All SCCM clients are looking towards WSUS for the updates

Hello,
I have enabled "software based-client installation" option in SCCM2012 SP1 (did not configured any GPO manually), and now all my clients can no longer get the updates from Microsoft.
Below rejistries shows the name of WSUS server on all client:
Specify intranet Microsoft update service location
Set the intranet update service for detecting updates
Set the intranet statistics server:
I have unchecked the option to disable software based-client installation in SCCM server and also under "client settings", but it's not reverting the changes on all the machines automatically.
What should I do to fix this?

Thanks for the reply Torsten and Charsiu, yes its true I can see this local policy created by the sccm on all machines.
Is it also possible for you to specify me the GPO setting that I should deploy, so far I have deployed the following setting with no help:
Computer connfigration - Administrative template - Win components / win updates
"Specify intranet Microsoft update service location" - disabled
"Turn on recommended updates via Automatic Updates" -enabled

I recommend you use Report Builder to create the report.
Using Matrix and LookupSet to merge the table.

I'm having the same problem. Dreamweaver is supper slow. Uploading and downloads from the server... any server I use two different servers. It times out all the time. Menus are slow too.
I'm on a MAC Pro, 6 gigs of ram no issues with anything else. I have talked to Apple they have checked everything for me. They say it's Dreamweaver. I've noticed the Dreamweaver is talking to the FTP even when I'm not doing anything.
I've tried cleaning out my MAC caches, turning off file check and check out. Still really slow. I've worked with Dreamweaver for 6 years never any issues like this before. 18 seconds to upload a 4 kb file. 11 seconds to download the same file.

I'm on 24.6.0 but see there's a 31.0 available. If I install 31.0, will all my addresses/settings automatically come along for the ride?

I've been having all sorts of problems w/Thunderbird lately. I'm getting the perpetual "saving to sent folder" and "saving to drafts folder" thing again; starting in Safe Mode works at the start and then it starts up again. It's driving me nuts. In looking around, I see that there's a v31.0 available -- I'm not a huge fan of .0 versions of anything -- and I'm wondering if I should upgrade to that version from 24.6.0? I mean, 24.6.0 isn't working for me at the moment anyway . . .
The big question is that I've got LOTS of different folders and subfolders, for tons of different accounts, in Thunderbird. Between those, and all the various filters I've created, it would be a huge pain to start from scratch. So, the question is can I install this latest version OVER 24.6, without losing my accounts? And the other question is SHOULD I go with 31.0 . . . how's the stability?

I just updated the new iTunes and now all my playlists are gone!! What the heck?!

All my playlist are gone from itunes with the new update. If I click on "sync" it asks me to erase all my music and videos... Is there a way to avoid doing this? Thanks.

Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!
In the unlikely event that your media has been wiped from your computer see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

Back up all data.
Launch the Keychain Access application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Keychain Access in the icon grid.
Select the login keychain from the list on the left side of the Keychain Access window. If your default keychain has a different name, select that.
If the lock icon in the top left corner of the window shows that the keychain is locked, click to unlock it. You'll be prompted for the keychain password, which is the same as your login password, unless you've changed it.
Right-click or control-click the login entry in the list. From the menu that pops up, select Change Settings for Keychain "login". In the sheet that opens, uncheck both boxes, if not already unchecked.

If the box marked Keep login keychain unlocked is not checked, check it.

There's been an update for OSX ML which addresses the issue for installing Windows 8 on bootcamp.
It's NOT recommended that you Upgrade.. However, the way to get the drivers is:
You'll need an external USB drive formatted as FAT for this.
1) In OSX, start the Bootcamp Assistant
2) Press Next
3) UNTICK 'Remove WIndows 7 or Later Version'
4) TICK Download the Latest Windows Support Software from Apple
5) Insert USB drive
6) Press CONTINUE
The drivers should download, and copy a WIndowsSupport folder onto the USB drive.
I did notice that Windows 8 still requires beta drivers for some aspects such as VGA (the Radio HD Card), which you can get on the AMD website.
Futhermore, why are you using Windows 8 "32" bit when you blatently have a powerful 64bit?

I added .sql and .ldr as file types via Tools > Preferences > File Types.
When I try to open the export.sql file in SQL Developer using the "Import Data" option I get the message:
There are no readers registered for the sql type.
I can open the file with SQL Server Management Studio and see all of the insert statements that i would expect to see.
When I created the export.sql file using the Export Wizard with "Format: insert" I received a message:
"export.sql was not opened because it exceeds the maximum automatic open size."
Can this limit be changed?

The import data dialog is for taking a CSV/XLS/TXT type file.
If you used the Export Wizard, you can now just run that file in the worksheet.

at a customer’s site I’ve a problem with a fresh installation of Backup Exec 2014. Every backup (full or incremental) always reports the following
error: “An unexpected error occurred when cleaning up snapshot volumes. Confirm that all snapped volumes are correctly re-synchronized with the original volumes.”.
It’s not a Backup Exec problem itself, also backups using “Windows Server Backup” failing with the same error.
On this site I have three servers; the error is only generated for one of them. Here’s a short overview:
Server1: Windows Server 2012 R2, latest patchlevel, physical machine, Domain Controller and Fileserver. Backup Exec is installed on this machine,
backup is written directly to SAS tape loader. There error is generated on this server.
Server2: Windows Server 2008 R2, latest patchlevel, virtual machine, running on Citrix Xen Server 6.2. Used for remote desktop services, no errors
on this server.
Server3: Windows Server 2012 R2, latest patchlevel, virtual machine, database server with some SQL Instances, no errors on this server.
As I said, error is reported only on server1, no matter if it is a full or an incremental backup. During the backup I found the following errors

Disabled Antivirus during the whole backup
Installed latest Service Pack for Backup Exec
Rebooted the server
vssadmin list writers do not show any errors
consult eventid.net for other possible solutions
no limits set for vaa

Dears,
I need to query all applications that are connected to database in the current time. I tried using v$session but i could not reach through it to the application that are logged now to database.
As example, i connect to DB through Web Application and tried to search in v$session to can see Web Application session but i did not see it :(
From searching in google, found that there is a package named "DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO". I expected that it can help me in my request but i could not use it.
Please, advise me. Is this package help cover my requirements or there is another method ?

Error while importing tabledata: There are no readers registered for the

I try to import data from another table. I exported in different types - sql and xml, cvs... Now if Itry to import this data SQLDeveloper is boring me with the Message:
"There are no registered readers for the sql type."
or
"There are no registered readers for the xml type."
or
"There are no registered readers for the cvs type."
So where do I have to register wich readers?
Another Problem: I tried to start the import "semi-" manually while copiieng the INSERT-Statements from the sql-Dataset to SQLDeveloper. So I noticed that the exported Date has Commas instead of points - like here:
.'650.507.9833'.to_date('21.06.99','DD.MM.RR').'SH_CLERK'.2600.null.124.50);
Is it possible to configer the SQLDeveloper, because this statement causes an error.

The thing that really makes me thoughtful is that SQLdeveloper doesn't know its own export-format...
