Is anyone facing problems with receiving calls? All my calls suddenly seem to be going into voicemail. I have tried everything possible. Can someone please suggest solutions.
Also - have you by any chance been using WiFi calling?

As soon as I plug my iphone4 (running 4.3.3) into my pc, it appears in the left hand column and the little wheel starts turning. Then it stops after a few seconds and itunes freezes. I have tried everything. Can anyone help. Thanks

Yes, a very frusterating issue indeed. Someone else had mentioned a possible issue with real player, I tried getting rid of that and same issues. I even got completely rid of firefox for the moment. Guess what, problem still is persisting. I think this means it maybe something else altogether. I will go back to re-add firefox after I get this straightened out but now using Chrome for the moment.
What I've also found out is that the sound can be restarted when I unplug and replug in the 3.5mm speaker cable from the audio output jack on the back of the computer. Any ideas?

most of my apps are stuck on 'waiting' have tried everything possible from what I read however nothing seems to work for me, does anyone know the right way PLEASE as it's very annoying....
When I open emails with PDFs I click on the attachment (doing this all on my iPad) it gives me the option to "open in iBooks", I accept then after that the document is sucked into my iPad but I can't do anything with the PDF after that. Where is the actual file on my iPad? Why can't I email or send these PDFs to my cloud (Dropbox)?
It's like once they go into iBooks they're stuck forever. -
osx 10.7.4 safari 6.0 When I add a new bookmark to the "bookmarks menu" it is added somewhere in the middle instead of at the end of the list. This just started a few days ago after an update. Has anyone else noticed this?.
Just for those who are interested, this is what cleared the "bookmark menu" trbl I had.
Open System Preferences > iCloud
Deselect the box next to Bookmarks, then reselect it.
Quit and relaunch Safari. Try a bookmark again. -

Since I installed the update for Mindjolt games, it will not let me in. Does anyone else have this problem?
Try resetting the iPad. Simultaneously hold down the Home and the On buttons until the iPad shuts off. Ignore the off slider if it should appear. This should take only about ten seconds or so. Once shut down is compete, turn the iPad back on.

Check with your Phone Carrier that Voice Mail is Setup and Activated...

I have a IPad Air and when I download any game from Big Fish the game will not open to play . I have tried everything to get the games to work - reboot, delete, restart my IPad everything. I can download games from other places like G5 games play fine. I have connected Big Fish and they told me that they tried the games I was having trouble with on a iPad air and the games play fine - don't get it . Can anyone HELP

When the agent is in ready state, call has to go to voice mail incase the call is not answered
I need to create a script for helpdesk setup. When call hits the CSQ, if agents are free the call will get connect to an agent, else it will be queued. Till here i am clear. The step where i have stuck is , when the agent is in ready state and when the call gets connect to that agent, due to some reasons if agent, do not answer the call, it has to get transfer to voice mail . Can someone help me with this please... We are using UCCX 8.5...

As Jeff mentioned (and I overlooked) If there is a Ring No Answer and there is another Agent Ready then the first Step in the Failed Output Branch will not Evaluate..the Script Logic takes the "caller" back to the Select RSRC Step..so I'm doing an IF check to ensure that wasn't the case..and if it was then I will Dequeue the call and perform the necessary transfer..(after the Successful Transfer you probably should Goto a Terminate Step)..Cheers -
How to call a Sub template in BI Publisher for the same Loop

I'm trying to achieve a multi template invoice customer facing Report output by using sub templates in BI publisher. I've stored the Template2.rtf file in Local machine temp directory and calling it in the main RTF. My Scenario is as described below:

While trying to preview the output from Bi publisher Template, either it goes to infinite loop or it hangs up with error.

So for a given transaction i need to print two templates. All the data will be under <header> group. Please help me out if i'm missing something in the above.Do you get a "Template invoked but not defined error"? If so, the reason is because you the template can not be found...
In your case, you have defined the template as:
<?template: template2?> <? For-each: cust_headers?> ** logic** <?end-for-each?> <?end template?>
However, in your call statement, you have (upper case T): <?call-template:*T*emplate2?>
Change that and see if it resolves your error. If not provide details about the error.

My iPhone wouldn't connect to my wifi at home but connects to others when i go out. i have tried resetting my whole phone and network settings but still wouldn't work. Everyone in my house has an iPhone and theirs work perfectly. I need help. it randomly started working yesterday after not connecting for 4 days and suddenly it stopped working again today
The two things to try first are renewing your network lease, forgetting the network and if that doesn't work to reset all networks. You might have tried one of these but I'll repeat the steps just to make sure.
Settings > Wi-Fi > tap the blue arrow to the right of your network name > Renew Lease
If that doesn't work then
Settings > Wi-Fi > tap the blue arrow to the right of your network name > Forget this Network
If that doesn't work
Settings > General > Networks > Reset All Networks > then reset your iPhone by
Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart.

Ok my ipod touch syncs but not properly,I see a little icon on both itunes and the ipod rolling,itunes shows me that I have less memory available on my ipod after I sync which coresponds well in terms of memory with the ammount of songs I am loading to the ipod but I never see what I think I should see when I sync which is "do not disconnect......". I have tried rebooting the ipod and reinstalling itunes but to no avail. My ipod is brand new and everything works but for loading music and videos.I run itunes from windows xp. Help please!!
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Was it setup via wifi?
Setup via iTunes when connected to this coputer/iTunes library?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
Do the songs play in iTunes?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?
