After Reading all those hanging Problems in C6.. i have setback myself in buying it now...
if all those C6 Problems r fixed..
Will i get All FIX C6 mobile if i go to NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER and Buy a new one..!!
Or i have to buy and move to NOKIA CARE and get SOFTWARE UPDATED IT WIT THOSE FIXES..!!

@ Stay Away from Nokia at least for now & try other mobile phone manufacturers using Android O/S. Android o/s rocks. All Nokia's smart phones are being released with bugs.

It sounds to me like you uninstalled then attempted to reinstall iTunes to troubleshoot the issue you were encountering? First, I would try the steps in here:

My assumption is that your customer is using 9.0, is it?
I assume that the reason is because there was a mistake during the implementation, meaning that assets created using the application or using import fixed assets master data from excel are not what the user wanted.
The existing rule is that only assets in status 'new' can be removed, and this is a consistency requirement, both technical and from accountancy point of view.
So if the asset is not in status 'new' , it cannot be removed.
What you can do is cancel all transactions generated for the asset, acquisitions, retirements, etc, starting from the last, transaction, until you cancel the first.
Then you execute again depreciation run, to ensure any automatic posted depreciation is reverted.
This way the asset will remain in the system, but with no value. And you can eneter the new assets that will substitute them.

Installed Adobe Reader X Cannot print. All Fixes futile!

Have OS Windows XP Installed Adobe Reader X and cannot print. Documents open properly and can be manipulated according to their limitations except I cannot print. Printer is HP Officejet 4500 Wireless. Have converted back to hard connection for this process. Connection not an issue. Everything else except the pdfs will print normally. Printing a pdf elicits no response from the printer. Does not show in queue. Hard attached another older HP printer. It does respond by pulling blank paper thru machine. Have full warranty on HP printer and have been thru detailed process with them. Does not appear to be a printer issue. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Tried all the same fixes. Still does not work. Connected to old printer.
Printer responded, but did not print.

Is this an "in plug-in" crash where you see a crash error inside a gray box in the page?
I know you said you have tried all fixes, but if you wouldn't mind ticking off the following just in case:
(1) If you have any recorders/downloaders that interact with Flash media make sure they are as up-to-date as possible, or disable them temporarily.
(2) Disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin. See this support article from Adobe: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html#main_Solve_video_playback_issues
(3) Disable the Flash plugin's protected mode feature. This involves creating or editing a settings file. The following pages/posts provide different ways to do that:

HT201210 Ipad 4 rebooted automatically numerous times...froze up...hard restarted using home and power...put itself into restore mode "connect to iTunes"...I did this but I get error '1600' and can't perform restore...i've exhausted all fix options for '1

Hi folks as in the title:
My Ipad 4 froze up and rebooted automatically numerous times.
It then immediately froze up completely and didn't try and reboot itself.
I then hard restarted the device using the home and power buttons simultaneously.
I got the Apple logo and saw my desktop for a moment and then it froze up.
Hard rebooted again only this time I saw "connect to iTunes".
I connected the device to my MBP and iTunes where I was told it was in restore mode.
I followed the on-screen instructions in iTunes to restore the device.
I spent 15minutes downloading the necessary files etc only for the restore to fail through error code '1600'.
I explored this error code in Apple support and followed all Apple's suggestions, and subsequently tried the restore each time.
I have now exhausted all fix options for '1600'...and I can't even get 'connect to iTunes message' on my iPad device now.
Any suggestions would be welcome please?

Unfortunately I don't have another computer with which to try a restore from.
I've tried to reboot the iPad again using the sleep and home buttons (whilst it is unplugged from my MBP) and it remains completely lifeless. I know there is 80% battery life in the device as I had it charging when it malfunctioned.
I've tried recovery mode through iTunes in excess of 15 times now all yielding the same and inevitable result of 'error 1600'.
I think it's time to get to know the team at my local Apple store...

Multiple Errors, tried all fixes, nothing seems to work.

My phone was working perfectly and has been for the 2 months since I got it...
All the sudden I went to use it and there was a white screen with some kind of error that wouldn't do anything so I did the battery pop reset.
Now when it starts up it says Uncaught exception: java.lang.NullPointerException(looked it up, tried all fixes, none worked) and I also get the Application Registry.waitF or(**************) timeout and I had Module 'net_rim_pdap_resources' not found error.
None of my music will play and when I start it up it now goes to a screen that says Blackberry Device Platform and lists everything instead of showing any icons or the homescreen.
I did a wipe hoping that would work and it didn't so now i've run out of options, can anyone help me?

When Imopen Fire Fox, I get google and Fire Fox's page. I have tried all fixes, no luck

When I open Fire fox I get 2 tabs. One is Google my Homepage and the other is Fire fox's page. I have tried all fixes under help and suggestions with no luck?
Also I want a new page to open in a Tab. I set it to and it defaults back to new window. Also tried all fixes? I have been using Fire fox since day1, I know it pretty well, never had a problem.

Hello, I considering buying a 3 chip camera but my problem is I don't have a clue as to which 3 chip cameras work with IMovie. Why can't Apple just fix it so ALL Video cameras work with IMovie. Afterall, FCP and FCE will import footage from almost any DV camera. Why is it so dam hard for Apple to get IMovie to do the same? Its very frustrating because it diffecult to shop for a good 3 chip while risking that it won't work with IMovie.
Would someone explain this to me.

I've never had any trouble with Sony cameras, and the various 3-chip Sonys I've used ALL work with my setup - which is either PowerBooks or a Mac mini.
There often seems to be trouble noted here with G5 iMacs or G5 PowerMacs, but as I don't have one of those, I can't speak from experience. Couldn't tell you about an eMac, either, I'm afraid.
But, speaking from experience, I've never had any trouble, in any version of iMovie from 2 to 6, with a Sony TRV900 (..now discontinued..), TRV950, PDX10, FX1 ..and they're all 3-chip cameras. Never had any trouble with a 1-chip camera either, except a 330 Digital-8 when iMovie 5 first came out.
The 1-chip HC1 also works fine for me.
I haven't tried any Panasonic, Canon or JVC cameras with iMovie, so I couldn't tell you about them.
Like Dan, I've now ordered a G5 floor-stander ..so that I can import and export HDV faster.. and I'll let you know if I have any trouble using that with any of those camcorders.
But for now, all the Sony 3-chip cameras I've ever tried all work without any trouble at all in all versions of iMovie. As long as it has a FireWire connection it should work with iMovie.

This Lion wireless issue has become more than just an irritation, so much so, my wife has resorted to sitting in front of a 27 inch imac with a 300 dollar Walmart Windows computer to get the bills paid and use the web. And yes, there is not a fix out there I haven't tried over the last year or so, some worked and some didn't, but all were temporary at best. Same issue with my Macair, I wonder if its a hardware issue, like the video card in my 2006 MBP, it went out after the warrenty and then I found out there was a calss action suit going on over it, unfortunately Apple wouldn't cover it and wanted 7oo bucks to fix it, sold that as parts.
While i really like me Macs, I own three, I may have to bow out and stick with LINUX, that has yet to let me down, anyone know if Mountain will fix this issue? or are we all just waiting for defective WiFi cards to fail at our own expense, PS, got three Macs for sale.

Sounds like you're getting kernel panics, which are usually, but not always, caused by hardware problems, with memory being one of the regular culprits.
First thing I would do is to get our your original OS X disks, insert the first one (should say 'AHT version x.x' in small print on the label - if not, find the one that does), and reboot holding the Alt key down. Choose the Apple hardware test, and when prompted, choose the extended test. If you have either of the TechTool programs, they can do similar testing. Does that identify any hardware issues?
Next, I'd download rember from http://www.kelleycomputing.net/rember/ . This is a memory testing program that you can set to run overnight. Does it come up with any errors? If so, try resetting your memory card(s) by removing and putting back into the computer. Rerun memory test.

Z-index-- image fixed/ text mobile

I'm a web developer student with 5 classes left before
graduation (with honors) and I've come to realize...I'm really not
ready for the workforce! GRRRR
I have a layer question. My page setup is as follows;
z-index 1 or 'OuterPanel' is position absolute, width and
height 100% // covers the full screen
z-index 2 is my 'WorkArea' relative, margin-left/right auto,
750px by 750px// keeps the active content centered
z-index 3 (which sets inside of z-index 2) includes multiple
div's that hold my positioning for text and pics.//absolute--fixed
to the 'WorkArea' --centered.
My question is, with this setup, can I lock a pic in position
(z-index 3) and still scroll text on the same z-index. I realize
that I can lock a background image in place, but I can seem to get
full control with image location when changing monitor size. Any
thoughts?

requirements that would suggest the use of positioning.

That's complete claptrap. Frames are NOT a security risk, and
there is no
suggestion (even a remote one) that any browser will not
support them.
Frames are a complete pain in the ***, for both you and your
client, but
they are not what you have suggested.

Success! All fixes together in one thread...step-by-step...

Okay, after one and a half days of bad installs, error messages, and reading this board I've FINALLY gotten v5.0 to work on my XP system. How'd I do it? Well, I took ALL the fixes offered on this site and did them all at once. Here's what I did...step-by-step with instructions. By the way, I'm running a Dell Inspiron 2200 with Windows XP Home.
1.) Make sure you have the file "mapi32.dll" version 1.0.2536 in your /windows/system32 folder.
How do I check:
Click on you Start Menu in the lower left
Then click on "My Computer"
Then click on the "Windows" folder
Then click on the "system32" folder
Scroll to the "m"'s and put your mouse pointer over the "mapi32.dll" file, the version should pop up.
If you don't have this file there are some creative ways to get the file that people have posted on this support forum. Look into those ways.
2.) Make sure ALL of the following are "started": TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper, Windows Management Instrument, and WMI Performance Adapter.
How do I do this:
Click on the Start Menu
Move your mouse pointer to "My Computer", but don't click on it
RIGHT-click on "My Computer" and then choose "manage" in that menu
In the left hand panel double-click "Services and Applications", then double click "services" in the right panel.
Find those three files in the windows and click on them and make sure it says "Started" and "Automatic" next to the names.
3.) Download and install the stand alone Quicktime 7.0.2 player. You need this for iTunes to run. Here's the link:

Restart your computer.
4.) Download Bonjour for Windows from this link:

NOTE: Before you start the install do the following(VERY IMPORTANT) DISABLE ALL YOUR ANTIVIRUS AND SPYWARE SOFTWARE. If you're running Norton 2005 right click on the system tray icon and click "disable Norton internet security" and "disable antivirus auto protect" make sure you do it until at least the "next system startup". I was also running Avast Antivirus so I had to "stop on-access protection". Those were the ones on my system, your system may be different.
Then run the Bonjour install and restart your computer.
4.) Download the iTunes install program from here:

ONCE AGAIN (VERY IMPORTANT) DISABLE ALL YOUR ANTIVIRUS AND ANTISPYWARE AS YOU DID FOR THE PREVIOUS STEP!!!!
Restart your computer when it's done.
This should work. For me, all the songs and playlists updated except for like 4 songs which said they couldn't be found. But when it asked if I would like to find the file I clicked "yes" and it lead me directly to the folder that had the song in it and when I clicked on the file the song started to play. I now had v5.0

Great instructions and iTunes installed with only one heart stopping moment when the XP error report window opened followed by the Microsoft Online Crash Analysis window that announced that I'd suffered a major hardware failure.
I don't think so.
What I did notice is that XP hung at the Welcome screen(I don't get the Welcome screen since this is a one person computer.)and then again after the desktop loaded but before the icons appeared (Something else it never does.).
The cause was the installer for this version of iTunes which definitly has problems.
iTunes is running fine now and everything updated correctly but I'm still ticked off about nearly being given heart failure.
Oh yes, it's easier to get rid of iTunes and QuickTime registry entries if you have Regcleaner : http://www.worldstart.com/weekly-download/archives/reg-cleaner4.3.htm
Quicktime especially leaves files scattered everywhere.
