All of a sudden I can't forward my emails because when I go to choose the people to send them too the window won't pop up. The same thing for any other site that uses a pop up window. What do I do?

It happened all of a sudden, any site that requires a new window to open to sign up for something or to choose something it just won't do it. I can't forward any emails because in order to choose the people I'm sending the email to, a new small window with my address book pops up and Mozilla won't let it happen. How can I change this back to the way it was?

Are any of your other applications going wonky, or is it just Logic?
I'm afraid I've never heard of this particular problem before, but if it were happening to me the first thing I would do is delete my "com.apple.logic.express.plist" file in Library>Preferences, then repair permissions in Disc Utility, and finally restart my computer. Then I would launch Logic and see if the problem has been corrected. It's amazing how much these two steps can accomplish.
If that doesn't resolve the issue I would launch Logic and go to Preferences>Audio Units Manager to see if all my plug-ins are properly validated.

Youtube and flash games work, but other sites that use flash don't work

I'm currently using Firefox 18.0.2 on 2 different computers (Both Win7 64 bit), both with flash 11.6.602.168. Both have roughly the same programs installed and the same browser configuration. However, on one machine, flash works only on some sites. For instance, Youtube works perfectly, as do dedicated flash games. However, sites that use embedded flash applications fail to work. For instance, if I visit www.speedtest.net, where the test options normally appear is completely blank. Similarly, other video players fail. For example, videos in www.cbsnews.com play sound, but where the video should be is just white. I've tried completely uninstalling both firefox as well as flash, and installing previous versions, nothing has worked.

I guess it is a process of elimination, what is different ?
I would first of all check and experiment with Adobe FlashPlayer protected mode setting.

Also have you any filtering, adblock or security related programs installed which may block video or scripts. With you-tube check is it actually using Flash player,and not trying to use any HTML5 options so check any options and cookies.

Errors in loading video such as in Youtube and other sites that uses Adobe Flash Player, even I updated the program.

Is it possible to write a gpib monitor to wait for any other process to use it like NI-SPY does?

I need to create a QC application that runs in the background to monitor any sort of gpib communication from other processes to the board. We have several hundred PC's running GPIB programs in various configurations. Modifying existing programs is out of the question since they have already made it through quality control and I cannot have every program that we've written requalified. I had a couple of ideas but they require some tricky stuff. There must be something that I am overlooking...

ceetee, the best thing that I came up with is a bit sketchy, but here it goes. I am atempting this in C/C++.
1) binhex the gpib32 dll, this reports the (exported only?) function calls.
2) create a dll with the same name and function calls.
3) your functions will simply call the old ones, and in the process execute some code of your choosing.

Yes, you've missed the download step.
Open the Kindle app and navigate to your Library. There is a tab at the bottom that says Cloud | Device. Tap the Cloud tab and tap the books you want to download to the device. You will see a progress indicator during the download. Once it's done, read away!

I never had trouble logging on to such common sites such as Youtube, Yahoo, or Gmail, until I upgraded to the latest version of Firefox. I never had to "delete cookies" or "clear cache" in the past to get logged on. If this issued isn't corrected soon I regret I'll have to go back to IE...oh the agony!!!

Error 400 is because you're trying to sign in to photoshop.com, which has been dead and gone for well over a year now.

Here is the answer: go to http://support.apple.com In the search box at the top left type in the number 304996 and hit enter. This will bring you to a page with 4 solutions. Click on solution number 1 and follow the instructions. This should fix it.

I'm getting the error "The Adobe Flash plugin has crashed" whenever I try and watch livestreams on Justin.tv, although any other content that requires flash works fine.

I've tried uninstalling flash and firefox separately and neither helped.

I cannot recall ever being this frustrated with my Mac and I have been faithfully using Mac for 20+ years!!

Very slow browsers chrome, safari, firefox - have tried them all in hopes of finding one that works with no luck!!
Adobe Flash crash error codes all the time. I receive update request links from all three browsers asking me to update adobe flash software which I have done repeatedly numerous times with absolutely no success, just a waste of time and lots of frustration.
Spinning rainbow sprocket is a common thing on my macbook, drives me insane!!
I found this thread and followed the instructions to go into "System Preferences, Flash Player, selecting the Advanced tab, and delete all browser data and settings." I then updated my Adobe Flash in my System Preferences, not the typical browser update method.
So far, this method appears to be working - will keep my fingers crossed!!!
