All Creative Cloud products are downloadable for me except Adobe Premiere Pro!
And I really need that one too! Help please
From the Start Menu right-click on Computer and from the context menu choose Properties. This will open Control Panel\System and Security\System. On the right pane in the middle under System you will see System type. Does it say 64-Bit Operating System?

Have downloaded the creative cloud app but cannot find the single-app Premiere Pro CC
After recieving confirmation email of payment for single- app membership Premiere Pro , followed instructions for getting started and now have downloaded the creative cloud app and when I come to download Premiere Pro it is not shown in the apps section. What might be the problem for it not showing up ?
Well, you're not gonna like it, but it doesn't show up because your system doesn't meet the requirements. Check them.

Why are Premiere Pro and all Creative Cloud products a joke?
????? NEW MAC and can't even get these programs to work without crashing every 10 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yosemite sometimes has problems, often related to "default" permissions needing to be changed

Creative Cloud Photoshop CS6 download stuck at 99% on MacBook Pro
I started the download from the Creative Cloud by clicking the Try link. The application manager downloaded and ran fine. The Photoshop download has been stuck at 99% for 20 minutes and counting. No error messages...yet. Running Mac OSx 10.8. Any suggestions are welcome.
Never mind. I stopped the download>restarted it>Photoshop installed and is working. Thanks anyway.

Are user manuals available for download for Encore CS5 and Premiere pro
I've been told that there are user manuals for Premiere Pro and Encore CS5, but I've spent considerable time trying to locate where to download them from. I've found then from what appear to be third party entities, but I have trouble trusting many of them. Doesn't Adobe offer them? I've tried searching their website, but come up with nothing. I don't doubt that it is in there somewhere, but they don't exactly manke it easy to find.

Download trial of Adobe Premiere Pro on Creative Cloud
Hi there,
I want to download a trial of Adobe Premiere Pro, but it is not available on my list of apps in creative cloud. How do I find it?
Thank you.
StephHello stephkate140390,
Premiere pro and After effects are only compatible with 64-bit operating system. If you have a 32-bit operating system then it will not show these two applications in the list.
Thanks

Hi
I've been trying to download the trial of Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.5 Family for 24 hours now. It downloaded in Adobe Download Assistant fine and the it started 'Extracting'. Its been extracting for 24 hours and the close or pause buttons next to it are not available to press so I can't stop it and try again.
A message half way through did pop up saying 'opening premier pro, verifying...' but then a warning sign came up saying 'the following disk images couldn't be opended. Reason: Invalid Checksum' . Don't know if that has anything to do with it but on Adobe Download Assistant it is still 'Extracting'.
I am working on a year old Macbook Pro with a fast connection to the internet.
Thanksbuenas dias, yo intentado descargar adobe CS5 standart, premium ... pero todos los ficheros se paran en 49°/° y no van mas, no se que hacer, intentado con todos los exploradores de internet . gracias

Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) to my Mac Pro desktop running OSX 10.9.3. My Creative Cloud app shows updates for all apps that I have as CS6 on my desktop but I have only subscribed to Photoshop CC. Lightroom shows Install but it is installed. Trying to Install Photoshop CC(2014) results in and error message "Installation failed Errors encountered during installation.(7) more information.
More information gives Exit Code: 7
Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For Example, ERROR:
- 0 fatal error)s), 0 error(s)
I also cannot directly download from my account on the web. This has been going on for a week or more and I have tried numerous suggestions on the forums but got nowhere. I uninstalled Creative Cloud app today but could not find the installer again so I assume that was deleted. I cannot download that now as on Adobe's site it says we are experiencing problems. Aren't we all.
I was happy with CC until last week but now cannot recommend it.
I also have a Macbook Pro retina and Photoshop CC(2014) downloaded no problem on that.Code 6 & Code 7 http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/errors-exit-code-6-exit.html

Hi, my current plans and products include Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) and Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (one-year), I only use photoshop occasionally and for very basic things, are these two plans required for basic photoshop use or am I able to go with one or the other ?
PS is part of the photography plan, so your single app plan is redundant.

I have Creative Cloud and just downloaded Ae... but it is version CS6... not CC2014.1 . Any idea why the download is for an older version?
If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the disk image (dmg) file to the desktop
* Firefox 7.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
* Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean (re-)install
* Install the new version that you have downloaded
Your profile data is stored elsewhere in the Firefox Profile Folder, so you won't lose your bookmarks and other personal data if you uninstall and (re)install Firefox.

I'm replacing a seven year old Dell that still works but is getting rather long in the tooth. I have CS4 web design. (For PC)
I have a Macbook Pro (so I'm familar with Mac OS)
I'm upgrading my computer to mainly use the Creative Cloud.
Are there any advantages (related to Creative Cloud) to buying a Mac or a PC?
I just don;t wan't to a Mac and then find that many features don;t work that are on the PC (or vice versa)
Or is one interface easier to use than another?
Thanks in advance for any help.It usually boils down to personal preference.
The software is, to all intents and purposes, the same in either operating system. There are minor differences between them, usually related to the hardware or the operating system. But if you can use the software in Windows, you'll be able to use it on a Mac too.
It's a matter of which environment you prefer: Windows or Mac. I use both daily since the Cloud allows you to install on Windows and/or Mac. -

can not download Creative Cloud single-app membership for Adobe® Photoshop® (one-year) after purchasing online (received email confirming order) can you help?
Macbook Pro OS X Version 10.7.5
Processor 2.4GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 8GB 1333 MHz DDR3
After using the trial version of Photoshop CS6, I decided to purchase the one-year Photoshop cloud version.
I was told by a friend to do a "clean" download, so removed the "previous version".
Now when I click the "download" tab, nothing happens.
Can you help? Please download/install CC desktop : https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and try downloading Photoshop. If still the same issue then as suggested by Mylenium run the cleaner tool and try downloading again.
You may even try the direct link: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html .
Please ensure to follow the very important instructions before download.
