Alerts for FaceTime calls

I used to receive alerts, or I believe I did, for FaceTime calls on my iPhone but no longer. What happened? How do I restore them?

First off thanks for responding so quickly.
No the mute is not engaged (that was one of the first things I checked out.)
So yes my phone is ringing, but as I've now missed several FT calls I don't think I was receiving any notification for them.

Continuous alerts for on call service people

Hello,
Does anyone know of any app, feature, and/or similar, that would allow for a continuous alert to be set off on the iPhone for someone that was an on call service person?
For example, if an email was received (relating to a service emergency) it would set an alert (kind of like an alarm) every 5 minutes until it was dismissed. Another words, for issues where one needs to be woken up from a sleep and/or similar.
In case I am not describing it well/right, this is part of what is offered (and works very well) by http://www.webmessenger.com/products/ma.htm... but, from what can see, it is not available for the iPhone.
Anxiously awaiting any assistance/help.

Perhaps the system could continue to pump emails or SMS to the iPhone until you replied to the message?

Lets say i missed a call or there is a new message that i havn't read can i set it to alert me by vibrating every few mins?

I would first start with forcing all applications to close and power cycle the device. Once this is done, have someone make a test call using these applications. If the issue persists, see the steps in the second article.

After reviewing your post, I have located an article that can help in this situation. It contains a number of troubleshooting steps and helpful advice concerning audio issues:
iPhone: No sound or distorted sound from speaker

Verify that the volume is set to a level you would normally be able to hear.
Ensure that there is nothing plugged in to the headset jack or the dock connector.

I try to make talk with my sister in albania on facetime, every time i try to call it tells me that the number isnt available for facetime calls. The thing is that she can call me with face time but instead of ringing on my iphone it rings on my mac. I really want to talk with face time internationaly but fron iphone and not from mac. Thank u

If you make a call then tap the Facetime button to connect Facetime, the duration of call up to Facetime connection will be charged under your regular airtime. However, duration during facetime conversation will not consume airtime.
But if you tap the Facetime button on the Contact Page, then the whole duration will not consume airtime.
For Facetime to work, both parties must be connected to wifi.

I was mid facetime call and my phone turned off and wouldnt turn on until i plugged it in. then the date was wrong,it said no service, and wont let me turn wifi on. also it wont stay on for more than a few minutes at a time

Sounds like a hardware failure.
Make an appointment at the genius bar and take it in for them to look at. It will probably need to be replaced.

No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.
