All the calls I receive come up as private numbers the caller say they are not withholding there numbers even my home number is saying the same.

I noticed the same problem after upgrading a few iPhones to IOS 8, all use the same Apple ID. However, I now notice when I go into Message and instead of selecting a person from my contact list, I start typing their name which brings up a list of people, some of which are not in my contact list and are on one of the other iPhones. There's a circle/exclamation point next to the name which I click on, and one of the options is to "Remove from Recent". How did these names get from one phone to another and how do I remove all "recents"? They do not appear in my contact list. Anyone see this?

I got the iPhone 5s this morning and I kept my number and as soon as it charged I got all my messages, but when I connected it to my iCloud and backed it up, when it was finished all the messages I received were gone. How do I get them back?

It sounds like you may have either set the iPhone up as a new iPhone or restored from a backup that didn’t have your messages on it. If you do have either an iCloud or iTunes backup that you believe has your messages saved, you can restore from that backup to recover your information. Please use the attached article as a reference for restoring from a backup.

The iMessages are "pushed" to the devices which means there can be small delays between the server recognising the device went Off Line and coming back.

hi, i had recently formatted my iphone with no itunes backup. i restored my data with icloud but all the pics didn'y come back. now when i tried to restore again, icloud deleted all my pics from the server too!! is there any way i can get them back??

You choose to not copy them off to a computer as they are designed to be.
If they are no longer showing in iCloud, they are gone. -
I have just downloaded an app to my computer through itunes. It shows up as downloaded to my ipad, which I don't have. I want it on my computer. I follow all the instructions and always come to a deadend. Help! Thanks!

I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 plus I create PDF files for work some are scan pdf docs. When I install Photoshop Elements 10 it DOES convert all the PDF files to Photoshop Elements-10 Docs. it even changes and shows the PSE-10 Icon. So I am alway installing PSE-10 or uninstalling it. If I send the PDF file that has been automatically converted to a PSE-10 the person I send the file to can not open it because they do not have PSE-10. What can I do to stop PSE-10 from converting my PDF files? Don't tell me to upgrade PSE-10 I tried their on-line program and it is too advance for a hobby photographer like myself and their Help Desk is impossible to reach.

MassimoSorry guys, but what I'm looking for is exactly to avoid relying on my carrier (btw, I'm in Italy, and for privacy reasons the carriers, stupid enough, don't give you the full list with the complete numbers).
The call log exists locally on the Iphone (the recents list/tab), I just want the option to make it unlimited with the possibility to record it in a file (ideally exportable into different formats).
I know there are odd implications in making this available to 3rd parties through an API, but I think Apple should do this and market it as a big differentiator. -
I have just installed ms outlook 2010 and am trying to sync my contacts and calendars and it is not working. I have delited the contacts on my pc that I wish to change and then went to the advance tab and said replace the contacts on my i phone and it does not it brings back all the ones i just deleted. I even deleted on both the phone and the pc and magically they all re appeared. Help!!!

No. Only the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus have the necessary hardware (NFC chip). iPads, iPod touches, and older iPhones don't support it.

Update to the latest version of iTunes.
Verify the computer's date and time are accurate.
Check that your security or firewall software is not interfering with ports 80 or 443, or with the server gs.apple.com.
Follow Troubleshooting security software. Often, uninstalling third-party security software will resolve these errors.
An entry in your hosts file may be redirecting requests to gs.apple.com (see "Unable to contact the iOS software update server gs.apple.com" above).
Internet proxy settings can cause this issue. If you are using a proxy, try without using one.
Test restoring while connected to a known-good network. -

Since we downloaded the latest version of iOS on our iPad and iPhone, and synchronized our music collection in the Cloud, we can no longer see on our iPad and iPhone the music from our CD's that we have on our home computer's iTunes library. We can only see music in the iPhone and iPad library that have been purchased on iTunes. How can we get all our music from our computer's iTunes librbary visible on the iPhone and iPad? Facing a lot of problem in connecting to 3G speed on my iphone4 . Done with all the checks as network reset and also done with clearing cache n cookies still the problem is same . I hardly get 2g speed even . Thus I request to help to fix this problem.

understand your code (i.e. if it really is YOUR code), you should be
able to realize that your minimum and maximum never get set (thus they
are both 0) and your exam 3 is set with the wrong value. SEE where
those should get set and figure out why they're not. Chances are you
are doing something to them that makes one 'if' fail or you just
erroneously assign a wrong variable!
