All color print outs are pink color

My picture prints are all pink. I have scrubbed my printer heads (three times). I have replaced all my color cartridges with NEW full ink Hp cartridges. I have never used anything but Hp cartridges. Why do all my photos have a pink tinge. I even used only photo paper to print them out on, to see if it would make a difference. (NO!)
I'm frustrated because I did not have to replace the cartridges yet. I am waisting alot of expensive ink!!!!

I understand you are unable to print color and almost no black.

The movie is from iTunes. You would think that a download from iTunes to a MacBook could be watched on an HDTV using Apple TV without any headaches bit this does not appear to be the case.

Why are printer managed color prints different from Photoshop managed color prints using the same color profile?.

I'm using Photoshop 13.0.1, Windows 7, to print images using custom color profiles made with an XRite colorimeter. However, when I print the image using Printer Manages Color, it is not the same as Photoshop Manages the colors and selecting the Canon ICC profile that (Canon 7200 MP2) that is the same as the printer managed settings. Why are these prints not the same if the same color profile is being accessed??

What happens if you soft proof in Photoshop and InDesign on screen: View > Proof colors. Do you proof with the same profiles, both simulate paper and black on?
I can simulate Proof Colors (working CMYK), but not simulate Paper, both in Indesign and Photoshop.
Problem is: SAME settings in Photoshop and Indesign BUT the image displayed in Photoshop is brighter and more saturated.
So which image should I correct after?

Colors print out incorrectly

When I print out an Illustrator file the color on the paper appears different then on Illustrator. Sometimes it might even be the same exact color, but it would print in two different shades of that color. How can I resolve?
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Calibrate and profile your monitor, turn off color management in your printer driver, let Photoshop manage color and assign the correct ICC profile for your ink/paper combination.
Let us know if that doesn't work.

Up graded to CS and images print out are green.

I am using 10.4.11 operating system. I upgraded from Photo shop 7.0 to CS and all my images print out green. The printer is a Epson Stylus C88+. The images on my monitor look the same as 7.0. I do a nozzle check every day.
Does any body know why this happened?

its a general solution but if after this the issue persist contact HP for a warranty replacement just take note on the steps that you performed so you will not have to do them again

ITunes colors on mine are PINK and GRAY! HELP!

When i installed my itunes for some reason its as if everything is highlighted, the left side for the library menus are all highlighted *dark gray*, and the menus for music, movies, ipod are all highlighted pink!
I don't know if i should reinstall it or what else i can do..
And also it doesn't give me the option to enable disk use on my ipod or change its name... please help!

My print-outs are all in italics. how do i cancel this?

When I print a page, or even in Print Preview, most of the words are in italic.

Hi Chris, some sites provide detailed style sheets for printing, some appear the same as on the screen, and some fall back on your standard font settings.
Q: Are there particular sites where you do and do not see the problem? That might help in figuring out where the problem lies.
Meanwhile, could you check your standard font selections here:
"3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Options > Content > "Advanced" button
Typically you will see:
Proportional: Serif
Serif: Times New Roman
Sans-serif: Arial
Monospace: Courier New
If you have different fonts selected, could you try those?
Also, you may see at the top of the dialog that the "Fonts for" drop--down list is set to "Western" or "Other Languages". Most web pages seem to invoke one of those two character sets, so please check/adjust the fonts for both.
Anything interesting result from that?

Colors printed do not match color on screen

When printing photos from adobe elements I cant ge the same colors as on the screen -come out much lighter. have tried mackinc the colors on screen darker in hopes of geting the color i want -doesnt work completely

Hopefully someone can help me.. I'm designing my daughter's baptism invitation on PSE, it look great on the PC screen, however when I print the colors look darker. Is there a setting I should be using so that the color is true to the screen color? What am I doing wrong???

Print outs are blurry when printing from a web page.

I have sorta a strange problem with my printer that I'm hoping someone might be able to help me with. I have an HP 895 series printer that I got from an website not long ago. I bought (remanufactured) ink cartridges for it because it looked like the ink was running out, but after I put them in the prints started to look really blurry to where it would kind of hurt my eyes to look at it. I tried cleaning around the cartridges and printer as best I could and aligned the print cartridges. The problem is that the alignment page prints ok, I even printed a word document which looked fine, but when I try to print any type of web page from firefox, it still comes out blurry. It seems as if it is still not aligned. I'm not sure if there is anything else I can try or anything I can do to correct this. I'm just wondering if anyone has some suggestions.

If it is blurry after you installed the remanufactured cartridges, then it is the cartridges. If there is a printhead cleaning utility in the print driver, then run that, it may help. The only other possibility I can think of, is if you also changed to a different type of paper, but that is less likely.

Printing Issue: Colors print fine from Photoshop but washed out in Illustrator

I am having trouble printing from Illustrator. The same image...whether cut and pasted, opened in, or using the swatch created....prints differently in Photoshop and Illustrator. I need to use this specific color (for branding purposes) and it prints fine in Photoshop but washed out and grey-ish in illustrator.
I've made sure the color settings are the same (in bridge) and made sure all the print settings are the same. It is the same color on the screen, and in detail, but the print output is clearly different. Any help please??

If I print from Acrobat, everything is washed out and greyed - both the PDF from Illustrator and the PDF saved from Photoshop.
I tried letting the printer decide and I tried set to illustrator - both washed out and greyed.
Here are my settings in illustrator:

Color Laserjet 3600 PQ print quality test pink shows faded on right side

All the color print outs have this somewhat faded color on the right side.
When I ran the PQ test under troubleshooting it shows on the pink page missing color pink towards the right side.
fades into white / blank. Already changed the toner and still happens. I calibrated that printer twice and still occurs.
what else can i do to fix this?

HP Color LaserJet CP1215 - Color printing - Page prints yellow background

Good morning --- I don't believe I have posted to this forum before, so I hope someone can help me solve this issue.
My CP1215 color LaserJet -
printing pref set to color-
printing a document with colored icons, etc. or color photograph
Results: the "background" or what should be the white area, is yellow - bright yellow.
If I switch printing pref to B/W, I get a black/white document or photo. Of course, no color.
I have replaced the yellow toner cartridge (HP product) TWICE, the second one just this morning.
There are NO error messages.
Tried running the cleaning tool; disconnect/reconnect, etc. No luck.
I gave up trying to solve this issue 2 years ago, and have kept the pref set to black/white with no tech issues.
Now, however, I have the need to print in color, and I would really like to figure out how to correct this problem.
This printer is a monster - ~30 lbs or more, and I would rather not have to haul it to a computer shop or ship it.
If anyone out there has had this problem, please let me know how/if you were able to resolve it. Many thanks.

I understand when you print in color you are getting a yellow background.
I have included a document for troubleshooting the all yellow background printing.
Print out a configuration page from Solution eight first. This document will provide steps for cleaning and calibrating the printer. The Print quality troubleshooting page will identify the print cartridge that is causing the issue.
Let me know the results when you compare it to the one in the document and if the background printed yellow again. Also the Print quality troubleshooting page results.
What kind of paper are you using?
