Album shuffle in iTunes 5 isn't working properly

When I configure my playback option in iTunes to shuffle by album it doesn't work. Songs still shuffle by song, not album even though I have checked the option.
I have repaired permission and it did not fix my problem.
I moved my iTunes preference file from my user library folder and fired up iTunes again, and it solved my problem. But, I don't want to have to redo all of my other preferences so I moved my .plist file back. Same problem.
Any other suggestions?

Sounds like you located the culprit, the pref file! You might not have any other options but redo all your prefs.

When you add a WiFi you can't get into any websites??? But if you turn WiFi off you can access websites?

Hi, i am trying to setup back to my mac at home but I get the error "Back to my Mac isn't working properly because your DNS server isn't responding. Contact your ISP for an alternate DNS server address, and enter it in Network Preferences".
There is no documentation on how to solve this anywhere.
I have an Arris router set to bridged mode which is connected to a 5th generation airport extreme. I have tried using the google dns servers instead of the one assigned by the cable company in the AE but I still get the same error.
Any help would be much appreciated

1) Flush DNS cache with:
dscacheutil -flushcache;sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
2)System preferences > iCloud > untick BTMM then tick it again. The warning should have disappeared.

Back to my mac isn't working properly

After downloading Mavericks, (which went without a hitch), I am now receiving an error in system preferences stating: Back to my Mac isn't working properly
because the DNS server isn't responding. Contact your internet service provider for a different DNS server address, enter it in Network preferences and try again.
In reality everything wireless is working; the internet the printer iPad works fine.
I went to the Airport utility and clicked on my Time Capsule and it states: Change Airport base station from using DHCP and NAT to Bridge mode.
I done that and everything related to the wireless router runs real slow, I mean real slow. It took just under 4 minutes for my Time Capsule to recognize the computer. Due to this I received all kinds of errors from the printer from Airport Utility and the iPad.
I need a fix please, I've read all the support documents related to this in the support community and either the answers given I have tried with no success or they do not relate to my situuation.
Thank you for looking at this, I only hope you have a valid answer.

Buddhabeat...clicking on the "Report a Problem" button next to the song(s) in question, should open a drop-down list menu, that allows you to select the specific issue/area of concern that you are experiecing (or you can select a generic "My problem is not on the list" (or something to that effect). Underneath this drop-down menu box, there should be another message box where you can describe the issue/problem your having. Below this message box will be a "Submit" button...clicking on that will send your message to the Apple iTunes Store Customer Support Centre (you will see a confirmation message that your message has been sent), as well as receive an email notification from the Support Centre confirming your message has been received, a case number, and that you will receive an email response pertaining to the issue/problem you're having, from the Support Centre asap (usually within 24 hours). That's how it worked for me, anyhow.

If FaceTime ever worked properly for you, restarting your modem (and separate router/wireless if you have such) may help. If the problem continues, try connecting at a different location to see if the problem is within your wi-fi.
The black dot problem may mean you need to reset your iPod. If that does not help, it may need service by an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

You have a tool, that doesn't work in a new version of java.
The tool vendor would be the one to determine whether the tool and/or the new VM has a problem.

Convolution.vi isn't working properly

I'm using LabView 7.0 and I'm trying to performing a convolution with the convolution.vi. This VI isn't working properly. As you can see in the attached file, the result isn't right even for very small input arrays. The result also depend on the input data format (singel or double etc.)
May be someone had the same problem, or knows something about it. I'm using LabView 7 on an Windows NT system, may be that has something to do with it.
Would be greatful about every hint,

Can you open the diagram of the convolution.vi, then double-click on the "Call Library Function Node". What is the Path? (It should be C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 7.0\resource\lvanlys.*).
Could ot be yours points somewhere else?
Now find the lvanlys.dll in explorer. The size of the LabVIEW 7.0 version should be 528384 bytes.
Do a search for lvanlys.dll. How many different versions show up?
