All my accounts have gone? Looks like it has reset?
My MacBook Pro froze, when I restarted and opened mail all the accounts were gone? The rules are al still there and the 'on my mac' mailboxes but none of the six POP account details I are there?
Timemachine is no good.
It seems the mailboxes are in the mail library, is there anyway I can restore ? Meaning I don't have to go through and type passwords and full account details to get them all back.
Man... SO annoying...
Same same same, Does anyone know of an app or way that allows you to rebuild you apple.com.mail.plist as mine is bad BUT all the accounts and info must still be there ??

I am worry about these amount of problem that I just read about MBair. I want to change to apple because most of my genetic software runs very good in these computer. Keep in mind what you are reading here is a biased sample, by definition. People mainly come here because they have a problem. A user who is not experiencing any problems is very likely to have never eveh heard of these forums.
Keep in mind that Apple sells millions of laptops every year, and you have no idea how many of them do NOT have the problems you see being discussed here. And if there were truly huge numbers of dissatisfied customers, how has Apple continued to sell so many computers consistantly for so many years? -
All my emails have disappeared, seems like TB has been reset? What happened?
My inbox had several subfolders... they all disappeared, I seem to have a new, naked version of Thunderbird... no idea how this could happen. Is there a method to recover my emails, they must be somewhere on the harddisk... Thanks for your help.

i have changed my PC and want to authorise it on itunes match, it looks like it has but still says i have 5 machines authorise
Sign-in to your iTunes Account, you can see which computers are authorised. If necessary de-authorise all and authorise those again that you need.

How does a .ALI file have to look like in a merged project (RH9)
In RH5 (X5) the central .ali file of a merged project contained the enumeration of the #included .ali files of the sub-projects.
Now how does this file have to look like in a merged RH9 project? Given that all files (or most) are XML-files now it seems that the simple enumeration by #include doesn't work any longer.

For example, we sell eDocuments in PDF format, we have Acrobat Pro, I make a revision and that revision on my server can push a notification next time they open the eDocument that there's a update available. Much like many software programs can do, except this is a distributed PDF document that can look for updates inside Acrobat Reader for the end user.
Essentially we're trying to find a better way for people to get revisions of purchased PDF files as they become available.

iOS 7 Basically it looks like Apple has introduced globally a bug in their notification center software with no known solution, every app using notification center throws a pop up on startup. All I find on this forum are overkill solutions like reinstalling/rolling back the os, which no real user should to be forced to do for a minor bug of this nature.
It throws a popup only the first time you launch the app, to confirm whether you wish to have notifications enabled for that specific app.

Yes of course its Photoshop. Cut the person out copy to clipboard paste onto toe brick wall document and texture the layer using a displacement map for the brick wall. Look for Photoshop tutorials on using a displacement map.

Can anyone help me? Since upgrading to v6 of the iphone software the other day, all my contacts have gone, and I can't connect to orange contacts restore to get them back, or access my email. Other web pages seem ok.
When I try to connect to the orange backup app, the connection just times out and says connection error. When I try to access my email it says verify i have put the correct a/c info into mail settings.
Both things were fine before I updated.

That sounds a bit like an old video driver bug that was fixed a while ago, or the Windows cursor scaling bug (which is still around) - set the scaling back to 100%.

Can't figure out why colors don't totally change when you select type with curser? It looks like it has by looking at it, but when you highlight the area after the old color is still there. It happens with objects to. Driving me NUTZ. Help!
Select the text, and open the Appearance palette (Come on guys, text highlight is irrelevant, it happens to objects too says the OP), and see what's listed there. For a simple text object, there should only be a line item "Type", followed by "Characters", and when double-clicked the Characters line item expands to tell you the stroke and fill color. For a basic object, there should be a fill and/or stroke.
What happens sometimes, is that you end up adding extra strokes/fills to objects or text, and the appearance palette is where that will be noted. Especially when you are dealing with groups, and/or picking up a color with the eyedropper, you may inadvertently be adding a fill or stroke on top of something. You can drag those unwanted thingies from the Appearance palette into its own little trash can. -
