All of a sudden my iphone 4 won't accept my wifi password does anyone know how I can fix this?

suddenly my iphone won't accept my wifi password. I know the wifi is working because i can use my computer and up until today it worked on my phone too...what gives???? helpful suggestions please.

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin. Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

Deauthorizing won't delete anything, and all your purchased content is safe. You will just have to reauthorize any of the other computers that get deauthorized along with your computers old machine id.
To get your purchased content back on that computer, just use iTunes to redownload it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US). Of course, music you ripped from CD or got from another source you'll need to copy those files back over.

That pretty much eliminates all the user-serviceable parts the phone has.
When you say you purchased a new battery, I'll assume that it included the installation and you did not go fiddling with the nanoscrews and such. So it's got to have some sort of warranty that the part is good and it is time to take it back for service.

How did you move your iPhoto Library from the old Mac to your new one?
Do the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down to open the First Aid window. Be sure to follow the circled recommendation in the screenshot.
2 - run Option #4, Rebuild Database.

I tried to soft reset my ipod touch with the top button and the screen button. it turned off and went to the blue screen with the apple. now it won't do anything-it has stayed on that scren for 4 hours now. does anyone know how i can fix this?

i tried to soft reset my ipod touch with the top button and the screen button. it turned off and then went to the blue screen with the apple like it should. however, it now just stays on that screen. it has a sort of clock looking thing at the bottom of the apple that does not move either. it has stayed on this screen for over 4 hours. i also can not hard reset it in itunes. i am not really goood at this sort of thing. does anyone have this problem or a possible solution? thanks

Every backup replaces the old one, so, unless you included the backup folder in your computer backup routine, you can't get back your calendar info.
The only time iTunes will not replace a backup is, when you use it to restore from, this one will stay in the backup list in iTunes.

This could be several things, but let's get the obvious ones out of the way, first:
1. Judging from your text, there's no problem with anything stuck in the mechanism; it's more an issue of no being to put in a disk. In other words, you're sure that there isn't a disk stuck in your MBP. (That happens a lot for all computers.)
2. Go to Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility, and repair the disk. This should take under 10 minutes.
3. Perform the procedure outlined here:

I just recently, well I guess finally upgraded my IOS to 4.2.1, and now I can't get my bejeweled game, my facebook, or many other aps that I had installed. I find it very frustrating that just becaseu I can't afford to purchase a new phone that I have to suffer. There is nothing wrong with my 3G. It still works, granted it may be slow compared to the later Iphone models, but I don't mind being a bit more patient and I it works just fine. I have had it for a while and also just recently switched my carrier service to H2). Does anyone know how I may be able to get the bejeweled game?

If the developers of the app don't support 4.2.1 then the answer is no, unless you have an older version lying around.

actually nevermind, it's working now. I closed iTunes, then waited a little, then double clicked one of my iTunes video files from my documents, which opened up iTunes again and the video started playing. I tried restarting iTunes before and that didn't work, so maybe for those who have similar problems, just try clicking on the video file in your documents/desktop of your computer, rather than directly from iTunes.

All my spreadsheets in numbers and files in pages have disappeared! Does anyone know how I can find them / get them back?

I had a substantial amount of spreadsheets on my iPad mini and the numbers app as well as a substantial number of pages documents in the pages app. The key word there was had! All my files have disappeared. And on top of that every time I go into preferences to turn on the cloud option it keeps turning itself off. Does anybody know what is going on I would love to have my documents back please help.

1. Settings>Pages>Use iCloud>On

Well i think that's the problem anyway..Here's the story:
I got pretty caught up playing a game on my phone when the little msg flashed "20% battery life left" or however that goes. I figured hey its late I'll just charge it when I'm done and go to bed. Well when I woke up the screen was white and the phone was frozen. So I pulled a hold the power button down + spring board till the thing went black but now it hasn't gotten out of its black screen (completely shut off not a "lit black screen") I figured it was out of battery completely so I left it on the wall charger for a few hours came back and it was still in its coma.
Then I looked at every possible Support page applicable to my situation via Apple.com and even some off site pages, nothing. iTunes, doesn't recognize anything being plugged in, my computer doesn't acknowledge a device plugged into the computer when I plug it in via the USB dock, the phone wont respond if I hold any of the buttons down in any sequence what-so-ever, the screen is just off.
I've had this phone for a month (less actually) and I love it. I'm a sucker for the games though its about 75% of what I do/use my phone for. I've never dropped it, had it anywhere near water/heat or anything that could potentially harm the phones hardware.
I know there's an easy solution just going to the Apple store and having them replace the phone but It really would be nice to be able to fix it on my own and see if I can save all if not some of the Data I've collected over the short period of time (which is a lot since I never had a camera on my phone... and I don't exactly have any of my contacts saved in any other place)

A music file on my iWeb website shows as a question mark and won't play. Anyone know how I can fix this?

When I view the website using Firefox, it shows and plays beautifully. But, when I view it on Safari, there is a tiny question mark where the audio control should be, and no music plays. I'd really appreciate some help with this one.

I just opened your site with Safari and on the Home page the music play straight away and then there is the player at the bottom right of the page which I can see with no problem at all.
Perhpas you need to empty your brower cache for it to display correctly - it seems to be working correctly for others here who have viewed it in Safari.
Check your preferences and perhaps clear your cookies and then empty your browser cache.

Place the iPod in Recovery mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes.

We need more information. Does it happen with multiple cords? Have you tried plugging into multiple outlets and usb ports? Have you tried restoring back to factory settings to see if it is a software issue?
