security tab and uncheck Block Anonymous Internet Requests and click on Save Settings...
Click on Advanced Wireless Settings
Change the Beacon Interval to 75 >>Change the Fragmentation Threshold to 2304 Change the RTS Threshold to 2307 >>Click on "Save Settings"...
Now see if you can locate your Wireless Network and attempt to connect...
This should fix the issue for you.

Several issues with iPod touch. please help!

Ok. So i have several issues going on with my iPod touch. i got it for Christmas in 2010, i have recently updated it. after the update these issues have happened.
1. Screen won't rotate. Photos won't rotate. The screen won't rotate for horizontal keyboard use. Even for some apps that you have to rotate the screen, it just wont rotate. i have tried everything! i have read other discussions about this issue and they said there is a lock with an arrow around it in the top right corner, in my ipod there is not.
2. After i updated my iPod i noticed about 20 of my songs went missing! they are no where to be found on my iPod AND my iTunes! I purchased all of those 20 songs and am kind of mad they randomly disappeared. i have looked in every place a song could be and they are not there.
3. I have recently downloaded some apps and wheni went to try them, they would almost load and then crash and go back to the home screen. a bunch of my apps do that now. i have tried restarting my iPod and i have tried to open the apps like a million times and everytime they crash and goes to the home screen of my iPod. they are all free apps. some of the apps are: Impossible Test: summer, angry birds, angry birds: rio, angry birds: seasons. some of them i have been able to play a couple times, then they randomly stared crashing.

- Have you restored the iPod from backup?
- Have your restored the iPod to factoery defaults/new iPod?
If restoring from backup does not solve a problem then your likely have a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Major Issues with iPod Touch - Please help!

Hi, I am having major issues with my iPod, and nothing seems to be going right. It all started a few days after I got it for Christmas. I would wake up, and my iPod would be completely discharged even though it had a full battery and was turned off. I woke up one night and found that it came on all by myself. I sent it into iPod, and they sent it back saying nothing was wrong. Since I got it back today and within six hours, I have had four software crashes to the point where I have had to uninstall iTunes and restore factory settings four times. I am now on my fifth crash, but this time, the screen won't even come on. It keeps saying that it is in recovery mode. I simply went to turn it on! Does anyone have any suggestions? Personally, I think there is a short, and that I need a new a replacement. However, it doesn't seem like Apple is very supportive of the idea. I go through all of their steps over and over and over, and the same thing happens! What is going on? Please help.

sounds like, for the charging problem anyways, that you are just putting ipod into "Stand by" mode... press and hold the power key for about 10 seconds and an option to power off will actually come on.. if u just press it and let go, it just goes to stand by.. i have noticed stand by drains my battery
also, it doesn't sound like a short to me... the charging i am pretty sure is bc you are only putting it into standby however, the rest sounds like software.. did u try and restore using itunes or did you just reset the factory defaults?? Plug it into itunes and click restore under the ipod menu...

Issues With Ipod Touch Memory

Whenever I try to download more applications on my ipod I get the error that says the disk memory is low and that I should delete stuff before adding new applications. So I deleted a few apps, all my video and photos so I only have a few applications on my iPod touch and I still get the same error. I know there should be lots of memory left on my ipod, being that my friend and I have the same songs on our ipod touches and he has many more apps than I have, including the ones that I have on my iPod. I am running OS 4.0. Thank you.

If the low-memory problem is with the memory (RAM) vice the flash storage, resetting or powering off and then back on will solve that problem. However, if the problem is with the flash storage then syncing may reclaim that memory but a reset may be required if the iPod behaves like an iPad. Users have reported that deleting items from the iPad does not always reclaim flash storage and that sometimes restoring is required.

Having issues with IPod Touch connecting

I have the IPod touch and I just got the WRT110 wireless router, but everytime I try to connect the touch it says unable to join network. Does anyone know how to fix?

I recently upgraded my IPOD software and wireless would connect but not internet: incorrect IP address, nothing under DNS...I called Apple and they told me to call my router company (Qwewst-actiontec) and ask how to get into my router settings online. I did and the Apple rep told me to disable my wep key and then forget the network on itouch and try again. It worked! Of course I couldn't leave it w/o security so I called Apple back-the nice rep gave me his direct extension originally. He said that the software upgrade probably went from allowing wep to requiring wpa. I went back into my router settings online and set up WPA. Now it all works!

Since my IPOD Touch upgraded to IOS 8.1.2 it will not play well with my 2013 Charger's UConnect entertainment system. It will not build a library so I can not Browse or Shuffle. The only thing Is there a fix for UConnect issue?

Sometimes and ISO update breaks compatibioity and a firmware update the the dock is required or an iOS update is required.
Downgrading the iOS is not supported by Apple.

You can also do it from your iPod. First you go to your photos then click edit and select all the pictures

How do I delete an album from my iPod touch 5

I have an album on my iPod touch 5 that I can not get rid of, it does not appear in my library and was a free bee down loaded last Christmas. It's Michael bubble , a holiday gift for you. Does anyone know how I can delete it, I have also taken all music off the ipod only to be left with this one album .

Without knowing the details of how the album got on the iPod:
If the album was synced to the iPod you either have to:
- unsync via iTunes
- or use a thricp[ary computer program like PhoneView or TouchCopy.
Are you saying there is no delete/trashcan option when you view them?
