Album says purchased but can't redownload it and not in cloud or purchased

A long time ago I purchased Talk That Talk (Deluxe Edition) by Rihanna on my itunes on my mac. My computer crashed and I had to get a new one. I signed back on to my account on itunes and I was able to redownload my music to my new computer, except for this album and a tv series I got for free. I went to purchased and looked on my cloud and its not there to be found. it still says purchased on the page. What should I do?

Does music show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone and the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes for redownloading ? Whether music will show there will depend upon what country that you are in - and even if music does show it will also depend upon whether it's still in your country's store.
If you aren't in a country where you can redownload music and you don't have copies of it anywhere, then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a re-download : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Try these in order - from best option on down...
1. Do you have an up-to-date back up? If so, try copy the library6.iphoto file from the back up to the iPhoto Library allowing it to overwrite the damaged file.
2. Download <a href="http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/"><b><u>iPhoto Library Manager</b></u></a> and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
3. If neither of these work then you'll need to create and populate a new library.
To create and populate a new *iPhoto 6* library:
Note this will give you a working library with the same Rolls and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, books, calendars etc.
Move the iPhoto Library to the desktop
Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
Go into the iPhoto Library on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual Roll Folders to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library on your desktop.
In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption.

but to upgrade you will need to purchase an iLife DVD from ebay or Amazon or other source - older versions of iPhoto are not available from the App Store - either iLife '09 or '11 will work on 10.6.8
beware that sometimes books (albums are logical organzational elements in iPhoto) sometimes will change with upgrades so you may need to make some changes after upgrading - be sure to carefully preview prior to ordering the book

If you are in the UK, and the film studio allows re-downloading, and you are signed in with the same account that you bought them with, then they might show under the Purchased link under Quinklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page for re-downloading - if they don't show then check to see if they are hidden (hiding and unhiding).
But you should be keeping and maintaining your own backup of your downloads and noy rely on being able to re-download any item as they are occasionally removed from the store by the content provider (film studio, tv company, record company etc).

This happened to me last week when I rented a movie on iTunes. Didn't want to watch it at the time so just let it download to my MacBook Pro. Last night I went to look for it but could not find it anywhere. This morning I tried something which worked. Open Finder then open downloads. In the search box type the name of the movie you rented and hit enter. You should then see a file folder with the name of the movie. Right click and direct it to open in iTunes. This will bring up the movie in iTunes and ask you if you want to watch. I suspect this will also work if you pause a movie, go back to it then can't find it.

How to get in contact with makers:
1. App Store Developer Website
2. In App Contact Support (Some app's don't have this!)
3. App Store Contact Email (I have not seem to have located the contact emails yet!)

Disappeared album from iTouch, iTunes, and not showing up in purchase history?

I recently got a new mac and a new iTunes on it. I synced my iTouch to it to transfer all my music and stuff onto my new iTunes. Recently, I went to listen to a song from an album I had bought a couple months ago, and not only was the song gone, but the whole album. Its not on my iTunes either. If this is a compatibility issue because you are using an older operating system then there isn't much you can do aside from updating your OS. Do you need DNG converter 6.7? You said that DNG converter 5.6 was working fine. You could reinstall it if it supports your camera.
