ALL social network apps force closing

Started Sunday with just Tweetdeck, then last night it was all of the following apps force closing before I could make a post:
Tweetdeck
Hoot Suite
Facebook Official
Twitter Official
-AND- Twitter via twitter.com NOT the mobil app, accessing the website through Browser, that force closed, too.
I can't make a post at all. I was wanting to type "well the Halloween carnival went okay" but all I could type was the word "well" before it stopped letting me type, then sat there for about 30 seconds, then gave me the force close message. I also could NOT report it, as that wouldn't allow me to type for very long either.
So it's driving me bonkers. Anybody else having this problem?

That happens some times.
Periodically double click the home button and close all the apps in the recently used dock. Then power off and then back on the iPod. This frees up memory.
Then if necessary:
iOS: Troubleshooting applications purchased from the App Store
Contact the developer/go to their support site if only one app.
Restore from backup. See:
iOS: How to back up
Restore to factory settings/new iPod

You cannot control what appears in the share UI. The Share UI Will show all applications that have registered to receive the type of content you are sharing. So if a particular application is not appearing, then it is not registered as a Share
target for that content type.
I would run the sample on your phone for the various content types. it should give you a good idea of which apps are registered for which content type.

The Social Networks app for N8 needs an update

The social networks app for N8 is OK, but one very critical example is that you can't see notifications on facebook, which basically is one of the most important things, to be able to see how people have directly interacted with you.
What's nice about an update like this is that it wouldn't need to be included in a firmware update, it could be a separate update for just this app.
What do you think needs to be improved?

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
You won't lose any data or media as a result of a reset.
If that didn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings then restart your iPad.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button down until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPhone. To turn iPhone back on, press and hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.

Facebook Social network app not working properly

i just recently bought a new n8 and when i got it all set up i went on social network app and the images didnt load up properly. i called up nokia but no help there so i sent them emails and also no help there to.

i did a reset, updated and format. i doubt its internet connection because i tired it on wifi and used optus 3g connection and it was still the same.
please help

Glad it's all sorted but probably would have achieved same result if used OVI Suite > Tools > Software updates on your PC.

Social networking app not working

So I'm trying to use the Social Networking app to login into facebook. Every time I try to use it I get an invalid credentials error.
Clearly the user name and password aren't wrong because I login into Facebook using other methods.
I should also mention I get the same problem with my N8

Past: E6, L-800, N8, N900, 5800 XM, 6500 Slider, 6303c

Well my problem is entirely different...
Ever since I have updated my phone's software, The Social Networks app is not at all working...
It just keeps on loading and loading and loading...
I am using Nokia C3-00 and the current software I have is V 08.65
Help please... Anyone...

Droid 2 Global Apps Force Closing Constantly

Hi, I had my Droid 2 Global for about a year. Last week, it started to lock up, and the screen began to randomly select locations and do sporadic scrolling. It was completely unusable. Fortunately (or so I thought) I was under warranty and got a free replacement. This phone has its own plethora of problem right out of the box. For starters, the speaker sounds like it was blown by the previous owner (it's factory re-certified, which they claim has a 100+ point inspection, you would think that the speaker would be one of those...), and additionally the apps on the phone constantly crash and close to the desktop. Most the the apps crash between immediately upon opening, or within 30 seconds. The most troublesome apps so far have been the stock Calendar and Browser apps, and Facebook. Those are 3 of my 4 most commonly used apps on my phone, so it's basically worthless to me now. I've only had this replacement for 6 days.
I don't want to fork over 300 dollars plus pay for an early upgrade again (had to do that when my last android phone died after 53 weeks, with a 52 week warranty, to which Verizon said "Too bad, so sad." That's when I got the Droid 2 Global, which lasted about 54 weeks. I'm getting very suspicious here, though I try to avoid conspiracy theories. Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this? I don't have many apps installed besides the stock apps that come on it, maybe 20 or so, half of which are various Google apps (Docs, Skymap, Voice, etc) I'm hesitant to try for another replacement because it will be another hassle and likely just another broken piece of junk.

The speaker problem is present at all volume levels, but is less noticeable if the volume is below about 25%.
I had Lookout mobile security installed, so per your direction I uninstalled it and restarted the phone. Apps still randomly crash. Sometimes they will be open and work fine, and a few times a day they get into a rut where they crash quickly after opening, and will crash every time they are opened after that. It seems like if I pull the battery for 30 seconds, then replace and power on again the problem seems to go away. It has persisted with a regular power down/back on. All of the apps I have currently were on my original Droid 2 Global, and I never had this issue with apps crashing, so I don't suspect they they are the cause, but I won't rule it out.

Hello brian_g05 I was very upset after reading your post. You should have a good replacement device! Yes our replacements do pass an inspection prior to being shipped out. There shouldn't be any issue with the speaker. Let's look into this with you. Do you have the device on the loudest setting? If so please turn down by 1 and retest. Do you experience this problem with device on speakerphone or when playing music? The problem with the applications crashing may be related to one of the 20 downloaded applications or a combination of the applications. Do you have any antivirus or advanced task killer applications installed? If so please remove and retest. Please power the device in safe mode and see if it crashes when using the browser. Can't log into my social networking apps

Please I can't log in my account into all the social networking apps on my z10. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn. Iv tried all I could. Im running on 10.2.1.2141 OS version. Can someone help me out

I am connected to wifi, i can surf the net using the browser but i can't open social networking apps

whenever i am connected to wifi and then open social networking apps like facebook it always says that i am currently on a service plan that does not support this application, please connect to a wifi network or contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan...what can i do regarding this?whenever this occurs, i have to turn my phone off and turn it on to connect in a wifi...please help

Social Networking App comes up with "Newtork Unava...

Does anyone know why my social networking app keeps coming up with "Network unavailable please try later" after ive pressed start. Im signed up to Ovi store and Voda 360 so not much else i can do. Ive also done a software update. Ive even tried downloading the facebook app form ovi store but funnily enough it doesnt come up to select for the N8. Ive rang Voda and they say its nothing at there end and to speak to Nokia which annoyingly arnt open till monday now. Its driving me nuts, Any clues?

Unless there is a specific Mac OS X version you won't be able to run it on your computer.

Hi,
I hard reset the N8 with the code *#7370# but after that the Social network apps stopped working. Facebook could not be connected even when I'm entering the correct user id and password.
Please help.

i use the same account for ovi store And as well as for ovi music . . And they are working . . I understand about the the alternative no offences but is the default application gonna be dead from now on for me ? Nokia should test something before they put it for people to use . . Does anyone an issue with the new music app force closing?

So I got the new iPhone 4S and i'm trying to go through all of my albums by using Cover Flow. And then probably around half way through the screen lags and then force closes the app taking me back to the home screen. Any suggestions on what I should do?

Basics from the manual are restart, reset, restore.
Have you tried each of these?
