All of a sudden, AeX wireless stopped working

Hi All-
Last night I was moving around some cables and momentarily had to unplug the ethernet cable going to my Airport Express. Here is the setup:
WWW->cablemodem->nic1-linuxrouter/firewall
|>nic2-linuxrouter/firewall4ptswitchAeX
I have 2 wireless clients:
PB 15" w/ OSX.4.3
Windows XP SP2
All has been working great for over a year now. Since unplugging and replugging in the ethernet cable to AeX, my AeX no longer seems to be working as a wireless device. The light is solid green, but the wireless SID does not show up under my list of available networks for either client machine.
I saved my baseconfig profile and I have tried a soft-reset as well as a hard-reset, reuploading the baseconfig to try to get it to work. The only way I can access the AeX is via a hardwire ethernet connection to either the switch or the AeX directly.
Does anybody have any ideas why the wireless no longer seems to be working just by unplugging and replugging in the ethernet cable? Wireless settings are properly enabled.

Now I've checked the forums and followed the advice of uninstalling all Apple applications, rebooting, and reinstalling iTunes.
This is not working. I've tried installing as Administrator but doesn't make any difference at all.
There must be a way to fix this? I'm not a tech geek but I want to avoid having to take my laptop back to factory settings to sort this out.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

This is ridiculous! Skype call to phones is no longer working and Skype does not provide either a phone number to call, an email, or live chat support to resolve the problem.
There is no explanation to the problem. It simply stopped working: you type in the number, click "Call" and ... nothing happens!
I tried upgrading to the latest Skype version (or as they say "Improve my Skype experience") and nothing... still not working.
If others are experiencing this I wonder if we could ask regulatory authorities in the US to take action against Skype for fraud, as they charge for a service that they don't provide.

There are four broad familues of iMac going back to 1998, and they have different troubeshooting procedures. Please do "About this Mac" from your Apple menu to see your OSX version, While there tell what the same window says for "Processor." That will at least narrow your model to its family.

I have an Airport Extreme as my wifi hub and an Airport Express to beam music. All of a sudden the Express stopped working and I get the error message "this version of Airport Utility does not support this base station". All my software is up to date and

I have a WiFi system in the house that uses the Airport Extreme for a hub and an older Express for sending music from my Mac to my sound system. Everything worked great till yesterday. When I go to Networks I see the Extreme and I see the Express but the Express is no longer connected and I get an error message "this version of AirPort Utility doesn't support this base station". This sounds as if you have an older AirPort Express that is no longer supported by the newer Mavericks operating system.
To check and see if that might be the case, locate the model number on the side of the AirPort Express. It will start with an "A" followed by four numbers. Hard to see in the faint print.....so you may need reading glasses or a magnifying class to see the model number clearly.
Model numbers A1084 and A1088 of the AirPort Express are no longer supported by AirPort Utility in Mavericks.
You will need to use a Mac running Leopard, Snow Leopard, or a PC to be able to administer the older AirPort Express.

Good morning...all of a sudden my email stopped working and the screen displayed nothing at all.

I tried to log out but it said to try again quit mail and choose log out from the apple menu. I went to quit mail but it was faded out and I could not click on it. I then went to the task bar at the bottom and tried to click on mail but nothing happened. I also turned off my computer and turned it back on again, email still not available. This just seems to be on my iMac. I am receiving email messages on my iPhone and iPad. Oh, Safari still works on my iMac!!

Wireless stopped working, can't power on 'wireless radio'

All of sudden my wireless stopped working on my T60. While trying to solve the problem, i noticed my 'wireless radio' is off (when i clicked 'fn+F5' to check), and i cannot power it on from here. I'm guessing this is the problem, but can't figure out how to turn it on again. (My switch is on the front of the laptop for wireless radio is switched on.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Please try a system restore, it´s the simpliest way to get back to work.

This is a known, ans ongoing issue. Rest assured you're not the only one affected. There are several threads here already discussing this, I suggest searhing them out if you want more details, and possible work-arounds for locally hosted content.

Try resetting your phone: hold the on/off and home buttons until you see the Apple logo (ignore the off slider that appears first), then release. You won't risk losing any data.

I have the latest and greatest Time Capsule and Comcast. Here is the weird thing. If I have one network set up, then occasionally that network will wedge. If I set up a 5GHz and a 2.4GHz network, then one of them (usually the 5GHz) will wedge. I saw this with a previous Time Capsule, Apple said call Comcast. They checked it out and said it was Apple's problem. Apple said maybe you Time Capsule is bad, so I bought a new one. The problem persists.
Tonight it's not complely wedged, but super slow. The 5GHz network is getting 0.45Mb/s while the 2.4GHz network is getting 17Mb/s. Both are coming in from the same Comcast cable modem. Apparently the Time Capsule treats them as separate.
Is it the cable modem or the Time Capsule. I am betting on the Time Capsule, since rebooting it fixes the problem. Resetting the cable modem does not.
Apple is NO HELP at all. They say reset the Time Capsule. Did that fix it? Yes. Problem solved! No, problem not solved. It will happen again in a few hours.

I am currently volunteering in Uganda, so data is precious. I can no longer afford unlimited data, I pay by MB/GB. All of a sudden Mail has stopped receiving. I wait until about 60meg, but no new mail. Using Gmail. Doctor says connected fine.

I write it, it takes absolutely ages to try to send but as soon as I click disconnect it sends the email. Very odd. I would just love to be able to write all my emails offline and save to drafts/Outbox and then just connect to send and check emails then disconnect again.
