All elements flow (remotely) when you update a page. What shall I do?

I will try to document exactly what I am trying to complete in Muse. I have a single master upon which all pages have been built and until now without any problems.
I am running v1.1, Build 960, CL768344 - AIR Runtime 3.2.0.2060.
On my fron page I have an accordion - the page looks like this:
Then I decide to simplify the page and delete the accordion. When I check the remaining result by "Preview page in browser", it looks as it should look like - but after an export, it looks very odd:
No matter what I do, I cannot make the page look correct - but the elements all the time can be found in unpredictable places. Apparently this happened on the server only - so I deleted the whole Muse site locally as well as remotely, exported again from Muse and uploaded using Dreamweaver - but still the result shown on the above image.

Simply, I cannot solve this issue without some help.

I see that there are a few files which are missing on the server,
Just make sure that they are uploaded on the server and let me know if that fixes the issue.

All of your music, apps, photos, videos, etc, should reside on your computer, not just on your easilly stolen,, lost or damaged prtable device.
A normal update, or even upgrade, restores all your settings and data from the backup thats created at the start of the process. Even if something goes wrong, you can sync back everything from your computer.

What you posted looks like the iTunes Library.xml file I will let you read about how iTunes works but not only is the .xml not your main library it is just the listing of tracks in your library and where the music files should be located. Your music is actually in media files (by the way, it is pointless to zip those as they are already compressed). Anyway, read these and you will see that your true library file (iTunes Library.itl) is only a small, but still important, part of a complete library.

As you can see, a library has several components, so "getting it back" depends upon what is missing, what it was you actually backed up in the end, if any of this music was purchased from the iTunes Store, etc.

Is it necessary to update Aperture 3.4 to 3.5 when you update to Mavs? Or does it work just the same? I have filters (Color Efex Pro) I don't want to lose with the update to 3.5.

It depends, on what else you want to use. If you have iPhones or iPads on IOS 7, the shared Photo Streams are not compatible with Aperture 3.4.
Also, if you are using iPhoto with your Aperture libraries, take care not to upgrade iPhoto beyond 9.4.3, or idon't open your Aperture library in iPhoto, else you will not be able to open it in Aperture any longer.

All of the data should be on your computer, simply sync it back.
If the update was done via iTunes on the computer, the first step in the process is a backup of the device.

Not with an update.
With a Restore, you do lose the data but, as part of the update procedure, you are given the opportunity to back up that information. Say "Yes" and later, when asked if you want to load from the backup file, again say "yes."

what is the problem? Can't you drag the audio region to the right, or is the silence at the beginning of the track missing?
You could mark the measures you want to export by the Cycle region. Then any beginning silence will be included.

If you are using Windows:
You must be logged in from an Administrator account not a Standard account.
Click on START, then Click on CONTROL PANEL, then be sure the View is set to Large Icons not Category.
Click on the Flash Player Icon. The Flash Player Control Panel should come up.
Click on the UPDATES tab. Now you can verify or select automatic updating.

No.   But you probably need to go further than 10.6.3.   If you have already bought the retail disc you should read the link below (just to double check).

sometimes after a update the language of the keyboard changes. with this some letters may be changed (for example y and z)
I think in "settings - general" you can change the keyboard.
