All Adobe CC Apps Crashes

Last week I installed a cracked version of Premiere Pro CC, and it worked perfect, I loved the software so I decide to buy it, I uninstalled the cracked version and installed creative cloud with Premiere, After effects and Speedgrade. Then I restarted my computer and when I tried to open a Premiere Project, it crashed after 3-4 seconds,I have the same problem with After effects and Speedgrade. Im runing on a Lenovo G400s Laptop with windows 8.1. I'm not proud of downloading a cracked software, I hope you can help me, knowing what I have done. Thanks

    Since installing Maverick, all Adobe CC apps crash when I am trying to save or import.  I might be able to save the file if I do not try to select anything other folder than the current folder that opens (last opened).  I do not use the cover view option (I see some have had problems with that), but almost always have it in list view.
    Is there some setting I need to set or is there a fix for this somewhere?
    Also, is it just me or does it seem like Mac crashes more now with Maverick than before?

  • ALL ADOBE CC APPS CRASH UPON OPENING

    So I'm just trying to figure out why it's such a common problem that the Adobe CC apps crash that there is no simple fix to find online. I've been jumping through hoops, following all sorts of forums but none them help. Even went as far as disabling my graphics card and launching the apps. I'm paying for the worst product ever in my life. And when I chat with someone they refer me to call Adobe during business hours. Well I work and go to school full time during the time my time does not have any room to haul my laptop and play trouble shoot. Guess I have to miss work and skip school to get money's worth. Thanks a lot Adobe. In my major I will be using Adobe products across the board. If there is anyone out there who has found a solution please let me know. Or hey I know if anyone who works for Adobe has a solution can you please help me out.

  • All Adobe CS1 Apps Crash on Startup!  Preferences?  Permissions?  Fonts?

    Hey, everybody. Yesterday, after my lunch break, all of my Adobe CS1 apps are freezing my system upon startup. I reinstalled the apps twice to no avail. Next, I verified and repaired permissions on the HD. Nothing. I deleted the app preferences in the User/Library, and tried restarting, but they lockup before they get a chance to rebuild the prefs. I also verified all my fonts through Font Book, found one damaged, removed it, but made no difference.
    For testing purposes, I created a new account, and all the apps work! So now I'm trying to get them working on the old account.
    I junked all my user preferences (after making a backup of course) and restarted. Back to "fresh-out-the-box" mode now, just like my test account. But the apps still freeze up my system. I'm now running Alsoft Disk Wizard, but it's been chugging for 7 hours, and I know this has to be a user thing.
    Any thoughts? Thanks.
    Emily

    This could be due to other problems such as bad permissions, broken associations, etc. Because it affects applications it isn't a problem that's user related.
    As a first crack I suggest repairing the hard drive and permissions:
    Boot from your OS X Installer. Be sure to use the installer for the version of OS X you have installed. After the installer loads select Disk Utility from the Installer menu (or Utilities menu if using Tiger.) After DU loads select your OS X volume from the list on the left, click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer. Now shutdown the computer for a couple of minutes and then restart normally.
    If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior (3.0.3 for Tiger) and/or TechTool Pro (4.0.6 for Tiger) to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
    If this doesn't work let me know.

  • My Adobe Collage app crashes each time I push the camera roll button

    I have tried all. From the first time I started the app my camera roll button has pushed me out of The Collage app.
    I have my settings on for location service. I've restarted both the app and my iPad 2 and I've also erased the app and reinstalled it. No other photo input crashes the app. Just when I push the camera roll button and it takes me out of the app in a splitt second.
    It's very frustrating paying this much money for an app that I can't use in my work because it don't need other peoples photos but mine.
    Please look in to this as fast as possible.
    Best regards
    Ami

    I don't have any albums in my camera roll only the one main album.
    I have location on so the app should be okayed to look at my photos
    correctly.
    I have now tried to erase the app twice and also restarted my ipad2. And
    reinstalled the app. And it's the same the whole time. If I push the camera
    roll button to use my own photos it just jumps out of the app right away.
    And it's very frustrating.
    Everything else seem to work fine but it's a useless app if I can't use my
    own photos to show customers.
    Best regards

  • All 3rd party apps Crash - Already Restored FIVE Times to date - Apple fix?

    Since the 2.0 update my apps have had constant crashing issues. Usually after opening 8 or so apps in a row (very easy to do when downloading and testing many apps) ... Powering down and powering back up usually helped/fixed the issue, if temporarily.
    Now, since 2.0.1 I've had times when one app will crash to the home screen, and from that point on ALL 3rd party apps immediately crash. Powering down the iPod, and powering back up does not fix the problem. Resetting the ipod (Sleep and Home buttons held) does not help either. I've also tried just Syncing the ipod, but this, alas, does nothing to help.
    When it's come to this in the past I've had to do a complete iPod restore, which if it weren't just for the time taken restoring, the time taken re-arranging the icons/screens puts the process into the realm of a major pain. But having a way to assign apps to a particular screen on the ipod/iphone within iTunes is a topic for another thread.
    Is there a way around this (crashing issue) that I'm just not seeing?
    I'm tired of being and eff-ing guinea pig; this is not why I'm an apple user, this is one of the reasons I make fun of Windows people and get them to switch TO apple.

    Well, now it's official, thanks to 3rd party apps and/or faulty system software my iPod is Dead.
    When I created this thread I was having all 3rd party apps crash constantly, and instantly upon launch. The myriad of methods used to recover it to working order failed. I decided to do a Restore and use the last successful backup. It got to about the 95% mark on the restore and hung for 2 hours. The exact same place for 2 hours.
    Not having the ability or patience to wait for my iPod to get done tying up my computer, I reset it. Now, all I've got is a $299.99 Paperweight that constantly displays a nice and shiny apple logo on it's screen.
    An attempt to restore it to factory settings only gave me an error dialogue box:
    The iPod "Kuhnaydeein's iPod" could not be restored.
    An unknown error occurred (0xE8000035).
    Now what am I supposed to do? I don't live near an Apple Store, the only place that sells apple merch is the store where I work, in the department I work. I know our policy on taking back/exchanging iPods.
    What I've failed to mention is how I'm EVER going to sell one of these to someone if there's a chance they'll just be getting the same FAULTY Hardware/Software I'm now stuck with? Is Apple going to come to the rescue, read this post and replace my iPod? I sincerely hope they read this, because they don't give the slightest hint at any Direct Email addresses on the Apple.com website. (What's with that anyway?)
    So what do I do now? RESTORING IS NOT AN OPTION.

    We are using Ipads in a 1:1 environment and my students are opening homework (a fillable PDF) in Adobe Reader and the app crashes with some regularity and they lose all their work.

    I have an app built with Flash Builder 4.7 using Adobe Air (version 15.0.0.356). The app runs some interactive animations (.swc files) and after running for a while on iPad2 the app crashes (can reproduce crash in same scene exactly 5 seconds into animation every time) but runs perfectly fine on the iPad3 both using iOS 8.1. Is this a fixable memory issue? an sdk problem?

  • Locked out of all Adobe CC apps by endless loop of sign in screens

    I updated all my CC apps:Lightroom, Photoshop and Bridge this morning, using the CC updater.  All appeared to go well with the downloads and installs, but now I can't open any of these because I get a pop up requiring me to sign in with my Adobe ID, and that screen just repeats in an endless loop.  Help!

    Just got through a chat with Adobe support.  The solution was to go to the Program Data Folder for Adobe: %ProgramData%/Adobe, and rename the SIStore folder to SIStore_old.  Some file or files in this had presumably become corrupted, and forcing a re-creation of the files and folder set things right again.

    The crash report is telling you that a critical part of Pages is missing - Inventor.framework.
    I'd suggest deleting your iWork '09 folder and its apps, reinstalling them from DVD or the Mac App Store and updating to iWork 9.1.
    If there are any issues with this it's likely that iWork '09 was not fully deleted. Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that entirely deletes iWork. Search this forum and you'll find a few messages linking to this script.

  • All microsoft Office apps crash at startup!

    I hope someone can help me. I've never had a problem with Microsoft Office 2004 on my Mac (Word, Power Point and Excel apps) until now. Can someone help me?
    Will purchasing a later version of Microsoft Office for Mac help?

    Personally, I really don't care for Word for Mac. I also have the 2004 version....need it for the Wife's online college classes.
    It always does something weird.
    I wondering if you have some issues with your system?
    First, try using Disk Utility to do a Disk Repair, as shown in this link, while booted up on your install disk.
    You could have some directory corruption. Let us know what errors Disk Utility reports and if DU was able to repair them. Disk Utility's Disk Repair is not perfect and may not find or repair all directory issues. A stronger utility may be required to finish the job. If you have DiskWarrior, run that too.
    After that Repair Permissions.
    No need to report Permissions errors....we all get them.
    Let us know if that helped!

  • How come all my Adobe SDK apps crash hard? What am I missing?

    I believe I have copied carefully the statements included with the Adobe SDK. In all my apps, my code is enclosed as follows:
    try {
    // my code here
    catch (...) {
    ASGetErrorString(ERRORCODE, buf, sizeof(buf));
    cerr << "Error code: " << ERRORCODE << ", Error Message: " << buf;
    Here's a simple example:
        http://patriot.net/~ramon/misc/Attach-A-File-Code.png
    All error messages look like this:
        Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault. 0x804d8909 in ?? ()
    IOW, the Adobe code does not catch anything at all.  :-(
    What I am missing?
    Note: This is on Linux, GUI-less, CLI-type of application.

    Thanks for your interest, Leonard.
    I hate to tell you this, but I tried the "DURING, HANDLER; END_HANDLER" constructs, in several variations, taking the code from the examples, and the result is that the application crashes as soon as it hits the "DURING".  :-(

  • Adobe Audition App Crash on Startup (windows) ImageRenderer.dll Fault Module

    I just installed Audition and when I try to open it I receive an error message that it has stopped working and my options are to close the program or check online for a solution. I checked online and nothing came up. I checked my account and everything is up-to-date. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it comes up with the same error code. Can someone please help me to figure this out?

    INZ123....
    Actually Adobe looked into this very thoroughly for me. I was in contact with Durin who passed all of the information I gave them over to their programming department. They then asked for additional information via Email, which is why it's not on this thread. After several back and forth messages they didn't know why it was happening. One thing that they did point out, which I wasn't aware of, is that Audition is one of few Adobe products that requires the SP1 pack for Windows 7. I had just installed 7 on a new system so I hadn't updated to SP1 yet. However, even after I upgraded to SP1 it didn't work. I would recommend checking to be sure you are up to date with Windows, which is why I mentioned this. Maybe it will help you. I know it helped others who had the same issue as we have. I knew that Adobe was working on an update to address so other issues and I was hoping they could figure it out with the update. I installed the update and after that I WAS able to run Audition 2014 after that. So make sure that you do run the update.
    I was always able to get Audition CS6 to work without any issues so while Adobe was trying to figure out why it wasn't working for me I just used CS6. If you have the subscription then you can install CS6 via the Creative Center by going to the Apps and down to the Find New Apps section. Just make sure that you have the  versions turned on. You will find that you can download and install CS6 from there.
    Hope that helps....
