Album on iTunes Store missing songs.

A couple of years ago I lost my CD copy of Skinny Puppy's Mind: The Perpetual Intercourse. I recently got one of the songs from that album stuck in my head so I decided to track it down in the iTunes store. I found the album, but discovered that the album is missing almost half of the songs that should be on it.
What's the deal with that?

There are a lot of different reasons that some songs from an album might not be available on the iTunes Store. A good way to let Apple know that something is missing and that there's demand for it to be available is to use the iTunes feedback page. It's at: http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

Does the track play correctly in Quicktime Player? If it does then it is an iTunes issue. If it doesn't then it is possible the file was not completely downloaded, or is corrupt. How do I get my songs that I have in my itunes into an album and put that album on iTunes Store

I make my own songs and I have them as songs on my iTunes songs but I don't know how to create my own album to put them in and then upload that album to iTunes Store.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer files/docs/pics/music/etc.
Certainly you did not restore your computer without making sure that your backup copy was up to date.
If for some reason you have failed to maintain a backup ( not good), then you can transfer itunes purchases from an ipod: File>Transfer Purchases

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.

Assuming you are in a region where you are allowed to redownload your past purchases, delete the current copies from your iTunes library, go to the iTunes Store home page, click the Purchased link from the Quick Links section in the right-hand column, then select Music and Not on this computer. You should find download links for your tracks there.
If the problem persists, or that facility is not yet available in your region, contact the iTunes Store support staff through the report a problem links in your account history, or via Contact Support.

Try my script FindTracks. Select a few of the missing files to start with then run the script. Choose No at the first prompt so that you can check how it works track by track, then confirm or edit the location of the media folder where your files are. Once you are happy with how it behaves let it process larger numbers of tracks automatically.

If using a computer's iTunes then try the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option, or go to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage and see if they show for downloading there. Hi Dan,
If the song does not appear in your Purchased folder, then you can go back to the Store, select the song again, go select "Buy", and press Enter. iTunes knows you already purchased it, so it won't charge you again. It will, in fact, tell you that you have already purchased this item, and will ask you if you want to download it again for free....
Just in case it is not to be found in the Purchased folder!

Error report form iTunes Store: Missing Nib File

After having uploaded the .zip-file to the iTunes Store (update of an existing app), I got the following error-report from the iTunes store: Missing Nib File - The referenced nib file "MainWindow.nib" was not found in the application bundle. Is it possible that this error occurred while creating the app in the Adobe app builder or where do I have to look for this error? The first uploading of the original app worked without an error. What do you recommend me?
