All STDIN Users History - Is it possible?

How can I see all the stdin commands from all users?
I had one directory corrupted, but I don�t know who of the 100's users did that.
Is there another mode to discover this, different from analyze the users .sh_history file?

are you talking about "All Documents" smart search in the sidebar? That one can't be cleared. it's a saved finder search with preset parameters. Its rersults are not saved anywhere so there is nothing to clear. Rather the search is executed every time you click on it. so unless you actually change the modified dates of documents in question they will be present in the output.

Why does my history only record my last session,It stopped recording all of my history a few days ago.

Starting a few days ago my history only records my last browsing session.In other words it only records today's history.I am doing a research project and need all of my history.I uninstalled Firefox and loaded it again last night.When I checked today,yesterdays history is not there.So my history feature does not work,how do I restore this feature so that all of my history is recorded.I went into the settings and made sure that it is set to record all of my browsing history.The setting is correct.Would it be possible that I have a virus that is preventing this?
I would like to keep Firefox but if this cannot be fixed I will have to install another browser and I would not like to do this as I have been a Firefox user since 2005.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in (permanent) Private Browsing mode and that you keep the history.

In case you are using "Clear history when Firefox closes":

Note that clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and passwords.

Workflow mails going to all the Users Maintained in the System

Hi Everyone,
I have a Purchase order workflow which gets triggered through ME21, when the PO need to be approved at every level based on the amount of PO , mail need to be sent to set of users.
We have a step in workflow , where we have created a rule and we pass the current level( eg, L1, L2,L3,L4) to the FM and this FM provides the List of Users for that level and the mail need to be sent to them.
I checked the FM that is working fine but when the workflow gets triggered it sends to every user .
Please let me know what possibly has gone wrong.

As suggested, did you check in the rule definition, there is an option called "Terminate if Rule resolution without result" , enable and this should resolve the issue.
Since the task is defined as general task, the work item can be executed by all users. And if the rule fails, the above option is not enabled, hence it sends it to all valid users in the system.
Please try this out.

Error in Database Studio: Connect to user management database not possible

Hello,
Everytime I start the Database Studio 7.9 (the latest version 7.9.08.18) it show me the following error:
Could not access to user management
See Window -> Show View -> Event Log Viewer for more details
In Event Log Viewer I see the following information/errors/warnings:
Connect to user management database not possible. Try to use/create local default user management
Undefined result row
This error always appears in anything I do in the Database Studio application!
How can I correct this error? Can you help me please?
Any tips?

Delete the folder document & settings -> all users -> sdb

OID Newbie - Select all OID users

I want to know if I can run a SQL command to select all the users from OID. I want to do this because I need to create a script to assist me in RAD creations for all the users.

I don't think you can do it in SQL - what you need is an LDAPSEARCH command - I can possibly help with that if you think it might help.
Remember OID is an LDAP !

I need to schedule a task on a SQL server running on NT to access an Oracle DB.
I have installed the Oracle ODBC driver on it and it is working well under my NT account.
But the SQL scheduler runs on another NT account and the task failed.
How is it possible to install the Oracle ODBC Driver for all NT users ???

The above link is a comprehensive "How to get set up and on my way" that I made for someone else learning Oracle/jdbc. Kind of a self-help resource page. I would start from the beginning and download the newest drivers, then set up your environment,...etc.

Workflow not starting and RFC status is 'User Switch Is Not Possible'

Hi All,
I am using ABAP classes to raise an event that triggers the workflow.
When I am executing the workflow from SWUS or raising event from SWUE or SE24, the workflow is starting fine.
But when I am raising the event from a Webdynpro application, the same event is raised, but the workflow is not getting triggerred.
I could see a record in SWEL, but the workitem is not created.
In SWEL, it is showing the RFC status as 'User Switch Is Not Possible'.
When I go to SM58, I am able to re-execute the failed transaction and this time the workflow is getting triggered.
The same workflow is working fine in D env. but not in T env.
The event linkages are all same and I also used the COMMIT WORK statement after raising the event.
Another problem is the RFC status is sometimes set to SYSFAIL and sometimes as 'System overloaded, repeat immediately by batch' other than 'User Switch Is Not Possible'.
Please help.

Hi,
call function module AUTHORITY_CHECK_RFC explicitly before a remote call to be able to treat a possible exception. If the authorization exists, the function module does not return an explicit result but, like all successfully executed function modules, sets sy-subrc to 0. If sy-subrc is not equal to zero then it could be the problem with the user authorization.
I also think it could alos possible because of your Host name check whether any changes are done to host name.

Jan,
It is possible but it all depends on the type of application .If you want to show same data for all users you can use one user but if data is different for all users then you cannot go with this approach.
to configure single backend user for your application go to tcode SICF and look for that application and go to logon data tab by double clicking and give one common user details

Can I download ios 6 at work and distribute to all iphone users?

Here at work, we have many iPhone and iPad users, and I wanted to know if it is possible to download the new ios 6 firmware and then distribute that to all the users in our company?
I ask this because the file is so large and my network will be strained if all the users are downloading ios 6 at the same time.

iPads and iPhones have different iOS downloads, and different models also have different versions e.g. the iOS 6 download for an iPad 3 wifi is different to and iPad 3 wifi+sim card. As long as the models are the same then you can use the same download.

Perhaps this question would be better suited to the Portal Forum as it doesn't seem directly related to Web Dynpro ABAP. The WD Specific portal APIs only deal with navigation and eventing. You would have to ask someone from Portal to see if they have a Web Service that exposes such information.

SA520 web access problem, all admin users sessions appears active when it is not true

Hi, all the users for the management access to my SA520 are blocked via web, all the admin users sessions aparently they seem active, and when i do click on the "continue" button these sessions does not terminate. I guess i have to reset the firewall, but my question is if anybody has the same problem with this device.

What firmware version are you running? How frequent do you see this occurrence?
If possible, when you start to see this issue before all the admin sessions are reporting active,can you provide us the debug logs from your SA 520 so that I can forward to the development team to investigate? We are tracking an issue with a customer, but his device takes 3-4 months to show the symptoms you describe.
To get the dbglog from SA520, login through web UI and in the browser enter the following URL:
https://LAN_IP_address_of_SA520/scgi-bin/dbglog.cgi
These logs will store password, so please remove any sensitive information and passwords. Also if you are not comfortable posting the dbglog on the community, you can send it directly to me through private message.
