All names appear in the group mails. They didn't before.

I used to be able to send group mail with just the title of the group appearing in the "To" window. Now, all the names in the group have to be there or it won't go out. Sometimes I don't want the names there.

About Group Names:
I made a group of about 15 people. I named that group “BASEBALLERS." I have another group that I labeled ”BASKETBALLERS." When I want to send info that pertains to both, I type out each group name and they both appear in the “To:” field with those names I created.
However, when I receive copies of this email, the group names BASEBALLERS and BASKETBALLERS gets changed to boring old ”Undisclosed Recipients.“
Is it possible for everyone to receive my emails and see the two group names instead of ”Undisclosed recipients“?

true, but with an array with length of 1 rounding down
prevents an index
out of range error.
In you original code you 'round down' by multiplying by the
length of
the array -1 while I round down with Math.floor (and multiply
by the
actual length of the array).
Is there a difference in result?
The code below can yield 1 while the array may just be 1 item
long:
var arrayLength:Number = 1;
var rnd:Number = Math.random() * arrayLength;
var rndV1 = Math.floor(rnd);// Rounds ONLY down to the
nearest integer
var rndV2 = Math.round(rnd);// rounds up OR down to the
nearest integer

so either decrement the length or floor the number. Same
difference (No?)

HT3783 I have created a distribution list of 22 names in my Contacts Folder. When I try to send an e-mail using the alias, only 7 of the 22 names appear in the address line. Why don't all the names appear?

I have created a mail box with 22 names in it. When I want to send an e-mail to this address and its recipients, only 7 of the 22 names appear in the address line of the e-mail. Why won't the remaining 15 names and addresses appear in the address line?

okay, this is actually a common problem. from your main screen select the blackberry key (next to track ball)->options->security->general settings->include address book->no->reset phone->problem should be fixed!

Not sure why, but any problem with a 3rd party app is the responsibility of the 3rd party app developer - in this case Facebook.

you can't really, but you might be able to filter them by message content into folders for each, or color them with tags

When someone calls, only the number appears on the MMI screen, not their name or whether they called from their office/home etc..   Same with missed calls, dialed numbers etc.. Names appeared on the screen of the phone, but not on MMI screen. Cannot dial by searching contact and name info while driving anymore. Never had this problem with previous iPhones. Is this an Apple issue or Audi issue? Anyone with this problem? Help!

NIGHTMARE Finally Ends, after nearly two weeks.
After trying for over a week trying to get my replacement iPhone 4S to activate, I ended up driving 110+ miles to an Apple Store to get a second replacement, which had been specially shipped there for me. Popped in the SIM card, went through the setup and I finally have an iPhone 4S that works, at least for the time being.
Advice to others who find themselves in this situation:
     1)     If you get these messages (see original post), the phone is bad. Demand a replacement.
     2)     If the AppleCare tech advises that the Apple Agreement Administration team is investigating, you'll be waiting for a week or more for them to complete it. Demand a replacement immediately, don't let them put you off indefinitely.
After the initial phone call documented in my original post, I was in daily contact, phone & e-mail, with the AppleCare tech trying to figure out the problem, and we tried everything, from forced restore's to switching SIM cards, conferencing w/ AT&T, etc. It seems that this was a case of first impression to Apple, but if it wasn't, then the problem is not well documented or known by those who should know, and for that, the blame should be on Apple, not the AppleCare tech who worked tirelessly trying to figure out a solution--I'd send him a case of beer if I knew where to send it.

Can we remove the Technical name appearing in the standard SAP BI Pop-Up Varaiable Screen(Selection Screen)-When we create Variable screen for BI Reporting we should specify the technical name and create it,where it appears in the Pop-Up screen within the brackets,can technical name be removed ?

Help! New contacts in phone do not appear in the Group being sync'd

I have more contacts on my computer than I need on my phone, so I created a group in my address book that I sync to my phone. However, when I create a new contact on my phone it appears in my address book, but does not appear in the group I'm syncing with my phone, just the "All" part of my address book.
Any thoughts on how to get these new contacts to appear in the Group actually being synchronised? Afterall, isn't this really what synchronised means - a two-way sync as opposed to one-way traffic?

What you are seeing is "normal", and has been complained about many times on here.
For some unknown reason, if you click your phone in iSync, Apple has provided a "Put events created on phone into [calendar]" pop-up option, but not a "Put contacts created on phone into [group]" pop-up option.
Therefore, it is not possible to tell iSync which group to add new Contacts to, and so it just adds them to the 'All' group.
This has been the case for ever, and has never been changed in any of the iSync updates, and appears it still hasn't been changed in the forthcoming Mac OS X 10.5.
I'm not sure whether it will do any good, but try telling Apple about this on their iSync Feedback page:

How/where are you opening the email ? Have you tried opening it in a different browser in case the reset link is being blocked due to the security settings that you have set on the one that you using ?
