  • Can 'Acknowledgmentcontains applic. errors' ALEAUD01 be caught by CCMS?

We are using 4.6c with XI 3.0 and SUS 3.0.  If we send a purchase order to SUS and the document maps successfully in XI (XML Message Status 'successfully processed' in SXMB_MONI), but the Ack Status contains errors, we cannot generate a CCMS alert.
System errors in the XML message status column in SXMB_MONI will create an alert, but acknowledgment error will not.
We also tried setting up CCMS in the destination system (SUS 3.0 from SRM 4.0) to catch these errors but, alerts are only generated for outbound errors.
Anybody have any information that can lead us in the right direction on this?

  • Error processing in PI

    Hi experts,
We are using XI to send orders to external suppliers. We use the IDOC adapter for inbound IDOCs (ORDERS05) from our ERP system and the plain http adapter to send the XML document to the supplier. So, it is an asynchronous-synchronous scenario.
Question: how can we handle errors in XI/PI?
Basically, we want to inform the sender (our ERP) system that the IDOC (ORDERS05) has not been processed with the reason.
From what I've read so far, there are more than one ways to achieve this. We can use ALEAUD01 and SYSTAT01 message.
What is the difference between the two?
    What is the "best practice"?
    Any documentations to recommend?
    Regards,
    Nathalie

    Hi,
The best way to handle errors in PI alerts,or use mail adapter to send an email when specific error occurs.
    SYSTAT01:
Status confirmations via a port of any type are implemented via inbound processing of IDoc type SYSTAT01.If not all status records could be successfully assigned to the relevant IDocs, then the inbound IDoc of type SYSTAT01 has the status 52. If none of the IDocs transmitted can be successfully processed, the IDoc has the status 51. In both cases, exception handling for the inbound IDoc is started.
    ALEAUD01 :
Confirmations of the processing status of inbound IDocs.

    Raj

  • IDOC: Status (Error/Success/information)report to Sender system

How would one send a message(error/success/information) to the sending(external) system to inform them of the statuses of the messages they've sent to our SAP system?

    Hi Baumann,
you have an option called Audit reporting in which you can have the status of idoc at sender side.read the following.
    Setting Up Audit Reporting
In the default behavior, after an IDoc is dispatched to a destination system, the sender does not know the state of the process on the destination system. You can configure the system, however, for cross-system reporting. You must model the ALEAUD message between the systems.
    Two programs enable cross-system reporting.
1)RBDSTATE. This program is scheduled to run periodically on the destination system. It reports the status of incoming IDocs to the sending system, using the ALEAUD message and ALEAUD01 IDoc. This status information is recorded separately from IDoc status information in the audit logs.
2)RBDAUD01. This program is executed on the sending system. It analyzes the audit log and displays the output as a report.
The RBDSTATE program returns the following statuses, from the receiving to the sending system.
RBDSTATE Is Run on the Receiving System
Status of IDoc in receiving system     Status reported to sending system via ALEAUD
53 (Application document posted.)     41 (Application document created in receiving system.)
51 (Error: Application document not posted.)     Status 39 (IDoc is in the receiving system.) This status is repeated each time RBDSTATE is run, as long as the IDoc remains in status 51.
68 (Error: No further processing.)     40 (Application document not created in receiving system.)

  • IDOC(ALEAUD01) to file...

    Hi ..
we have a client requirment were they want the ALEAUD acknowledgement in the form of file.
So we are creating a IDOC to file scenario, where IDOC is ALEAUD which is mapped to create a file in the traget system. but when we post the IDoc we get thwe following error.
**Note: have a small doubt. Can we use ALEAUD Idoc as a normal IDoc to File Scenario. because with the documents i understand that ALEAUD is a acknowledgment IDoc which is generated based on the request IDOC. but in our scenario we are manually using the structure of ALEAUD in the source system**

Error in IDOC(ALEAUD) to file Scenario
    anybdy have done the scenario....?????????/
Actualy i am sending shipment details from legacy system to SAP using IDOC (TPSSHT01)..and ... i dont want the acknowledgement imidiately....
is there any solution for this????/

    Hi Biplab,
Looking at the Structure of the IDOC ALEAUD basic type ALEAUD01 it doesnt seem like  you can use it in a request sccenario.
    Check the segment
E1PRTOB : IDoc number and application object in receiving system.
It would always have a receving system Information attached.
Hence I feel, you cannot use it for Request messages.
To convert this to a XML  file, you can use SAP function modules or call tranformations directly  which generate files.  If i understand your requirement correctly, no mapping would be needed.
Let me know if this was helpful.
    Regards,
    Abhishek

  • Idoc errors

Ever since the implementation of the release procedure, a non-reproducible error sporadically occurred in IDOCs from type ORDERS. However, we are not sure that this procedure is the reason for the error.
Error: The WE is missing at the item level.
(Already removed (fixed) error: the RE was specified thrice.)
2 POs with disparity in the processing log of the message are present in A11(server):
    - 4502620023 (PO without release strategy, here only "IDoc
'0000000089654357' was inserted and transferred to the output. Message number
E0045" is displayed). This IDOC is ok (with WE at item level).
    - 4502626042 (PO with release strategy, here "IDoc '0000000089654357' was sent to a R/3-System
Message number EA082" is additionally displayed). However, this IDOC is also ok.
In (P11), the error has occurred in the PO 4502622942, IDOC 93205977.
The program was developed by Rainer Schommer and is complex due to the several concerned processes in purchasing.

I never done but give it try.
When you create partner profile (outbound parameter) for message type ALEAUD and IDoc type ALEAUD01, please go to EDI Standard tab. In here, please specify EDI Standard = 'X' (ANSI X12) and Message Type = '850' (Purchase order). I think the system will do some conversion format from IDoc to ANSI X12.
Please check the output file after executing program RBDSTATE (ensure your receiver port has been setup properly).
Hope this will give you an idea.

  • Audit Confirmations - Message Type ALEAUD01

    Hi
I have an IDoc to HTTP scenaro. When an IDoc is sent to XI successfully the SAP system is receiving an audit message of type ALEAUD01. I have not set up a partner profile for this message type yet so the message is in error.
Is it common practice to set the sending system up to deal with audit confirmations or can it be turned off. If you can turn it off where can you do this?
    Many thanks
    Daniel

    Hi,
you can disable ALEAUD for certain IDocs via the IDXNOALE table entries. Refer to the 'How to guide' for IDoc Acknowledgements on the SAP Service Marketplace for more information.

  • Error Importing IDOCS

I get the following error when trying to import any idocs...
Error: IDoc type ALEAUD01 contains errors (unable to read segments)
    Import failed with 1 error
Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

    Hi Ricardo,
login to SAP R/3 ....go to transactio WE30....give this IDOC name.....see if this IDOC is well-formed on your SAP R/3 segment.....there are errors in your ALEAUD01 IDOC in SAP R/3.......rectify them........then import this idoc in XI....then your IDOC will be imported successfully...also check in IDX2, the metadata of this IDOC.

  • Windows Vista: Ipod Error Message, no longer read by PCs

    Hello,
I have a 5th generation black ipod video with 30GB of memory.
The other day I hooked it up to my laptop (Toshiba, 4 months old) that it's been functioning on with no problems whatsoever. This weird error message flashed twice about it not being able to sync because of some software problem.
Eversince then, the only thing I can charge my ipod on is the family treadmill in the basement (~_~) as no other computer in the house recognizes it. I can't even charge it through the wall sockets, either.
I have changed the ipod cord, still no luck. I've also reset the device about 3 or 4 times and uninstalled, restarted the laptop then reinstalled itunes. I would like to reset it back to factory settings but that's impossible as computers/laptops don't pick it up. I live very far from a Mac store...
What's a girl to do? I can't live without my Busta Rhymes and Wu-Tang Clan!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

  • Error while offsetting a variable

    Hello Experts
I want to display the data for last 5 years in my query. So I tried using the SAP exit variable Current Calendar Year (0CYEAR) and the offset it by 5. However, I am getting the following error message for the query "System error in program SAPLRR12 and form REP_ASSIGN_INITIAL_OPT-01"
Any Help on this is appreciated and points will be assigned.
    Thanks

Thanks Chetan for your prompt reply. I have assigned points.
But I would appreciate if you help me clear my understanding of offseting a variable.
Say if the Current Calendar Year variable returns 2008, then will offseting that variable by 5 return me the data for years 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005 , 2004. Or, will it just return me the data for 2008 - 5 = 2004 only.
    Thanks
