  • Providing all authorisations except basis transaction codes

    Dear all,
    I am planning to give SAP_ALL authorisation to users in the system.
    but I need to restrict such that they dont have access to critical basis t-codes like (SU01, PFCG, SCC4 etc..)
    Can you pls let me know how to perform the same.
    Is there any predefined roles to do the above....
    I am using an ECC 6 server. This is a normal test server.
    Any suggestions and ideas are warmly appreciated.
    Regards,
    chandru.

    Hi Chandru ,
    If you want have a  customized role SAP_ALL and exlcude all BASIS and Security authorizations in the role following is one way of approach.
    1) GOTO PFCG transaction and create a new role
    2) Now go to MENU tab , here is transactions column , click on *FROM SAP MENU*  and select all the fields except Admistration and CCMS options under TOOLS and now click on transfer.
    3) this will transfer all SAP transaction codes in the system except BASIS and SECURITY transactions
    4) Now go to authorization --> change authorization data .
    Here inactivate the following :
    BC_A --> Basis - Administration
    BC_C --> Basis - Development Enviromment
    BC_Z --> Basis Central Functions
    And finally save and generate the role.
    This will role will give you the access to all the SAP transactions of all the functions in the system except the critical modules BASIS and SECURITY.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Find SAP-Query from transaction code

    Hi All,
    I want to find the query related to transaction code.
    Someone has created query and assined t-code to same.
    I want to make changes in the same query but i m not getting that query.
    I dont know the infoset or user who created it.
    Suggest me the way to find it .
    Regards,
    Deepak.

    Hi,
    1.Goto SE93 and enter your transaction code.
    2. Screen Fields :
        I. D_SREPOVARI-REPORTTYPE  : should be 'AQ' in case of SQ01 queris.
        II. D_SREPOVARI-REPORT: Gives the name of the user group and query areas/environment
         for ex. D_SREPOVARI-REPORT = TEST          G
         Means user group 'TEST' from 'Global Area' i.e. 'G' stands for global area and if G is not there then user group is in 'Standard
         area'
        III. D_SREPOVARI-EXTDREPORT : Gives the name of the query.
    3. Then from SQ01 select the respective area global or standard.
    4. Select respective user group by clicking on 'Other User Group ' button (Ctrl + F7 ) and then you can find out the required query in that user group.
    Let me know if this suffices your requirements.

    How can I see all the List of Transaction Code that the client is using?

    Hello Sugauli,
    Did you mean to ask
    transaction types the client is using?
    instead of
    transaction code
    If so, go to SPRO (in ERP system) and follow this path:
    Sales and Distribution -->
         Sales -->
             Sales Documents -->
                 Sales Document Header -->
                      Define Sales Document Types
    All the transaction types that are not used have an X in the column Block.

  • Obsolete / Out dated Transaction Codes list in SAP HR / HCM Module

    Hi Experts,
    Please let me know the Obsolete / Out dated Transaction Codes list in SAP HR / HCM Module.
    Thanks in advance.
    Samanvita.

    Hi
    Thanks for your reply. I know the concept of Obsolete Positions.
    what I want is the list of Transaction Codes which are out dated / Obsolete due to release of new versions by SAP.
    Any Transaction Codes are out dated in SAP HR Module, or SAP came up with new Transaction Codes with (same + extra functionality), so that we can use the new Transaction Codes.
    Example: SE16, SE16N
    Please let me know those Transaction Codes.
    Regards
    Samanvita

  • Reg calling Transaction code in Webdynpro ABAP

    Hi All,
    Can I call Transaction code in Webdynpro ABAP Portal Application. If so, how can this be possible? Can anybody give me a lead?
    Thanks.
    Kumar Saurav.

    Hi,
    The most easy Way is here:
    1) Test any Webdynpro Application from SE80 when the webdynpro Browser opens to display output
    Copy its HTTP link, Suppose we get the below link
    http://r3d01web1.Siemens.dk:8001/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/z_dynamic_view?sap-client=002&sap-language=EN
    2) Now replace some part of the above link ( webdynpro/sap/z_dynamic_view?sap-client=002&sap-language=EN )  with the new link part ( gui/sap/its/webgui?~transaction=PA30 )
    So that the newly generated link is such that the below one:
    http://r3d01web1.Siemens.dk:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?~transaction=PA30
    Note in place of PA30 you can put any of your desired tcode.
    3) Now Just Make a webdynpro component and in its View layout put a LINK TO URL ui element
    and in its property REFERENCE just past the http link ( http://r3d01web1.Siemens.dk:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?~transaction=PA30 )
    4) Activate and test your webdynpro Application.

  • Objects to be added manualy with Transaction code

    Dear all,
    There are certain transaction code required for Purchase Order Release. ME29N, ME28. After that also we have to add some objects Manually based on su53 log.
    Is it possible to identify which OBJECTS are required to add for specific transaction codes?
    Thanks in Advance,
    Nirav

    Simple way is T-code su24
    In T-Code su24 CM-Check maintain is sap default object those objects are must we have to provide all those objects ,while adding T-code automatically default objects will add.
    C-Check same T-Code can check this objects also if required depends on our process but this not mandatory this can call background only any one of this check objects.
    Some time if your are not provided proper value to existing objects then it will call some objects field name field value which is not relevant to us.(Ex.S_tabu_disp,S_develope)
    Better check the error and su53 dump then think whethrt this is relevant to this or not then provide, but max we should avoid manual objects. Manual objects will not pick the values from origination level
    Some T-codes ,calls some other T-codes also in background.
    Some customize report or standard report are modified report also call some T-Codes are authorization objects dependents on the report this you can find out with the help of ABAPer or you can check if you have se38 or sa38 ,go to that ABAP program find u201CAUTH u201D then will know the object .that objects needs to insert manually in that particular role.
