All 'Accessible Modules' under Instillation Options are Deviated in CC&B2.1

Dears,
I need to check if ConfigLab is installed or not on my CC&B instance, when i go to
Admin Menu -> I -> Installation Options - Framework -> Accessible Modules
I found all modules 'Turned OFF' flag, are Deactivated (in Gray color).
I login to CC&B with Admin user, also i checked user privileges for module 'installation' under 'Application Service', i found it 'Change/Inquiry'. If so, why i can't updates this page.
[Note: when i go to 'Configuration Feature' and try to Turn OFF any application module it is working and updating Accessible Modules list but still deactivated]
Please advise as soon as possible.

New computer ff install not listing all file types under tools-options-applications

New windows installation on another with the same version of ff (10.0.2). Clicking local .pls files in this machine gives option to launch VLC media player but on other computer just text appears.
The extension appears in the applications tab after clicking tools and options on this computer, but the list is far shorter on the other machine and does not include this extension. Is this rectified by installing a plugin? If so which one?

The issue isn't that VLC isn't playing the files- it is... but linking to the files saved on my system does not launch VLC from Firefox on the other computer like it does on this one. I've actually been able to add to the applications list. Technically I can run the same apps and associations on both machines except that Firefox isn't handling the ".pls" files at all with the other machine
I've saved a directory structure with .pls files to different streaming radio stations and the directory is linked to from Firefox on both computers... identical directories and files stored. When I bring up one of the folders in this machine and click on the file, I first get the same dialog as you attached- I launch VLC by selecting "Open with" then clicking OK. The radio station plays. I've set it to change stations when I click within the iframe without having to go to VLC and use the open media feature- it does the trick with a single click from Firefox,
The other machine when I click the file the iframe in which the directory was displayed shows text information (urls and other arcane digital nonsense) as though the file were a text file. Both machines have similar installations.... I do not want to overload on the other machine- it's my communications backup but I would like this arrangement to work as it does on this computer.
Again, the biggest hint I see is the absence of the ".pls" file type in the list under the "applications" tab after clicking "Tools"-"Options" in Firefox on the machine in question.
Can something be done either by transplanting missing files from one machine to the next or from about:config to induce the desirable result from the other machine in Firefox?

Cannot Export/Share video, but the options are available

I have created my first movie with FCPX and now i am ready to export/share. All of the share export options are available in the share tab but when I click export i get the colorful pinwheel for a quick second and then nothing happens can someone please help me out with this.

How do I create a new playlist when all four options are not available

I'm running iTunes 11.1.5 under Mavericks 10.9.2. Because I have a very large music collection I keep it on an external drive. I have six recorded lectures I'd like to sync with my iPad. How do I create a new playlist based on the recordings on the external drive? All four New Playlist options are currently not selectable. I know it can be done because I've done it before years ago but have forgotten how.

I have recently purchased Toshiba 1TB hard drive and I set it up and I was able to transfer all my files onto it such as my music, photos, documents. I had correctly ejected and used it again and all these files were safely stored and accessible afterwards. However after I rebooted my computer as it had been going slow and I had too much clogging it up once I reconnected the external hard drive I have error message saying 'The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer' Three options are Initialize, Ignore or Eject. How do I access all my files? I set it up to work on both mac and windows. I have tried both another mac and windows computer and same issue occurs?? I am worried that all my personal files are gone but am confused as the drive has had absolutely no damage to it as it was in a very short time frame and its never left the same spot. Therefore I need to attempt to use my external hard drive with a machine that boasts OS X 10.6.5 or above and then it should work?

HT6437 My itunes cannot locate my ipod. All the sync option are grayed out and diagnostics says that itunes cannot find usb ports and that no device is connected when it is. What should I do to solve this issue?

So itunes is giving me problems. Since around Christmas time, itunes decided to stop reading my ipod. I connect it to my computer with the usb cable and my computer will recognize that a device is connected but itunes will not. If I go to file->devices and try to sync, all of my sync options are grayed out, while before it would just automatically sync.
When I run diagnostics it tells me that under ports that it cannot find usb ports (it has a green circle?), a type of cable isn't found, and that no device is connected with the usb cable (which my ipod is). I have been trying to fix this issue but nothing is working. I've tried restarting my ipod, itunes, and my computer, i've also tried resetting my ipod and uninstalling itunes then reinstalling itunes but nothing seems to be working.
Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- Then do the other actions of:

- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

Try holding down the Shift key in Windows when opening iTunes. In the resulting dialogue you will get the option to create a new library or navigate to an existing one. The default location for your iTunes library is in C:\Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\My Music\iTunes\ (or C:\Username\Music\iTunes\ in Vista). Try resetting your SMC http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3964 Then make sure in system prefs/sound/output that you've selected internal speakers.

CS6 Encore launches but all options are greyed out

The headline says it all. I'm using CS6 on a MacBook Pro, OS 10.7. Previously Encore has worked well. After the most recent update, Encore will launch but all of the options are greyed out. I can't start a new project, etc. When I try to open a previous Encore project, I receive an error message that some needed software is missing. Any ideas to help me solve the problem? I suspect that same sort of issues that one gets when the activation is messed up. I think the resolution is deactivate and reactivate.
Are you missing any presets in Premiere? I would look at some of the issues in the Premiere forum to further diagnose the problem and look for the recommended fix.

All options are greyed out after i Click on Apply Maitenance

Hi All,
I am upgrading our EPM system from 11.1.2.1 to 11.1.2.2. I have downloaded all the required files from e-delivery.oracle .com and unzipped them. I selected Apply Maintenance and when i clicked next all the options are greyed out. I am not sure what i have done wrong. I am using the same user ID which was used for installation of hyperion 11.1.2.1.
Kindly help me out.

Also you should only have the option to "Apply maintenance release" like this - http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1zQHVCODSr0/T5WXNLQN4YI/AAAAAAAAEj4/vNQ_vOT03_8/s1600/image021.png in your screenshot you also have the option to Re-install the release.
Are you definitely sure the environment has had nothing applied to it.

All share options are greyed out

I downloaded a movie into Movie '08 from a USB memory stick. The movie is in MPEG 4 format and I had made the movie on another computer using the Studio program.
I can play the movie on the computer, but all the share options are grayed out. I would like to export this to my camcorder.
Any suggestions?

Start a project. Move the clips you want to use into the project. Now the Share menu will work.

I need to know how I can connect my ipod and have it upload the music on it to my new computer. I have 900+ songs on it right now and alot are from CD's that I no longer have access to.
