All in One Remote Ap for Windows 8.1

Trying to figure out why when I open the AiO ap on my computer it always say my printer if offline..and I know it is online, Any suggestions..Also my printer keeps going to sleep and going offline as well..I have to unplug it almost everytime I need to used it..All firmware is up to date.This has been a ongoing problem and very frustrating..And also the power light is never on but the display functions as normal sometimes it blinks..Super frustrated with this printer..Any Ideas..

Hi, I don't know ahy it has a full software and drivers for Windows 8.1 and you have to use HP AIO Printer Remore app which is designed for mobile devices (smartphone, tablets ...). Anyway, my suggestion: give it a fix IP address, I normally give wireless printers something above 100 for the rest of their lives in my house. Regards.

I just checked the NZ Software and Driver page, where CD purchases can also be made, and was unable to find an option to be able to purchase a disc online. I would advise giving the NZ HP Tech Support a call to see if a CD is available for your region.

Hp all-in One remote prints test page but cannot find printer for anything else

The HP All-in-One application can print test pages on my 8610 but when I go to any document or photo and try to print I get the following message "This Printer is not available." I have checked and have the latest version of the HP All-in-one Printer Remote application and the HP Print Service Plugin applications from the Google Play store. I am using a Samsung Galaxy 5 running Android 5.0. If I print a page from my laptop using wireless to this printer, I can see the All-in-One application tracking my printer status so I know it can see the printer. The app on the phone will show the status under the printer name going from Ready to Unavailable to Ready as a document is printed and then finished. I am printing directly with local WIFI and am not using the ePrint feature.

I hope you have a pleasant experience here. I'd like to help you with the issues you are having printing from your Samsung Galaxy S5 to your HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One printer. Firstly, do you have the printer plugged directly into a wall outlet? The printer has a power moderator built in, so if it is plugged into a power surge bar or battery backup it may be getting inconsistent power. This can cause all kinds of firmware glitches (like the printer status not being broadcast properly). If that doesn't immediately resolve the issue, please follow the steps below: Network Power Reset: Let's leave the router on and unplug the power cable (NOTE: Do not reset the router.), then do the same with the printer, and shut down the computer. After a full minute, plug the router back in, wait for it to fully power up, then plug the printer back in and wait for the wireless light to become solid. Once both the router and printer are on, go ahead and turn the computer back on. Doing this will refresh the network connection. Restore Network Defaults and Reconnect: 1. On the front panel of the printer, touch your wireless icon at the top2. Select Settings.3. Select Restore Network Defaults.4. Restart your printer.5. Once it's booted back up, touch the wireless icon again.6. Select Settings.7. Select Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the prompts to enter your wireless network details.8. Try enabling the web services again. Another thing I would suggest, would be to download the HP ePrint app, rather than the All-in-One Remote. The Remote is moreso suited for scanning to your phone from your product, so I would suggest trying the ePrint app (you can download it from the Play Store). If the issue persists after these steps, please answer the following questions so I'm better able to assist: Are you able to print reliably from any other devices on your network?What brand and model of router are you using?What is it that you are trying to print? (ie. E-mail, photo, document)What app are you printing from? I already have a HP B110a printer and have just bought an Officejet 7610 as I wanted A3 scanning and printing.
I was using the old HP Printer Control app with my iPad 1 but I cannot get the app to see the new 7610 printer. It is definitely connected to the network as other computers in the network can find it, and the ipad is definitely connected to the same network and it can still find the B110a printer. I have tried updating to the new HP All-in-one Remote app but now find that I need iOS v6 or later which is not supported by ipad1. This is obviously very frustrating for me as I checked before I bought the printer that it would work with this app ( according to your web site, it does) and that I could run the new app on iPad 1. According to the web site and your FAQ for the app, it requires ios v4.3 or higher (I am running ios v5.1.1) Is it because the Officejet 7610 won't work with the old HP Printer Control app? If that is the case, then what is the solution to ipad1 users? Alternatively is it possible to still get the HP All-in-one Remote app running on iosv4.3 as this website still says it does.

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I see that you have some questions about using your iPad1 with the HP Printer Control app.
The information on iTunes is the correct information. The HP All-in-One Printer Remote Mobile App FAQ document hasn’t been updated yet to reflect the most recent version of the app. The document has been submitted for revision to reflect the new minimum iOS requirements of iOS 6.0 or later, for the updated app.
One of the questions in the HP AiO app is “Why can’t my mobile device find a printer on my wireless network?”. Please review the items in that list. If the app is still unable to find the printer, please follow the steps in Apple’s Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset document.
I do not have any devices running the Printer Control version of the app to confirm whether it supports the Officejet 7610 printer.

I was using the referred HP 'ALL IN ONE(PSC) with Windows XP Professional version successfully. Now I am having windows 7 in my desktop. Kindly advise that the same HP " ALL IN ONE" would work on windows 7. Also please clarify whether the new driver is to be installed for the same. Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you're looking for a Windows 7 driver for your HP PSC 1200 series All-in-One Printer. Upon looking into the driver compatibility for this printer I found that in Windows 7 you need to use the Windows Update feature on your computer to install the printer as HP does not have a downloadable Full Feature Software and Driver package available due to the age of the printer. There hasn't been a Full Feature Software and Driver available for this series of printer since Windows XP.
You can still use the HP PSC on your Windows 7 computer.

Based on the following, no more support from Vista ages that means at least 6 years:

With luck, Windows 8 can find a generic, basic driver for your machine to print. Otherwise it's time to buy a new printer.

LaserJet Pro MFP M125nw - Scan to app All-in-One Remote does not work

Basically I have pruchased that super-printer and I am now trying to achieve scan to my mobile devices.
I have one iPad 2 on iOS 7, on 2 Android devices (smaller tablet and phone) both running Kitkat 4.4.2

Unfortunately, What happens :
- From my iPad, the AiO app states that my printer is not compatible with the application !!
- From my 2 Android devices, the All-in-One Remote app will work fine, except the scan feature as nothing happens (well, when tapping either 'Preview' or 'Scan' button in the Scan section, I see a 'Cancel' button during 0,1 second and I am back to that scan section)
Any one could help please ???

EJB3 - More than one remote interface for Session Bean?

Is it possible in EJB3 to have more than one remote interface for a SessionBean?
I have seen it posetd on here that it is possible but never been able to find any other information.
Using JBoss as my App Server, I have deployed an App, where a SessionBean is defined as implementing 2 interfaces, both of which are annotated using @remote.
However when I examine the JBoss JMX Console, Global JNDI Namespace only one remote interface is listed, and indeed it is the first one defined in the SessionBean.
Considering I use a String similar to (MyApp/MyBean/remote) to do the JNDI lookup, this would indicate that it is not possible to have more than one remote interface.
1. Is this a JBoss specific limitation?
2. Is there another way of performing the JNDI lookup?

Thanks for prompt response! I tried the suggestion in my application, and the output from JBoss JMX Console was
+- XXXBean (class: org.jnp.interfaces.NamingContext)
| | +- remote (proxy: $Proxy291 implements No ClassLoaders found for: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.Remote1 (no security manager: RMI class loader disabled))Again only displaying the remote interface that is first in the @remote ({ Remote1.class , Remote2.class}) list. This would lead me to believe that JBoss does not support this.
Can anyone confirm this?

The app for Windows phone is a BETA version. In my case (also a Nokia) it can find my printer but when sending something to printer, printer won't print. Again, it's only a BETA version.

All in One printer issue with Windows 8.1 update

Hi all,
Hoping someone out there may be able to help with the following.
I have a Canon MG8250 all in one printer/scanner. All was fine on Windows 8, but then upgraded to 8.1 a couple of weeks ago. Just got round to using the printer and scanner and the printer wouldn't work (scanner was fine). Uninstalled MP drivers and reinstalled from Canon site and all seemed fine with the printing. Alas the scanner now would not work. Did the same, uninstalled MP Navigator Ex and reinstalled from Canon site, but no fix this time. PC says "Cannot start MP Navigator Ex" and printer says "Set PC to start scanning".
Anybody know how to fix?

Microsoft all ready has an update for Windows Phone 8.1 Verizon customers still don't have WP 8.1. UGH!

Microsoft has all ready released an update to Windows Phone 8.1. Us Verizon customers don't even have WP 8.1. *** Verizon? My contract with Verizon is up in November this is the tipping point. I am not going to renew my contract. I will just buy the phone out right and sign up for Straight Talk. Then I don't need to have the "Nanny service provider (Verizon)" telling me when I am able to obtain a device update. Thanks for nothing Verizon.

On one side, I can understand that maybe (and that's a BIG maybe) Verizon wants to make sure they have enough data (pardon the pun) regarding the successful adaptation of the update for it's customers in order to make sure everything goes smoothly. However, I find that Verizon likes to keep customers in the dark regarding time frames. It's interesting to see on some of the similar titles message boards entries on this topic have Verizon monitors ready to wipe out entries if they violate terms of service on the forums. But, when asked directly about time frames for Windows updates, you either get a link to some Verizon news page (which is of no help), or nothing at all. A number of people called Verizon customer service and get varied answers like: "Sometime this summer", "Soon", or even an "I don't know, they don't even tell us either"...which is the answer I got one time. Very discouraging. I had a choice between the Windows Phone, or a Samsung Galaxy phone. I chose Windows because of it's features. Beginning to regret it now, since support for it on Verizon appears to be dismal at best.

HP Officejet 4500 All-in-One Printer - G510g installation windows 8.1 64bit

After operating a HP Officejet 4500 All-in-One Printer - G510g from both an old Windows XP notebook and from an ASUS Windows 8, 64bit laptop, subsequently updated to 8.1; I'm now trying to install it to run from a Toshiba Satellite NB10T-A notebook Windows 8.1 64bit, but without success.
The original installation CD does not provide an installation but on start up (presumably because it is only compatible with Windows XP and 7.
The www.hp.com site offers a download of a full driver for the printer, forWindows 8.162bit. This seems to download fine. The file unpacks, says it is installing, but on completion the driver is not available.
There are no options to uninstall, either in control panel/printers or in control panel/software.
Without the driver, the Windows 8.1 system recognises the printer and allows simple printing ffrom applications. However, it is not possible to use the scan options, giving the error message that the driver is not available. Neither HP Solution Center or HP Document Manager are installed.
I have tried HP Print and Scan Doctor. This recognises the printer on USB link, says that there are missing drivers, downloads, unpacks and installs drivers. But the printer icon in control panel/printers continues to have an alarm icon and indicates that the printer is still missing drivers.
I have also tried the HP Printer Installation Wizard. The result is similar.
Please advise how I can install the scan options of this equipment and confirm that the machine is compatible with windows 8.1 64bit.

I read through your post about how you cannot scan on your Windows 8.1 computer as the driver and software doesn't seem to be completing successfully on your system. However, you have been able to install the printer and its functioning fine on other computers.
I would suggest checking the Control Panel to see if there are any printer files to uninstall: Uninstalling the Printer Software
Restart the PC afterwards
Perform a Clean Boot
Restart the PC again
Download and install the printer again: HP Officejet Full Feature Software and Driver
If you see any error messages or codes during the installation process, make note of the exact problem or error and post me back a screen shot or the details.

HP Officejet 4500 Desktop All-in-One Printer - G510a and Windows 8.1

The drivers for this do not seem to work on Windows 8.1. Whilst I can print no problem I cannot access the solution centre from my new laptop and i cannot scan. It gives me the message No scan options refer to device documentation to troubleshoot. It works fine on my old laptop which has Windows XP installed.
NB i have tried installing from your website and when i click on install it runs for a few seconds then sends the error message that it cannot find the file.
Does this mean that the HP Officejet 4500 Desktop All-in-One Printer - G510a is not fully compatible with Windows 8.1. Help please I am getting very frustrated.

Welcome to the HP Forums!
I see that your are getting the specified file cannot be found error, during the installation.
Please try the following:
1.) Check that IE pop-up blockers are turned off before downloading the installer. Internet Explorer Pop-up Blocker: frequently asked questions.
Then try the install.
2. If you're running McAfee Live Safe or any other firewall, please temporarily disable the "real time scanning". Turn off real-time scanning.
Then try the install.
3. Go to the start screen (you may also press the windows key + R to open the run box) and type %WINDIR% this should show the windows folder.
Click on the folder and scroll until you see files. Look for a filed named "HPWINS*.DAT" (the * is for a number that varies) remove this file and try the installation.
Then try the install.

HP All-in-One 2355 Shared from Windows PC - Cannot print from any Mac

Hi all!
I have a HP All-in-One 2355 printer. It is installed correctly on my Mac, and when I try to use it connected by USB, works fine.
But the printer is all the time conected to a PC, where is installed to. The PC runs Windows XP, at is in the same Wireless network as my MacBook Pro. The printer is "shared" on this PC.
When I search the HP 2355 with my MacBook throught wireless, I can find it. I see it if I going to Preferences Settings, Printers, Windows, Workgroup... Then I can add the printer, but I can't select any driver to asign, because the driver for HP All-in-One 2350 series don't appear.
What can I do? I contacted with HP, but they tell me that they don't support sharing between Windows and Mac.
Please, Help me!
