ALL songs wont update and Go on Ipod
I connect my ipod to my new labtop and i have 5159 songs but for some dam reason only 5151 will show up on ipod. No errors for certain tracks or anything? says ipod update is complete but for some reason 8 songs are missing. WHAT could this be. HELP
I dont want to go through 5200 songs so why are these unknown 8 tracks not transferring? Please help. aol aim abunike23

I recently purchased songs from my iphone. All good... But I then went to put them on my ipod touch. They seemed to have downloaded but the songs wont play and the song title/the text, appears in a grey colour and there is a downlaod symbol in front of the song title. what do i do next?? If the songs are still on your ipod, make sure autosync is disabled in iTunes on your computer, connect and right click on it in the device list, then choose "transfer purchases" to copy all bought media and apps from your ipod to your computer.
If the songs are not on your computer and got deleted from your ipod as well, you can't get them back, unless you have a backup of your iTunes library as part of your computer backup. -
I can't share a song i created in garageband to iCloud using iPhone 6. I have all the latest updates and i have iCloud drive enabled and turned on as well as sharing through garage band turned on. The option to share to iCloud just doesn't appear. Also, everything on my macbook is up to date and iCloud options are all turned on.

While I was charging my ipod video (30gb), the cable got disconnected accidentally, after this, the ipod has not anymore songs, contacts, video... anything on it, everything has been deleted, but when I used itunes, in the section of the ipod appeared 7.5 gb used. Then I tried to update and restore with the last update software, but any of those worked and it always showed the same message error (error -60008), I charged the ipod again with all songs, videos, etc and it works perfectly, but there is still a problem in the memory of the ipod. There are 15gb which appear used but there are 7.5gb of those which supposted to be free but apparently contain the same files.
The ipod has 12.6 gb free
ibook g4 Mac OS X (10.4.6)I had a similar problem last week, my ipod was showing space used but I couldn't access anything on my ipod. I put out a query here but wasn't lucky enough to get an answer. In the end I reformatted the ipod and rebuilt alll my play lists (a major job) - lesson learnt here was to back up the ipod when its running smoothly. I now use podutil from http://www.kennettnet.co.uk/software/podutil.php
so if it crashes again (or my 3 year old pulls out the usb at a critical moment) all is not lost and it's just a matter of a quick restore.

When i try to update my apps from the app store some of the apps wont update and ask for an Apple ID that isn't mine. Whats the problem and how do i fix it? All im trying to do is update my apps and its asking for these random apple ID's.
The apps were purchased by another user with a different Apple ID. You will have to erase them and repurchase them using your Apple ID.

I accidentally deleted all of my updates and they're not coming back. I haven't been able to make any updates since 2006. I have a log of my past updates but I cannot seem to get them active again. Is there any easy way to get these updates active again?
This was a while ago back in 2006 but from what I can remember I actually deleted/permanently removed these updates from my list of updates. I tried keeping all the updates except for two that I did not need and somehow deleted all of the updates I wanted to keep. I've tried reseting my ignored updates but that does not bring back the updates. If i delete the two that I originally attempted to remove - it only brings those two back. I hope there is still some way to get these updates back. I appreciate any help that anyone is able to give me.

I updated and restored my ipod to the new ios6 and the icloud and apple id changed to my old old account which I don't use anymore. How do I chnage the icloud account?
It didn't work >.< arrghhhhh ! heres another question, when restoring my ipod can I change the icloud email when it askes for my password for the wrong email?

New Nano - Can I merely plug in and all songs will update?
I have upgraded from an IPOD mini to an IPOD nano. Am I able to plug into my computer and all songs on my ITUNES will download to the new IPOD? If not, how do I set up my new NANO as the IPOD for my computer?

hello there, i don't have windows operating system on my computer, i have a system called ubuntu,so there for i can't download itunes. i have a music app,called banshee on my computer,and have been using it successfully.i managed to put my music from my computer to my ipod but al of a sudden it's not working and iv'e lost all my music.also my ipod seems to keep resetting its self because the apple logo keeps showing i'm afraid i'm not very good with tecnology i remember going to my ipod on a disc management app and pressing benchmark not to sure what i did i think i nrrd to reinstall yhe softwear on my ipod but the apple home page keeps telling me to download the lates itunes,but as i have stated this is not possible.can anyone please help me?.ps out of intress i have another iopod the same model can i transfer the settings from one to the other.regards mr france
