All the apps i downloaded about a week ago, are all blocked now. When i touch the app the screen only flashes.
Every downloaded app doesn't work anymore. The previous time it happend, i had to reset the Iphone and then it works for a few days.
Download any free app from the App Store. Once it finishes downloading, the other should open properly.

I just got the new macbook pro about 2 weeks ago, it has lion. When the new mountain lion comes this summer, can i just update it on my macbook pro since it isn't so old? And if i can update it, do i have to pay, or is it a free update?
I'm in the same position, the store said they didn't know of any new release, so i bought my macbook pro to find out about mountain lion. I really hope that i'm not going to pay for the upgrade. New to apple, also last month bought my Ipad 3, really thought that Airplay would have been on my book pro, nope, waste of time.........need that update to use it. Back i the box then, get the windows 7 ultimate pro back out until then.

It is a 64 GB Iphone 5s and I am running Windows 7 x64 on all of my pcs.
I just got an iphone 5s and now it wont connect to any of my windows 7 PCs, it just gets detected as an unknown device and is unable to be detected correctly. It was connected to one windows 7 pc about a week ago and worked but now I tested it on 4 other computers including a macbook running osx and it isnt detected. I tried the whole Apple Guide and it was no help.install the latest version of itunes

SeanMost likely you have Office 2004 which are PPC-only applications and will not work in Lion. Upgrade to Office 2011. Other alternatives are:
Apple's iWork suite (Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.)
Open Office (Office 2007-like suite compatible with OS X.)
NeoOffice (similar to Open Office.)
LibreOffice (a new direction for the Open Office suite.) -
Hi there, I updated to ML about 3 weeks ago I can not get in to my pps to download it again as when it was installing the first time I decided to skip the part where it said do i want to do the iTunes and iCloud thing. any suggentions how to go back and change that part or do I have to download it again.

Hello, my Ipad was stolen about a week ago, I activated the "find my iPhone" app, however it says my Ipad is offline since the day it was stolen, does anyone know…:
1. Is there another way I can track its location, or more importantly have the information stored on my Ipad erased ASAP?
2. Taking into consideration I blocked the iPad using the find my iPhone app, is there anyway the iPad can be used? Can someone erase all the data, my itunes account, reset all settings etc.? before connecting online?
3. How can I recover my photos? I already signed in to icloud on my PC and I have no "Photo" icon, does this mean that they are lost?

This is my very first iphone.. ive had it since Febuary of this year (2013) Wi fi has worked perfectly up until about a week ago, around the 4th of July.
SO basically whats going on is i dont have internet at my house, but my mother in law does, so she bought a range extender and we have it plugged into our wall. We literally live 50 feet apart, and it has always worked fine no problems full wi fi bars at all times. So last week down here where i live in TN it rained and rained for like ^ days straight and the internet was a little spotty. So, my sister in law fixed the internet and rebooted it or whatever at her house and my laptop works fine, full bars, but my iphone goes between have one wi fi bar to being completely gone back to 4G. I have tried to just restarting the phone, no help, tried unplugging my range extender and back in, no help, tried restarting the network settings, and then "forgetting this network" and added it back and anytime i walk through my house the wi fi gets lower and lower until its dropped completely, when it didnt use to do that. I dont know what to do!! its stressing me out!!! And lastmonth i changed my data to 300MB when i use to have 3GB so i wouldnt have to worry about it but my bill was pretty expensive, so i changed it . Like i said, this is my very first iphone and apple product so i really dont know much about how to fix things... thanks guys for your time im sorry this is such a long questionBasic troubleshooting steps outline in the manual are restart, reset, restore from backup, restore as new. Try each of these in order until the problem is resolved. If you've been through all these steps and the trouble persists, you'll need to bring your phone to Apple for evaluation. I've had a Samsung network extender for over a year and it's been great. About a week ago, my iPhone 5 stopped connecting to it. I've never had problems with this. All the lights on the extender are blue, so it seems it's working fine. Any suggestions?
Oh no! Lets ensure that you are connected. Have you tried to reset the Network Extender? Are other devices able to connect to the Extender? Is your Internet service up and running?

Time Capsule error 22 - My time capsule was working fine and didn't notice anything wrong with it until it stopped backing up about two weeks ago. I never changed anything like computer names or the Airport settings. All I get is the following:
The backup disk image "/Volumes/Data/Linda's Computer 1.sparsebundle" could not be created (error 22).
I tried resetting the Time Capsule and connecting with an ethernet cable, although the Ariport Utility says everything is working fine through WiFi.If the light will not turn on the TC is dead. No matter that the hard disk is running.. it should only run at start up or when it is accessed not constantly.. that means the board in the TC has failed. Apple do not repair them.. They will replace it under warranty or applecare.
If you have gone over the 12month warranty it will still be covered if you have applecare on any computer or an Apple TV. In fact the cost of the apple TV plus apple care is still cheaper than buying a new TC.. so it is a route some people are taking.. certainly depends.. in some places like Europe or Australia now, there is a recognition that statutory warranty must be longer on a product that is premium to the market. 12months is not good enough. Apple will sometimes listen.
They might be fixable but I do not know how. -
just recently my iphone is not syncing calendar to my macbook. It has worked all along until about a week ago. It does transfer new items from the computer to the iphone but not from the iphone to the computer.
Plug you iPhone into your computer, select the iPhone, select the photos tab. Now check (not uncheck) the sync photos from... Select the folder where the photo came from, click apply then sync, now uncheck the sync photos box, click apply, it will ask you if you want to remove the photos click remove, it will not delete other photos exept the ones in the folder that was synced. Then click sync and the photos will be removed

I am having major problems with Firefox. About 3 weeks ago I started experiencing the display only when on Firefox for all web site, that the display would be shifted right about half a screen. It only happens on Firefox and happens for all web sites.
This issue can be caused by the Babylon Toolbar 1.1.8 extension
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

About 2 weeks ago, not able to print all pages in a .pdf document stored in a folder (I'm using Windows 7)?
It only prints 1 page then my Brother MFC-J4510DW Printer says "Please put another piece of paper in the feed slot"....the problem is the print setting is set to "manual mode" in Windows 7 rather than "general setting". If you try to change the setting to "general", it will not accept the change.Hi.
I did try using the printParams feature and it worked, but since I need to be able to print sets of non-consecutive pages, I end up having to bring up the print dialogue multiple times and have the user set watermarks each time.
I decided to just create a new pdf in a temp directory containing the selected pages and open this document in a new window. This works well and allows them to use the print button on the window to print, bringing up the print dialogue just once. However, since I need to open the document in a way that shows the print button, I am using OpenInWindowEx, with AV_DOC_VIEW, and the option PDUseBookmarks or PDUseThumbs, rather than PDUseNone. This displays a toolbar which also includes icons for creating a new pdf, deleting pages, etc. I do not really want to include these icons on the toolbar. Is there a way to remove unwanted icons from the toolbar, or make them invisible?

You can't install 9.2.1 or earlier on any Mac that is only Mac OS X bootable. In fact you need to use the restore disks which came with those Macs to install 9.2.2 on those Macs. 8.6 is only possible to install on Macs which came with 8.6 or earlier. The 9.1 disk may be useful for your 1999 PowerMac G4, but won't be of any use for a 2006 Powerbook G4.
