Alert to IC Agent when the status for the service request is changed

HI,
   When a Service request status is changed to completed immediately the ic Agent should receive an Alert so that he can call the customer for survey. If he has not taken any action then the alert should be available in his inbox and an Alert should be sent to his manager that the Ic Agent has not done the survey.

Hi,
You may try in the service request action profile, when the status is set 'completed' then trigger the alert.
For this you have to first configure the alert.

    From the error description, I would like to clarify the following thing:
    Delivery Reports is a message tracking tool that you can use to search for delivery status on email messages sent to or from users in your organization's address book, with a certain subject. In Exchange 2013, you can track messages for up to 14 days after
    they were sent or received. Please make sure the message you are tracking isn't older than 14 days.

    1. Active and Inactive status is stored in table REPOSRC.
    2.  Just goto that table in SE11/SE16,
         and enter (copy/paste) the list of your 100 programs.
    3. <b>In that there is a field R3STATE
       Where A= Active
                 I = Inactive</b>
    From there u can filter as per ur requirement.

    Also, when I go on to safari, another alert pops up that safari cannot verify the identity of the website, anything that I type in to as common as google.com. It gives me 3 options to either cancel, look at details, and continue. I've looked at the details of the website of Google and it is legitimate the site. Any help?

    When a Sales order item is rejected then the status at the item level is changed as 'TECO'.When the reason for rejection is removed the status 'Teco' is reset.This status change can be achieved using the user exit 'MV45AFZZ'.But the exit does not allow re-atp calculation whenver a blocked item is release.I have use the exit 'MV45AFZB' ,through this the status change as well as re-atp calculation takes place.But the status changed(Based on reason of rejection) does not appear in the same screen.The change gets reflected only when the sakes order is saved and i open it again.
    I want the status change to appear in the same screen.I am doing my code in the form 'userexit_check_vbap' of the exit 'MV45AFZB'. Please let me know if there are any user exits or BADI's available for the same(Changing the status of the sales order item based on reason for rejection ).

    If you want the report you can create a separate SIS report . In that take the input field  as a Reason for rejection.. and ask for the output the list of sales orders .Now when you check this user defined report you will give the reason for rejection and check what all orders got rejected on that reason for rejection.

    I sent my iphone 3GS in for repair and when I checked on the status of the repair, it said repair request canceled.  Does this mean it has been fixed and on its way back or they are sending a new one back?  I am confused.

    They will not repair your iPhone they will check it and assuming no user induced damage will send back a replacement refurbished unit  to you ( reason for no accessories )

       We are running on SRM 5.0(Sp6).After i transfer the propects from ROS to EBP and when i convert them to VENDOR in EBP,then the status of the suppliers become "RELEASED" in EBP but the status is not updated in ROS client.
    What is to be done so that once the prospect is saved as a VENDOR in EBP,its status should be updated /set as RELEASED in ROS client too?
      Any help is appreciated...Points will be rewarded.

    As per Rama's comments, the BP status is released only when we use SUS and the information is passed via XI. However in our case we have ROS (without SUS) and EBP in same client. In this scenario XI is not required to transfer the Business partner status as per OSS note 1134978.
    So any idea how do we change the status from ACCEPTED to RELEASED?
    Deepti - in one of the thread you did mention about a workaround to update the status? Did you manage to crack it?
    Do you recommend having separate client for ROS, so that system automatically trigger XML message by standard?

    this system has been recently upgraded to this version.
    now before running solman_setup i tried to log into the /smd - solution
    manager diagnostics i got the following messages -

    i couldn't change the maintenence mode to disabled mode - since there isno agaent administration in the regular path - Diagnostics

  • Change the status of the notification center in iPhone programmatically or atleast read what the status is  for a particular application

    Is it possible to control and change the status of the notification center in iPhone for a particular application.
    1)      In the application push notification is implemented.
    2)      Once this application is installed we can see the app in the notification center.
    3)      There is an option to ON or OFF
    4)      In the application we need an option to check if the above option is ON or OFF.
    5)      If the option is OFF we need to provide the user an alert stating that  in the notification center has it option off and here we have to provide an option to user to switch ON the option at the notification center.

    Well, I could find a fix for that.
    My mistake was that 1: I wasn't getting the correct ntype code for my value list type. And 2: I wasn't giving the Id name.
    The new result came as this:

The issuing bank for this card is Techcombank, one of the largest banks in Vietnam. According to the bank, the transaction is processed in the US. This is a legitimate Visa card.
    Please let me know as soon as possible. Apple does a disservice to its brand name by declining legitimate Visa account holders from using the cards in Vietnam.

    Just as a warning, your credit card number has been sent in the clear to probably thousands of people, including anyone who subscribes to e-mail alerts to this forum.  That's very, very bad.  The credit card should be considered compromised at this point, and you should cancel it immediately, if you haven't done so already.

    There is a dump encoutered in the form "PS_FLAG_GET_GLOBAL_FLAGS" for 'chk_precommit_ok' in the "BAPI_PS_PRECOMMIT".
    But it is showing SY-SUBRC = 0 when used along with BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.
    May i know what are input parameters we need to pass it to "BAPI_PS_PRECOMMIT".
    Do you have any idea.
