If the music was purchased from iTunes and if you are in a country where music can be redownloaded and it's still available in the store, then you should be able to redownload it via the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your device, or turn on Settings > iTunes & App Store > Music (under the 'Show All' heading) 'on' on the device and it should then show in the Music app with a cloud icon against them for redownloading

okay. when i connected my iphone 5 to itunes it replaced all of the data from my old iphone 3gs (contacts, apps, notes, bookmarks,photos, music, everything you can possibly think of) with my new iphone 5's data. You're iPhone was probably set to automatically sync with your iTunes upon plugging it in. Best option is to restore from a backup, either on iCloud or your computer.

How do I get my music onto icloud from my ipad? I can see i have plenty of icloud storage but can't get my music to store on icloud hence taking up lots of storage on my ipad
If you want to be able to access your entire music library from iCloud, you'll have to subscribe to iTunes Match (http://www.apple.com/itunes/itunes-match/). Music purchased from the iTunes store is already in iCloud as it can be redownloaded at any time (see http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519).

Did you buy anything from the App Store? All of those stores are connected to the iTunes Store so that's probably why you got something that said iTunes on it.
If you bought an app, for example, that was $30 you'll probably see "iTunes Store" on the receipt. -

You should be able to copy it from your iPad to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases, or you should be able to re-download it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes Store home page - if that says that it's already downloaded, then that implies that it's already on your computer

OPen your Users folder, Highlight the Desktop Folder, do a Get Info or CMD+i on it, see if it's locked or if you have Rights & Privileges at the bottom.

Yes, I reported the problem using that exact sequence immediately after discovering the problem with the app. When I submitted my complaint and request, Apple redirected me the website of the app manufacturer where I submitted the same complaint/request for refund. I have not heard back from either, and was still charged, so I can only assume that is not the correct way to "Report a Problem" even though Apple would have you believe otherwise.

I went to buy a song on my iPod touch a couple of days ago. The song costs 1.29 but my iTunes account told me i only had 0.76 cents left. Just a month or so ago i had 46.00 dollars in my account and i had not bought anything since then. I then logged onto my iTunes account and went to my recent purchases and it told me i had bought a game a month ago for 45.00. I know i had never bought this game because i had never even heard of the game. Another thing that happened was, before my account told me i didnt have enough money in my account, it told me i put in the wrong password. Itunes made me change my password so i think my account was hacked and the person bought the game. How would i get my money back?
