My safari bookmarks have disappeared from all of my apple devices and I have not deleted or moved them. Any ideas on how I can recover them?
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it, then copy it to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C:
~/Library/Safari
Quit Safari.
Select
Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the Finder menu bar. Paste into the text box that opens by pressing command-V, then press return.
A folder window should open. Restore the file named "Bookmarks.plist" in that folder from a backup that predates the unwanted changes.

Do you have a new Apple ID to use in NZ? If not open iTunes Store. Log out of your old Apple ID, then try to login. Select Create Apple ID from the dialog that appears. Make a new Apple ID for NZ with a NZ email address. Once that is approved and verified, log into the iTunes Store with the new Apple ID. This should fix all other issues.
Change iTunes Store Country on an iDevice
1. Tap Settings;
2. Tap iTunes & App Stores;
3. Tap View Apple ID;
4. Enter your user name and password;
5. Tap Country/Region;
6. Tap Change Country/Region;
7. Select the region where you will be located;
8. Tap Done.

Linking to self-contained plug-ins via a shortcut can be a good way to keep things organized, but be aware of one thing:
Many plug-ins today are not truly self-contained, but actually install additional things like DLL files into the Photoshop installation area itself (something I regard as a bad practice). What this means is even if you are to link to another place from the plug-ins subfolder under the new Photoshop CC (2014) installation area, your plug-ins may not all run properly. If they have an installer, your best approach is to use the installer.

I have seven(7) podcasts on my iPhone 4 that iTunes will not delete. iTunes copies them from the phone to the library and will not delete them from the phone when deleted from the library. I have replayed the podcasts over and over and they still won't delete. Podcasts are WSJ Tech briefings.
This happens to several of my podcasts whenever an updated iOS comes out. You can delete the episode directly from the phone by swiping it from left to right. That seems to fix the issue (they drop off the phone and dont reappear on iTunes). It's as if iTunes stops tracking the play count for some shows.

Does swiping/dragging across the tracks from right-to-left (or possibly left-to-right depending upon the iOS version) in the Downloads tab in the iTunes store app stop them downloading ?

My back and forward buttons do not work also the refresh button does not work, I have reloaded the latest version of fire fox and that did not help. All of navigation tool bar worked until I updated Fire Fox, now if I click on a link in yahoo, for instance, I can not get back to my yahoo home page without reloading Fire Fox. HELP please.

If I have multiple apple devices and use the same iCloud login on them, shouldn't apple give us more iCloud storage for each device

No. Apple only offers 5 GB of free iCloud storage for all your devices, no matter how many you have got. If you need more iCloud storage, purchase storage. -

You don't have to use the same ID for iCloud as you do for purchasing. You can just set up iCloud using your other ID.
If your have already have another account, you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Keep on My iDevice when prompted, set up your new account with the other ID, turn on your iCloud data syncing and when prompted, choose Merge to upload your data to the new account. -
When I close the lid on my retina MacBook Pro with Thunderbolt and it goes to sleep, I cannot wake it without shutting it down and restarting it. Called Apple tech and they did not have a solution. Any ideas?

My husband & I have just replced out 4S iphones under warranty. Mine was software issues where i was told to disregard my last back up and set up as a new phone. That was fine because a lot of my stuff was saved on icloud so that was transferred to my new phone. Now the issue is when my husbands phone was replaced, 4 days after mine, i have now lost all my Safari bookmarks. Like they have all gone & I now have my husbands instead. No matter what i do i can't get my bookmarks back. Any tips?goto the settings and safari and delete all cookies, history and cache.

Saved word documents have dissappeared from the desk top after saving. Problem seems to occur when laptop is switched off and then re-started. they can't be found anywhere e.g tried spotlight, recent documents etc. Help. Joe

Ok, back to the original problem. Does the message have any other text (intelligible or not)?
Does it give you any options, especially "report"? If so, take it, then look via Console for a crash log.
What IS in the system log for the sleep/wake time? There should be a System Sleep, followed by a System Wake, and perhaps another line or two. Anything in that area might be helpful.
